- "If you enjoy the smell of marijuana coming from pretty much everywhere on the first floor and also the elevator, this is definitely the hotel for you. I’m not a nark, but it was a bit too much and I’m pro-legalization. There were guests who were very loud in the lobby and also drawing all sorts of attention to themselves by dancing to Body by Megan The Stallion while also falling out of their vehicles at the same time. I’m all for a good time....but it was a little ridiculous. As far as the rooms go... I didn’t care for the paper thin bedding provided and would recommend bringing a big blanket with you. The forks in our suite were dirty. Other than that, the room was clean and we had a comfy bed. It was quiet on the 6th floor which was lovely compared to the previously mentioned 1st floor. Would I stay here if it was the only thing available? Sure. Would I stay here if I had other options? Nope."

Great for hosting a few family members for dinner. Host was super accommodating with our baby and set up a crib for us in advance. The crib was clean and in good condition. The property is very quiet - we saw a deer the night we checked in and enjoyed the peace and quiet every day of our stay. The narrow driveway is a little tricky to turn around, but was expected. Bedding, linens, and towels were well-stocked and super comfortable. Spaces to hook up laptops with monitors and power were very helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay."

The Space:
At 3,200 square feet there is plenty of space for your family to spend out a bit. We feature two king beds, a queen, full and twin. The master suite features a spacious full bath with both a tub for relaxing soak and a nice stand up shower. A nice little escape at the end of long day =)

Two living rooms feature big screen smart TVs with live cable TV and apps so you can stream. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need during your stay to cook tasty meals at your temporary home!

Want to spend some time outside!? This is the place for you! The backyard is massive so the kids can run and has a jungle gym. Pick a few peppers from our vegetable garden. Enjoy a cocktail and bit to eat on the back porch. And shoot a few hoops in the driveway. Whatever it is you want to do, you can do it here.

Guest Access:
The entire house and backyard is yours and yours alone! The driveway has parking for plenty of cars, but we ask you to keep it down to 5 or less. If you have more please let us know.

The Neighborhood:
In the quiet city of Pepper Pike and located near Beachwood Mall and I-271 and yet only 20 minutes to University Circle. You are in a great location away from the city but close enough you can get to downtown in less than 30 minutes.

Getting Around:
Car is encouraged. Very little public transport close by.

Other Things to Note:
**Early Check in & Late Check out: Given the house is so large and takes a while to get prepared, if there is a guest staying the night before we are unlikely to be able to accommodate early check ins. Late checkouts are also not possible at this time. You are welcome to drop off or leave your bags if you need to.

**One bedroom is located on the ground floor. The other four are on the 2nd floor.

A night light would be great because it gets really dark in the woods at night. The location couldn't be any better: You are tucked away from commotion but yet close enough to the grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops.
