Stay in one of the newest luxurious condo in Ann Arbor! Located on the west side of Ann Arbor right between M-14 and Interstate 94. Minutes away from Downtown, U of M Campus, and the Big House. The condo is designed for VRBO only and completely furnished with new high quality furniture. Two bedrooms, full bath, dinning room, family room with a led TV, kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee bar and a patio.

This apartment is situated as the lower half of a two story duplex. Newly remodeled including all new bathroom, granite counter in kitchen, and all hardwood or tile floors. Smart TV's in the bedrooms and Smart TV with cable in the living room. Everything you need for making meals, and close to many restaurants if you'd rather not. Right next door to a coffee cafe! One minute walk to the bus stop. Just a 5 minute drive to downtown, and an 8 minute drive to the Big House. The upstairs tenants are long term residents. You will be able to hear them walking around in their apartment.

15yo ranch w/finished basement, large rec room w/wet bar & over head projector. Fully furnished Basement suite. Plenty of parking in the circular driveway, w/access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, grill, laundry.

Bedroom suite contains Queen bed, Dresser, TV, Mirror, lamp & walk in closet. There is another queen bed, a couch and a love seat in the rec room for an extra couple guests and if you have an air mattress, there is plenty of floor space for all your friends!
The space
The house itself is out in the country, a few miles south of the Village. You can almost see the neighbors houses, depending on how many leaves are in the trees!

The entire basement is about 1700sf with a wet bar, projector for DVD’s and a fairly well stocked kitchenette ( no stove in the basement, but you can use the kitchen upstairs if you want).
Guest access
Even though I reside here on the ground floor, you will have access to whatever you need. There's a wet bar in the basement with a fridge and microwave, but you are welcome to use the kitchen upstairs. I have all the standard kitchen equipment, almost anything you could ask for. Relax and watch a DVD on the 12 foot Projector downstairs or use the 50" TV in your bedroom for Dish Network. Free Laundry is upstairs. Gas grill on the back patio on standby for whoever wants to use them, and can be warmed up within a few minutes.

Internet access available, speeds depend on the weather, though!

I have 3 dogs, which I will keep separate from you. I have a fenced in back yard to keep them separate from your pets and there are baby gates in the house. With that in mind, your pets are always welcome, provided you clean up after any unexpected accidents!
Other things to note.

Your pets are welcome, as long as you can clean up after them, in case they get so excited that they have a little accident!

I have a few pets myself, but they are all pretty friendly. Storm is a 8yo 20# blind Jack Russell/pit mix, who barks at everyone including me, but warms up to you pretty quickly. I recently adopted twin boy Corgi/Rottie mixes 18mo old Thor and Loki, saved them from a shelter.

4yo Mr. Cutie is my tiger stripe cat, and he doesn’t really care about me, so he probably won't even socialize with you, if you even see him! Don't be offended!

Two goldfish-Mustache and Nemo- don’t worry about them…they stay in their tank most of the time. And then Shelly the snail is a new addition to the tank.

<3 miles from a grocery store, the post office, 2 pizza joints, a bar, a pharmacy, 2 gas stations, a hardware store, a salon, and a barber shop.

Big Wolf Lake and Little Wolf Lake are just a few miles South of the house and Grass Lake is just a few miles North of the house.

- "This was my second time staying at Matthew's and I must say he really outdid himself! He was very accommodating when dealing with an issue beyond his control (power outage). He sourced a generator in a matter of hours and even made a trip to town to purchase a special cord. Now onto the property... it's great! The rental area consists of a spacious open basement with a small private bedroom (with a closet bigger than some NYC apartments), huge bar/kitchenette, cozy living room and workspace area, an extra bed perfect for movie time snuggles and modern bathroom with lots of towels and even fuzzy robes. There is a projection screen and movies abound for a rainy day. I didn't get to use it but I'm sure Matthew picked out some good flicks for his guests. The pièce de résistance is the hot tub, a high tech super soaking experience! With enough dexterity, you could orchestrate your own Pink Floyd light show in the bubbles. I can't not mention the doggos! Have you ever seen a rottweiler/corgi mix pup? There's two of them! The dogs barked a bit, but it didn't affect our stay one bit. 10/10! We'd love to visit again!"

Relax in our clean, private, bright & spacious one-bedroom apartment/guest suite, attached to but completely separate from our house, with it's own private deck and entrance. Vaulted ceilings, skylights, full kitchen w/dishwasher, full bath, washer/dryer, in a quiet yet close-to-town setting. Nature all around. **Guests must drive on approximately 1.5 miles of unpaved road to get here!**

The unpaved dirt road was as described both in the listing and also reiterated by the host when I booked. We visited in June and there was some rainy days resulting in some ruts and potholes along the way. Take it slow, allow for a few extra minutes, watch for deer (we saw several) and it was not an issue. It was so nice to be a short drive from both groceries and our early morning trips to the ice rink."

Secluded enough to be quiet, but close enough to Ann Arbor, Jackson and Lansing to make it a reasonable location. Jeff was great to work with and offered lots to do, and he was very engaged in making sure our stay was top notch. This honestly could become our annual "Go To" accommodation for Michigan game stays and possibly outside of that since Grass Lake itself is so close. Stay here! You will not be."

Sleek polished concrete floors combined with pops of color and wood give this space a unique, fun and modern vibe. Relax in the spa-like rain shower, and enjoy the gel memory foam queen bed. Unwind in the outdoor space surrounding a fire table. Enjoy nearby restaurants or use the kitchenette for a simple meal.

The space
600 sq ft guest suite located in the walk out basement of my home. Its separated from my other living space, and has its own full bath and fully stocked kitchen, as well as washer and dryer.

The backyard is an urban oasis. Although its a shared space with my wife and I, we use it sparingly, except to accompany our dog Toby during his squirrel-chasing adventures.
Road/highway noise should be expected. Additionally, neighboring houses are visible.

There is a 1 car garage for your use. Please park in here to avoid clutter on the shared driveway. We use this garage for some storage, but there is plenty of space for one car.

Although we are generally a quiet family, we do have a dog and are expecting a baby summer 2019. You will be able to hear some noise (Website hidden by Airbnb) living our life. Footsteps, occasional barks from my dog, etc. should be expected. This unit is not soundproof.

Finally, this unit is in our walkout basement. The temperature is on the colder side. We've placed space heaters in the unit in addition to the ability to control the temperature of the main HVAC unit.

Come stay in a Frank Loyd Wright inspired studio minutes from downtown Chelsea, 20 minutes from downtown Ann Arbor with easy access to the Waterloo Recreation area.

This detached studio is nicely finished with a natural gas fireplace, many windows and a small kitchenette (No stove). Visit downtown Chelsea with a short drive (3mins) and enjoy great dining, shopping or the Purple Rose theater. If you are more adventurous, venture to DTE mountain bike trails for some of Michigan's best riding.

Located in a residential neighborhood of Ann Arbor, Michigan, just minutes from downtown. The best shopping, dining, and entertainment spots are all nearby. With easy access to Interstate 94 and public transportation, you will never be far from anything you need

- "Roza's unit is located in a residential neighborhood with an easy 10 minute drive to UMich campus. Super convenient a we were attending UMich graduation. The unit is an older development but the apartment is clean and Roza has done a nice job decorating and making it comfortable. The unit is on the second floor so I would not recommend for those with mobility issues. The unit also has a full kitchen with a dishwasher but is only outfitted with the basic cookingware and tools so if you are planning to do a lot of cooking, which we did due to dietary issues, you may find yourself at a loss of items. However, the neighborhood is nice and quiet and conveniently located to nearby shopping. The only reason we would give this a 4 out of 5 is we would have preferred a kitchen with more cookware and utensils, but if you are not planning to cook too much you will find Roza's place comfortable."
