Our home is a very lovely, one bedroom lakefront cottage (it is a duplex) with an all knotty pine interior, fireplace, very large master bedroom, well stocked kitchen, large living room/dining room, and new bath.Charming, cozy and immaculate in a great lakeside neighborhood with neighborhood park and YMCA. We have a lovely, very comfortable one bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps two, on a queen size bed. Our home is newly remodeled with a fantastic yard right on Lake Erie. The home is on a hill overlooking the lake with a million dollar view. There is no beach. There are several nice beaches close by. The unit is completely furnished and in a very convenient location. You can enjoy sitting in the large yard, relaxing, playing games, barbecuing and viewing the sunsets in the evening.

Vermilion is a quaint little town situated right on Lake Erie with its own beach and boardwalk. We are located two miles from the Public Boat Ramp in Vermilion. The downtown area has several restaurants and ice cream parlors and a very popular French restaurant. The Great Lakes Maritime Museum is also located on the north end of town. There is usually something going on downtown during the summer months; such as Music in the Park, antique car shows, in June we have a Festival of the Fish and of course we cannot forget the internationally famous Woolly Bear Festival in the fall. Who would think a little orange and black worm could have its own festival.

We are 45 minutes from downtown Cleveland and 25 minutes from Cedar Point. Kalahari Water Park and Great Wolf Lodge are just as easily accessible. Catch a Ferry to the Lake Erie Islands, Put-in-Bay and Kelly's Island.

Our cozy cottage is located a few houses from Lake Erie. Take a stroll through the neighborhood to Showse Park which has amazing views of the lake or visit Main Street beach for swimming, canoeing and more. There are dozens of great dining options for everyone; celebrate a special occasion at Chez Francois, have a meal on the water at Quaker State, order delicions BBQ from Your Pit BBQ, or visit local watering holes Rudy's (best wings) and Woodstock. Visit local shops downtown to find souvenirs.

Our home can sleep 4 people comfortably with a King size bed and a pull-out couch. We also have air mattresses. We also have a fire pit and corn hole set for outdoor enjoyment. Sit in sun room and relax. There's also a desk if you need to do some work.

Our vacation retreat sleeps 2-3 comfortably, possibly 4&5 people. We also welcome 1 med or 2 small dogs for $100/stay. - "We absolutely love staying at this property. It is our 2nd time and every little detail is taken care of from the fully stocked kitchen essentials to toiletries and all the comforts of home. We were even greeted (both stays) with a lovely bottle of wine and welcome gift. We absolutely love the neighborhood and feel so much at home while we stay. The house is decorated as if someone lives there full time and the owners are so generous with extra linens, and all the things you might forget (from bug spray to sunscreen to ziplock bags). When they say they are pet friendly, they aren’t kidding. There are extra toys, treats and even a mat for your dog dishes. Our little shihtzus love getting to feel pampered as well. We can’t say enough about this property and the incredible hosts. We will stay here again and again!"

This brand new built charming garden cottage in Vermilion boasts 1 inviting bedroom space. This is a great executive rental or a quiet couples get away. Nestled in a peaceful setting of 15 acres and lots of open fields, this tremendous property offers everything guests need for a relaxing getaway. With amenities like a kitchenette with cookware and dishes, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster oven/air fryer, and microwave. Included are WiFi, heating, AC, TV, DVR player, hair dryer, make-up mirror, and clothes steamer. You'll have all the comforts of home. If you've stayed at several VRBOs, you'll notice that some hosts put furniture they don't want anymore in the "rental" house so the VRBO ends up being a hodge podge of old stuff that doesn't match, and some hosts design and decorate the rental with a theme in mind. This is the latter. This is one of the places that has a beautiful, contemporary theme and it looks as if everything in the house was purchased new just for this rental. It's super cute with nice spa-like touches throughout including candles, upscale lotions and soaps, thick spa like white towels, a trendy coffee bar, and Scandinavian style decor pieces. The host was wonderful and quick to reply to messages. Check in and out was easy. There is plenty of parking and a nice grassy back yard. It was less than a five minute drive to the heart of Vermilion with many shops, and restaurants. You really don't need to cook anything with all of the dining options. We drove to Port Clinton to take the ferry to Put-In-Bay for a day and were so glad we chose to stay in Vermilion. We hated to leave!"

Best location , walking distance to everywhere at Oberlin College. This unique apartment is located above the downtown businesses but is still relaxing and quiet inside. Nice living room, kitchen and full bath. Located across the parking lot from the Oberlin Conservatory. Great place for parents to stay when visiting for the weekend. * Due to the high bedroom loft and steep steps, this may not be ideal for small children. However, we do have gates upon request and the top rails are 2 inches higher than code.

* We have two large dogs, free range chickens, and ducks. We prefer no pets but will take certain circumstances in to consideration.

* There is a gate under the patio to keep our animals out of your patio and backyard space.

* We are an active husbandry and apiary farm. You may be visited by friendly chickens and ducks. The beehive is far away from the tiny guest house.

* There is also some wildlife who have been seen roaming around the farmlands and deer who like to run across our property.
