This is a pet-friendly neighborhood, and many of our neighbors have dogs. We’ve recently added a privacy fence in the backyard, especially on the side where Blue—our neighbor’s friendly dog—lives. He loves to say hello to guests!

While the privacy screen helps reduce visibility, we kindly ask that children and pets avoid approaching the fence.

We have a beautiful, large deck in the backyard with a gas grill and picnic table, but some of the wood is slightly bowed; however, it is perfectly safe to walk on.

- "Myself and my husband stayed here for 40 days. Upon entering we noticed the place had not been thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the sofa, the vents were heavily covered with dirt and dust. The carpet had not been vacuumed there was sand on it. The apt (12 units) has just 4 off street parking spots and the city tickets if you park on the street over night. Jimmy the apt manager did the best he could with what instructions he had been given.Overall after I went through and cleaned everything it was an ok situation."
