Here are some THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

Welcome to the peace and rippling sounds of the North Branch of the Manistee River just outside your decked-out, glamping tent door!

Rippling Bluff is exceptionally charming, but with an extra unique feature, one of the two tents is a Stargazer Stout tent, making this site highly desirable! The Stargazer tent, peak is a window where sleeping under the stars is comfortable, tucked away in your warm and comfy real bed!

The second tent is also a 16-foot Stout tent but without the peak window. Each tent can sleep four people, and the site occupancy is 8 (the base price is for two people each additional person is $12/night. Hidden ponds is a great place to stay when planning a trip to south haven, its less than 10 minutes from town so you can enjoy all the perks town has to offer, then after a quick ride back you can enjoy all the perks the campsite has to offer, which made it easier to peel the kids away from the beach by saying they can go in the pool when we got back. We had a great time and already plan on returning next year if it is available! It rained almost the entire time of our stay, yet we still had an amazing time thanks to Raylene and her camper! Knotty Pines Camp is situated on 10 acres. The camp entrance is located off a short gravel dead end road. Located next to "Knotty Pines Cabin" (VRBO#3331769). The booking includes up to 4 campsites. The cost is $45 per site for a RV and $20 per site for a tent. Billing will be amended based on the number of sites used. Unused campsites will not be rented during your stay. Each site is set up so you can pull in and back your camper into position. Sites 2 & 4 will accommodate a maximum camper length of 40’. Site 3 can accommodate a maximum camper length of 40’ however it is situated on a slight incline so to help with leveling it is best suited for medium to smaller length campers. Site 1 is best if used by a smaller camper 30’ +/-.

You will find 2 picnic tables available for your use. Feel free to position them the way you desire. There is a common fire pit area to be enjoyed by all. The perimeter of the property has a shared path available for your morning walk.

We have a variety of wildlife in the area. Please make sure you do not leave food and/or trash out. It is our guest’s responsibility to take all for their trash with them when they leave.

Welcome to Yurt at Waterloo! (formerly Yurt at Havenswood) Very peaceful and private Yurt in the heart of the Waterloo Recreation Area Grass Lake, Michigan. This 16' Yurt sits on a 12 acre wooded lot. Perfect way to get the camping experience without being on top of your neighbors. You will not find a quieter place with so many great things to do within 10 minutes.
We are surrounded by hundreds of miles of trails in the Waterloo Conservation area. Maps provided. There is a trail head on our street a few hundred feet from the yurt. You will have a private driveway and parking area. Plenty of privacy for campfire nights and deck lounging while enjoying the sounds of nature. You will not find more private camping and serenity!
The yurt sleeps a maximum of 4 adults, with twin size bunk beds and a full size futon. The 8 foot picnic table compliments the fire pit with grilling grate. Rustic outdoor living at its finest. Very clean outhouse near Yurt.
Private drive and parking
We completely respect the needs and desires of our guests. We are available if ever they need anything, but we have also done our best to create a totally private environment.
We are in the center of so many popular Michigan hot spots. We are 30 minutes west of Ann Arbor and 45 minutes south of Lansing. We are 15 minutes east of downtown Jackson, and just minutes from the quaint downtown of Grass Lake.
As far as our Neighborhood goes, we are in the Waterloo Preservation Area. Surrounded by hundreds of miles of hiking, running and biking trails. The Portage Lake Campground is only 5 minutes away with lots of options for swimming, boating, fishing, disc golf and other outdoor type festivities, along with a beach and private showers during season.
There is also the small Welch Lake less than .5 miles away that is fantastic for fishing, small boat, and kayaking. Kayaks and trailer provided for a fee.

As dog lovers, we welcome you to bring up to 2 furry friends! BUT... common courtesy is a must. This includes picking up waste (bags provided) and not leaving them unattended in Yurt. If you have dogs over 50 lbs, contact owner for possible exceptions. Both of our dogs are over 50 lbs, so we get it... :)

We are also less than 10 minutes away from the Sandhill Crane Winery which has beautiful views, live music, and great wine and food.

We DO NOT have electricity or running water. If running water is needed, please ask. We do have battery powered lighting and lanterns, but guests encouraged to bring their own. We provide clean sheets and bedding on the mattresses. Drinking water provided. Trash bags provided.

- "Wow is all I can say about our trip to the yurt! We had such a wonderful time and mase so many amazing memories with our kids! The yurt is exactly as described. It had a futon and 2 bunk beds, perfect for my husband 2 kids and I. The space was clean and all we needed for the long weekend. We love rustic camping ( no running water or electricity) so this was perfect for us. We cooked over the fire for all our meals. There is a cooking grate over the fire which was helpful. There was plenty of seating around the stone fire pit. If you want the sound of nature and isolation this is for you! At night when all the lanterns are off you are in total darkness which we though was cool! There is a string of battery powered lights around the inside of the yurt which we liked at night which is basically like the light of the moon. Tons of things to do in the area. Lots of canoe liveries about 35-55 minutes away. Easy to get to for a day trip! Lastly our hosts were beyond easy to get a hold of and were very helpful through the booking as well as the entire trip! Highly recommended this property! We hope to stay again!"

OakHill offers 20 acres for you, your family and pet to enjoy, including wide open spaces and two lakes for your boating, swimming and fishing pleasure ( catch and release). A 1/2 mile hike trail that’s completely private. If you bring a pet please keep them supervised we’d hate to scare the wildlife and our two orange tiger cats Mango and Skittles. They roam the property and are friendly. You will stay in our cozy hideaway camper that features 1 queen bed and 2 full size bunk beds.and all the amenities you’ll need. Just bring your clothes and food! It’s perfect for a small group of guests. With amenities like a fire pit, grill, two paddle-boats, catch and release fishing on the back pond only, WiFi, heating, and AC, your stay will be nothing short of enjoyable. Smoking is allowed but only outside.

There’s a wood shed just down from the camper with a cash box using the honor system, we provide a pile of kindling for free that’s next to your campsite.
