He is so naturally good at it that he should be an instructor in hospitality management. The check in was quick and efficient, which is another added bonus when you arrive late in the evening after several hours of driving. I made contact with the maintenance staff and said "Good Morning", and received an enthusiastic, "Good morning, sir!" response. That really makes my day for people to be courteous and engage in polite pleasantries. The room is sparse, but functional, and just fine by my needs. I wanted a clean, convenient, safe, property where I could stay, and this was right on target, including in the lowly nightly room rate. There are some fast food restaurants that you could hypothetically walk to (across the busy road), so food is rather convenient. I'd happily return in the future!"
