When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. FYI they didn't check with Expedia, they just decided to double charge me. When I called to complain about being charged a 2nd time. I was told not to book thru Expedia next time and that if I called them directly they would match Expedia's price. I had to call them twice to receive my refund. And when I called the 2nd time I was told this was an Expedia issue, which it wasn't since I paid directly with Expedia. The overall vibe of Sankoty is so underwhelming, it will truly disappoint. The tent is nothing special, you can see cost savings at every turn. Basic toiletries are not included in the glamping tents. It may look peaceful online, but the reality is that your tent will stare at a golf cart trail, houses and the sound of traffic can be heard all day/night long. Also, definitely are treated worse when booking with Expedia. The first tent we were given was by far the worse tent. Tent 1, right next to the road. Also didn't have working A/C. When we told the office people about the issue, the office lady told us we would be getting a much nicer tent. A tent that is reserved for people who book on their website. What A Joke."

The house has been updated for bed sizes. Downstairs is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper at the back of the dining area. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king a bedroom with a queen a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a small bedroom with a pair of bunk beds (You have to walk through the bunk bed room to get to the 2 double bed room) that are pretty comfy actually. So that makes 5 bedrooms and a Luxury sleeper downstairs.

The Front Room of the Manor House is where everyone gathers for morning coffee, or evening drinks around the fireplace. It just couldn't be any more comfortable.

- "We stayed at this apartment while playing the Ledgestone disc golf tournament and the accommodations were perfect for the three of us. The location was easy to access main roads, restaurants, and shopping centers. The unit itself was well equipped for making breakfast and cleaning up after tournament rounds. Spacious home located in the northwest side of peoria 15 mins from downtown. Midcentury style home that has been mostly left in its original condition with modern touches. My wife is an artist so there is art work hung up all along the home for your enjoyment.

Home is located at the end of a quiet court with lots of space. Within walking distance of park with walking trail and playground. A short drive from many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and pharmacy. Parking can be done in the street or in our driveway.

My wife and I along with our small dogs stay upstairs. The majority of the lower level will be your private space which offers a kitchenette with mini fridge and shared freezer, the Rec Room with couch and smart TV, your Private bedroom and bathroom. During your stay we will try to stay clear of downstairs but you may run into my wife occasionally while she is working on art.

Our home is a rare jewel setting on 15 beautiful acres and very close to amenities. Southern Views at Sycamore Valley will take you to another period in time. Cozy up in the seating area to watch TV or read a book prior to retiring in the mid 1800s Queen Half Tester bed. Views out the front face the south, which is the front of the property where gardens flourish in the summer and deer wander in the winter. Southern View is on the 2nd floor (16 steps).

The space
Southern Exposure (bedroom 1) has an antique queen size bed that is a little higher than the standard bed height. Also a 2 chair sitting area with TV. This room looks out over the front of the property and the gardens. Deer come from across the road and enter the front yard to eat and relax.

Guest access
Guest have access to the shared spaces that includes a beautiful living room that looks out through the pergola, to the back of our property that houses our bird feeders. Many seasonal birds visit the feeders. The formal dining room has beautiful built-ins cabinets and a large mirror made from the walnut trees on the property. The butlers pantry gives guests access to a small fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.

During your stay
This is our home, so you will often see us outside working or passing through the house.

The space
You'll be impressed when you pull into the property. 10 beautiful acres are here for you to enjoy. Friendly chickens will eat out of your hand, and the dogs will be your best friends Sit by the pond, or walk in the woods. Be sure and bring your walking footwear. if you need more space because of your guests, you can book the 'adorable cottage' at 10 Acre Wood in addition to the apartment, for a total of three bedrooms and three baths.
