Our attached guest house faces the wooded back yard and is private with three bedrooms, two full baths, and a full kitchen and sleeps up to eight.
There are no parties or pets allowed and there is parking for up to four cars.
Enjoy the spacious setting from the screened in porch facing the wooded back yard. Bedroom one on main floor has a queen bed, bedroom two has a twin over full bed. The large upstairs bedroom has its own full bath and separate dressing area with sink , and two queens with foam mattresses & TV.
We have WIFI, a TV and DVD player in living room, TV on porch and in upstairs bedroom.
The living room is a great place to hang out with a balcony that overlooks the property, a fire pit behind the house can be used on non windy days.
The airport and I X Center are 20 minutes away. The Cuyahoga National Park is nearby with lots of biking and hiking trails. Whipps ledges, part of the Cleveland Metro Parks is just a mile away. Downtown Cleveland is 25 min north with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Theater District , Ball Parks, and many great restaurants. Also the Lolly the Trolly tour is very informative and fun. South in Canton about an hour, is the NFL hall of Fame.

Rustic vacation home located in peaceful area of Hinckley. Conveniently located with easy access to downtown Cleveland, many supermarkets or restaurants, and right next to Ledge Lake Reservation. The home features 3 bedrooms with 8 queen beds allowing it to sleep 16. The property also has a separate outbuilding perfect for hosting larger groups of family and friends.

The space
The home is located less than 10 minutes away from both I-71 and I-271 allowing easy access to most cities and places. It is right next to Ledge Lake Reservation with direct gated access from my backyard. The park features a large lake for fishing, trails for walking, a play area for kids, volleyball and basketball courts and a swimming pool open seasonally at an additional charge.

This cozy retreat features 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a lovely living room with a couch and recliner, and all the essentials like WiFi and heating and air conditioning... 65 inch Smart TV... Whiskey Barrell Bar Table and innovative pallet wall. Guests can unwind in the tranquil surroundings and experience a terrific stay. Enjoy your time in Strongsville at our bungalow. Excellent for a business traveler or small family in short term transition....like trying to find your new home. Scenic property with raised patio. Parking for only 1 or 2 cars.
Air conditioning will be window only....but this is a small space ..but also comfortable. All cooking utensils, bedding and bathroom amenities included ....outdoor firepit for responsible burning... no huge fires allowed in Strongsville . Mutliple hangout and sitting areas at property. This is a one of a kind property cannot be duplicated. Note....Basement is not for personal use and off limits along with second floor which is to be renodeled this winter... There will be no laundry on site and basement is off limits due to our storage facilities...along with upstairs. Wood for firepit is free, but mainly pressure treated lumber as we take decks apart. Bring your own wood and firestarters and lawn chairs if you want....but I gave lawn chairs as well.. Raised patio has table and 4 chairs...but non smoking in this area. Fires must be contained to local rules of Strongsville. No parties permitted on property....but you can have guests, but not overnight as only 1
or 2 cars are permitted on property overnight. Guests are allowed....but not overnight. Large gas grill with propane provided.
