- "Great stay, peaceful and romantic " - "Booked and paid for my stay 3 months I'm advance. When we went to check in, the people at the check in hut acted like I never paid. When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. FYI they didn't check with Expedia, they just decided to double charge me. When I called to complain about being charged a 2nd time. I was told not to book thru Expedia next time and that if I called them directly they would match Expedia's price. I had to call them twice to receive my refund. And when I called the 2nd time I was told this was an Expedia issue, which it wasn't since I paid directly with Expedia. The overall vibe of Sankoty is so underwhelming, it will truly disappoint. The tent is nothing special, you can see cost savings at every turn. Basic toiletries are not included in the glamping tents. It may look peaceful online, but the reality is that your tent will stare at a golf cart trail, houses and the sound of traffic can be heard all day/night long. Also, definitely are treated worse when booking with Expedia. The first tent we were given was by far the worse tent. Tent 1, right next to the road. Also didn't have working A/C. When we told the office people about the issue, the office lady told us we would be getting a much nicer tent. A tent that is reserved for people who book on their website. What A Joke."

Great house directly on the Illinois River. Amazing view with a large deck to sit and enjoy all day long. The home is fully and newly furnished with everything that you will need to feel right at home. Whether you are looking for a weekend away to sit and relax or if you are coming to the area for the numerous River and wildlife activities, you are sure to fall in love with this home. A 1000 pictures cannot capture the beauty that await.

You will love staying in our Country Manor House. With it's beautiful furnishings and artwork you will find yourself completely at home here. Whether you grab a book to read in front of the fireplace or take a little stroll in the surrounding woods, we're sure you won't find a more peaceful place to spend your time.

The house has been updated for bed sizes. Downstairs is a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper at the back of the dining area. Upstairs is a bedroom with a king a bedroom with a queen a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a small bedroom with a pair of bunk beds (You have to walk through the bunk bed room to get to the 2 double bed room) that are pretty comfy actually. So that makes 5 bedrooms and a Luxury sleeper downstairs.

The Front Room of the Manor House is where everyone gathers for morning coffee, or evening drinks around the fireplace. It just couldn't be any more comfortable.
This is a quiet residential neighborhood so please respect the neighbors privacy.

We have created a home away from home for our family and friends and now extend it to you! This is not a shared space and is yours to enjoy with the privacy you deserve. Each bedroom features a full size bed with comfy Pottery Barn bedding. In addition to this, there is a comfortable couch in the living room if needed to sleep on. Our kitchen has everything you would need for a short or extended stay including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We also have a Keurig coffee machine with the assorted accoutrements needed for a fresh brewed cup of coffee or tea. During your stay you are welcome to sit outside on our large lovely deck overlooking the woods and Rock Island Trail. We have a convenient parking in our driveway, and there is also plenty of additional street parking.

My goal here was to provide a great location and create a space that heightens every one of your creative senses when you stay. In this I strived for "New York BoHo high rise on the water. " I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. There is 1 large screen tv in the main area and 1 tv in the bedroom and 1 tv in lower level. We sleep 4 comfortably with 2 bedrooms but can sleep 6 if needed with sofa bed. I would suggest only children after 4 adults. It is way too tight for 6 adults. The main floor bedroom is the master and it is on the upper level with en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level and shares space with the game area and slider to the deck. It has a room divider and the lower level can lock for privacy. Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat…all you need for a great getaway. The hot tub is treated at every stay. The kitchen is fully supplied for all your cooking needs. Access to the water, 5 min from great restaurants and boutique shopping in Peoria Heights. Pet friendly for 1 small dog. Pets MUST be crated when at the house alone. It is fenced but no grass so they must be walked for relief. Not allowed on furniture. Only registered guests allowed on property. No parties. Quiet time 10pm to 8am. No tampering with security equipment . No smoking, vaping. (any kind). Parking for 2 cars only. One to the side in the slip and one directly in front. Your request to book must include a message with information, especially if you have no reviews. Full names and addresses.Where are you coming from? Who will be staying? Have you used VRBO before? Etc. if there is no message, I will not accept. I do not host events or parties. There are quiet hours and host age limit is 25.

Very clean and newly remodeled 3 bedroom home in Peoria, IL with over 1000 main level sq ft. Easy access to interstate 74. Ten mins to downtown & hospitals. Close to shopping and restaurants. 3 bedrooms include dressers, queen bed, three twin beds, plus a single fold out mattress pad available. My husband and I have a wonderful artistically refurbished house on the river with a wrap around deck & open floor plan. The master has its own deck on the water. Private access to water for fishing.. We have 2 kayaks available.There are yard games to use in the fully fenced yard. Great hiking close. There is a fire pit on the main deck and wood solo stove below. Wood is provided. Great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. Everything you need for a great stay. Enjoy a glass of wine on the main deck in the evening or a cup of coffee on the upper deck to watch the sunrise over the water in the morning.
