In the living area there was only a sofa and a loveseat, seating for 5 even though there were beds for 10. The balcony in the master suite showed some decay and did not look safe to use. We were disappointed at how far the cabins were from the town of Lasalle where the wedding was held that we were there to attend. I thought the unit was in Lasalle, but found it was in Lasalle county. Might have been my oversight when I booked. Overall, we were happy staying here, it was a good value for the price we paid."

It had the furniture and storage we needed for a large family to stay and ample room for kids to play. There is also a playground a couple blocks west. Kitchen utensils were a little light for doing any serious cooking, and we had to call the management upon arrival to get the door code updated. Other than that, we had a great week at the property."

Cozy vintage style home located in Bronzeville neighborhood. Spacious bedroom. Mostly quiet and unoccupied communal areas (living and dining area). Rooms are comfortable and shared bathrooms are located right outside your room.

There is no check-in desk. You must send a picture of ID/Passport via text email to receive your check in instructions.

Your deposit fee is refundable and will be refunded the day after check-out provided damages were not incurred at the property. Please be aware any credits or refunds will take at least 7 to 10 business days (holidays and weekends are not included) and might take at least 10 to 14 days depending on your bank/ credit card company.

Guests have access to the shared kitchen and living room, including all outdoor patio and a common room complete with a TV. Private bedroom, Free wifi, multiple bathrooms, basic dining and living space.

Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood walking distance to the lakefront and 10min drive to city’s loop, 15-20 minutes away from Midway Airport, 5 minutes to Lake Michigan, and 5 minutes away from McCormick Place Convention Center, IIT, and Hyde Park/University of Chicago.

All guests must sent a valid US State ID or International Passport via text or email before arriving so they can receive check-in.

Guests may check in any time after 3PM on their day of arrival. Guests must check out prior to 10AM on their day of departure.
We are asking that if you decide to make a reservation to please be aware that our reservations are Non-Refundable and Non Transferrable. If you consider traveling, we implore that you get Travel Insurance.

All Guest Staying must provide proper ID including guests that have not reserved rooms but are staying with another guest.
