- "I signed up for a one bedroom suite - with the description noting a separate bedroom, with a door. We arrived and advised none were available, and given a general suite. While not horrible, I am very dissatisfied with my first experience with VRBO being a switch without notification. I take medications that cause significant problems sleeping. We specifically chose a one bedroom suite with door to allow my husband to sleep. At the hotel, they were polite, but simply noted no such suites available. I do not believe we will use VRBO again."
