The upstairs level has three bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master has a jet tub, and the 3rd bedroom has a work area with printer for our business travelers.
The lower level has a pool table and dart board along with the 4th bedroom that is perfect for a small family with a Queen and Full Bed. This level has a 1/2 bath along with the laundry room with Washer and Maytag Personal Valet dryer that also refreshes business attire.
The basement level has a Giant Connect Four, Chess, Checkers and other games along with a futon for additional sleeping space. You will also find free weight, yoga mat and other equipment for those wanting to get a quick workout in.
The home is very roomy and allows everyone in your group to have space to spread out!

Guest have access to most of the Home except the garage and a couple closets. There are clothing racks available with hangers where there is no closet available. There is always a local representative available to help guests with any questions or concerns they may have, but no one on the property.

Maximum of 12 overnight guests allowed. The guest limit for the home is 16 guest total. This number is a total number including those staying as overnight guest. Exceptions are rarely granted but if you would like please share the details regarding events/gatherings as they MUST be Pre-Approved! *** STRICTLY ENFORCED*** If you exceed the number of guest booked, include bringing a pet or host an event/gathering without approval you will be liable for up to a $500 charge and your stay terminated without a refund. - "We really enjoyed our home away from home for the several days we were visiting family. The fridges placement caught me off guard but in those older homes that’s the only place. The downstairs has an extra seating room and bathroom which we weren’t expecting so it was nice having the extra bathroom for sure. There was a living room window open and wasn’t aware until the evening time, and the basement bathroom window. But made sure all the windows were close upon departure. We only had a problem when it came to the towels, not enough and wasn’t able to clean them ourselves, but the host was willing to bring us more. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Last thing I will mention is it is across from a local bar so the evenings and with street parking outfront it became a bit annoying with car doors opening and closing and people making loud noises from time to time. Once we were sleeping with our sound machines it wasn’t a problem."

With two queen beds and a king in the basement for additional guests, you'll have a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring or swimming. All 3 beds have a 3" memory foam topper which can be removed if needed.
The property includes a bonus room off the patio with a wood burning fireplace, an office/ fitness room, large back patio, fenced in yard for privacy, gas grill, Solo stove for fires, and a heated inground pool.
2 dogs are welcome, but please don't let them in the pool. Also, please don't allow children in the pool if you crank the heat up to hot tub level. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
