The space
The standard 2-queen room has two queen-sized beds and accommodates up to four guests. All second and third floor rooms have a screened in balcony with seating, and first-floor rooms have open walk-out patios.

Other things to note
Bayshore Resort guests have full access to all onsite amenities. Take a dip into our two new heated pools, a 30-person jacuzzi spa, and enjoy premium cocktails and other refreshments at our poolside lounge and tiki bar. No matter where you go to relax, you’ll see the sparkling Lake Erie waves in the distance.

Aunt Jane’s rentals are in the heart of downtown just behind the Round House! Walk to the Monument, beach, docks, and all the shops, restaurants, pools, bars, and clubs - no cab rides or designated driver needed! Bring your own food + drinks and eat better for less! Stand-alone house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, dining area, living room, den w/wet bar, BBQ. We provide pillows, blankets, comforters; you bring sheets and towels. We try to meet or beat the rate of comparable rentals!

The space
We welcome families and groups of friends coming to the island to enjoy the special celebration of life that makes Put-in-Bay famous. Our unique location in the middle of all the commercial downtown resorts allows us to accommodate requests and particular needs that other residential rentals often cannot, just let us know what you want. We also have additional apartments and house rentals adjacent to this property for larger groups or if more individual bedrooms are required.

This two-story house has three bedrooms (one has three double beds and the other two bedrooms have two double beds in each for a total of seven double beds). There are two bathrooms, one with tub/shower and the other with stall shower.

Bring your own food and drinks and prepare them in the fully equipped kitchen and the wet bar. You'll eat and drink better, and save a bundle over island prices. Kitchen includes full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, some utensils, and tableware.

Free wifi, flat-screen TV with Roku service (please note we are on an island and cannot be responsible for problems related to third-party service providers).

Rental includes space to park two vehicles plus any rented golf carts. Other vehicles will have to park off the property in public parking areas such as the Miller Ferry lot, as available.

We welcome Special Events, just let us know what you want. We also have additional rentals adjacent to this property.

If your particular rental allows pets, you must take full responsibility and indemnify us from any liability, agree to reimburse for any and all damage, clean up all waste immediately, and not allow any disturbance including barking. Please note the yards are not completely fenced and there is a leash ordinance in the Village. You and your pet will both enjoy that DeRivera park downtown and the park surrounding the Monument are also dog-friendly, and just steps away from our rentals

Island visitors are generally welcome at these attractions during normal operational hours, subject to occupancy restrictions and occasional special events. Some may impose a small cover charge depending on date and demand. There is a free-admission pool and bar at the Bay Lodging Hotel, and a kid-friendly pool (no bar, small admission charge) at the Crew’s Nest downtown.

Aunt Jane's features multiple contiguous rentals. This rental is for only the portions of the property, rooms, and amenities included in the description. Guests of each particular rental are generally not allowed access to yard areas and portions of the property or buildings that are reserved for other guests, staff and facility maintenance areas, storage sheds, and any other area that may be designated as off-limits by staff, such as during construction or maintenance, whether or not such areas are in use during your stay.

Other things to note
Rentals cannot break up weekend (Friday and Saturday nights). Midweek and some holidays require 3-nite minimum. If the police are summoned to the property due to your actions, your entire security deposit may be applied towards penalty, administrative and other managerial costs.
