Here are some THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting.
#1 NO PARTIES are permitted in our Condo or on our property at any time during your stay.
#2 Our Condo is nice but its not perfect for all people, even though we have put lots of effort into this place there are always small what seem like trivial issues to most that really upset others such as, there is no dishwasher, This is a Condo so at times there will be neighbor noise.
#3 We ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. We expect our Guests to be quiet after 11:00 PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a resident, you should love your stay.
#4 We have a Smart TV with NO cable, we have a Antenna which provides 18 channels like ABC NBC CBS etc all in 4K, we also provide a Netflix subscription with endless viewing options.

Rippling Bluff is exceptionally charming, but with an extra unique feature, one of the two tents is a Stargazer Stout tent, making this site highly desirable! The Stargazer tent, peak is a window where sleeping under the stars is comfortable, tucked away in your warm and comfy real bed!

The second tent is also a 16-foot Stout tent but without the peak window. Each tent can sleep four people, and the site occupancy is 8 (the base price is for two people each additional person is $12/night. The actual full bed is outfitted with warm bedding for cool summer nights. There are two comfy cots with cushions. Hidden ponds is a great place to stay when planning a trip to south haven, its less than 10 minutes from town so you can enjoy all the perks town has to offer, then after a quick ride back you can enjoy all the perks the campsite has to offer, which made it easier to peel the kids away from the beach by saying they can go in the pool when we got back. We had a great time and already plan on returning next year if it is available! It rained almost the entire time of our stay, yet we still had an amazing time thanks to Raylene and her camper! Knotty Pines Camp is situated on 10 acres. The camp entrance is located off a short gravel dead end road. Located next to "Knotty Pines Cabin" (VRBO#3331769). The booking includes up to 4 campsites. The cost is $45 per site for a RV and $20 per site for a tent. Billing will be amended based on the number of sites used. Unused campsites will not be rented during your stay. Each site is set up so you can pull in and back your camper into position. Sites 2 & 4 will accommodate a maximum camper length of 40’. Site 3 can accommodate a maximum camper length of 40’ however it is situated on a slight incline so to help with leveling it is best suited for medium to smaller length campers. Site 1 is best if used by a smaller camper 30’ +/-.

You will find 2 picnic tables available for your use. Feel free to position them the way you desire. There is a common fire pit area to be enjoyed by all. The perimeter of the property has a shared path available for your morning walk.

We have a variety of wildlife in the area. Please make sure you do not leave food and/or trash out. It is our guest’s responsibility to take all for their trash with them when they leave.

Welcome to Yurt at Waterloo! (formerly Yurt at Havenswood) Very peaceful and private Yurt in the heart of the Waterloo Recreation Area Grass Lake, Michigan. This 16' Yurt sits on a 12 acre wooded lot. Perfect way to get the camping experience without being on top of your neighbors. You will not find a quieter place with so many great things to do within 10 minutes.
We are surrounded by hundreds of miles of trails in the Waterloo Conservation area. Maps provided. There is a trail head on our street a few hundred feet from the yurt. You will have a private driveway and parking area. Plenty of privacy for campfire nights and deck lounging while enjoying the sounds of nature. You will not find more private camping and serenity!
The yurt sleeps a maximum of 4 adults, with twin size bunk beds and a full size futon. The 8 foot picnic table compliments the fire pit with grilling grate. Rustic outdoor living at its finest. Very clean outhouse near Yurt.

We completely respect the needs and desires of our guests. We are available if ever they need anything, but we have also done our best to create a totally private environment.
We are in the center of so many popular Michigan hot spots. We are 30 minutes west of Ann Arbor and 45 minutes south of Lansing. We are 15 minutes east of downtown Jackson, and just minutes from the quaint downtown of Grass Lake.
As far as our Neighborhood goes, we are in the Waterloo Preservation Area. Surrounded by hundreds of miles of hiking, running and biking trails. The Portage Lake Campground is only 5 minutes away with lots of options for swimming, boating, fishing, disc golf and other outdoor type festivities, along with a beach and private showers during season.
There is also the small Welch Lake less than .5 miles away that is fantastic for fishing, small boat, and kayaking. Kayaks and trailer provided for a fee.

As dog lovers, we welcome you to bring up to 2 furry friends! BUT... common courtesy is a must. This includes picking up waste (bags provided) and not leaving them unattended in Yurt. If you have dogs over 50 lbs, contact owner for possible exceptions. Both of our dogs are over 50 lbs, so we get it... :)

We are also less than 10 minutes away from the Sandhill Crane Winery which has beautiful views, live music, and great wine and food.

- "Wow is all I can say about our trip to the yurt! We had such a wonderful time and mase so many amazing memories with our kids! The yurt is exactly as described. It had a futon and 2 bunk beds, perfect for my husband 2 kids and I. The space was clean and all we needed for the long weekend. We love rustic camping ( no running water or electricity) so this was perfect for us. We cooked over the fire for all our meals. There is a cooking grate over the fire which was helpful. There was plenty of seating around the stone fire pit. If you want the sound of nature and isolation this is for you! At night when all the lanterns are off you are in total darkness which we though was cool! There is a string of battery powered lights around the inside of the yurt which we liked at night which is basically like the light of the moon. Tons of things to do in the area. Lots of canoe liveries about 35-55 minutes away. Easy to get to for a day trip! Lastly our hosts were beyond easy to get a hold of and were very helpful through the booking as well as the entire trip! Highly recommended this property! We hope to stay again!"

5th wheel camper with everything you could need! Tv and dvd for small children and all amenities are included! From cooking to campfire! Inside lighting and heat/ac units within the camper both work great! When you book the camper, I book the campsite! Generally the camper is located at the Country Village RV park in Ishpeming is where I book it because the campground is amazing. They offer a playground, a pool, fire pit and picnic tables. They have a little store on site for your needs and your only 15-20 min from Marquette where there is bike trails and hiking trails right along the Great Lake Superior! Also, I will book it at Superior Times resort and campground in Autrain which provides a fire pit, a dock, dvd library in the office and a play ground for kids!!! Or a canpground of my choosing. This camper is amazing and has enough space for you and your family. There is a coffee pot, towels and wash clothes along with shampoo for yourself or small children and a bath tub for those hard playing days at the park! Extra blankets can be found stashed all over for those colder nights! Make this your cozy place to stay!

This camper was the perfect solution, and Chocolay RV Campground, where it was placed, was centrally located. The campground was quiet, clean, and in an austere and gorgeous pine barrens area just outside of Marquette. I plan on visiting this place MANY times. We had so much fun - Pictured Rocks cruise, searching for LSAs and other fun rocks, picking wild blueberreies (there were tons around our site), and just enjoying the area. Abriele was terrific, responsive, and hooked us up with coffee, which is critical, really. If you are looking for a fun, casual, "Up North" family trip - or solo trip - or any trip, this was as relaxing and refreshing as it gets."

The space had a decent offering of amenities (blankets, dishes, towels), and even a dog bone for our pooch - we had everything we needed. We stayed during off-season so the park was quiet; but with the pool and the playground - I’m sure it will be a hit with family’s in the summer. Your personal, private bathroom is just a short walk from the tent. There is running water, lights and a flushable toilet. Enjoy a relaxing shower under the stars in your outdoor shower! Remember that since this is an OFF GRID campsite, there isn’t unlimited hot water.

Please note the water is non-potable.

Also, there is a strict NO smoking/vaping inside the tent or under the rain fly. We can not wash the smoke smell or residue off the tent walls.

You are welcome to walk the lane and enjoy the back area. This is country so there may be mosquitoes, ticks and other bugs. Watch out for the poison Ivy that likes to grow in the tall grass and woods.

You will be staying on the back corner of our farm and while the site feels very private, you might hear children playing. Our farm is guarded by Yukon, who is a livestock guard dog. He happily protects the gardens from deer and bunnies and keeps the coons away from our chickens. His perimeter is an electric fence that keeps him up by our house. He works mostly at night and so don’t be alarmed if you hear his gruff bark. He’s just warning a nosy deer or raccoon that they aren’t welcome. We welcome his hard work but also understand that not everyone will be ok with what he does. Please do not try and pet him as he is not friendly to strangers.

Your tent site is located on the back of our 18 acre farm and you have your own private lane to access the campsite. We are located next to a designated dark sky area so the stargazing is fantastic! Plus wildlife is abundant including our two Sandhill cranes that live on the pond.

Dr Lawless Park is a designated DARK SKY and is located 1/4 of a mile away. This park has fantastic mountain biking and hiking so bring your bikes to enjoy a good ride!

There is space to park your boat for use on the local lakes. Birch Lake is absolutely gorgeous and makes for a great kayak ride. Enjoy fishing or water sports on local Diamond or Donnell Lakes located within a few minutes of our farm. We are around 45 minutes from Amish country Shipshewana and Notre Dame Stadium.

Dome #7 is one of the larger geodesic domes on the property. It can accommodate 4 guests overnight, and comes with a coffee maker, air conditioning, utensils and dinnerware, and more. Right outside the dome is a fire pit, picnic table, and a private hot tub. The inside view faces a beautiful green pasture behind a short tree line, and curtains inside provide any privacy that is needed. The space
Morning Glory Camper is a beautifully updated modern camper overlooking peaceful catch-and-release ponds. The camper has a functional kitchen (no food provided), bedroom with a privacy curtain, Smart TV, DVD player, DVDs and board games. A Keurig station with coffee, tea, sweetener, and creamer is included.

You'll have access to the full 150-acre property—once the Don Kerbis Tennis Camp—including 2.3 miles of river frontage, nature trails, basketball/tennis courts (courts are cracked, play at your own risk), ponds, a fire pit, volleyball, and corn hole toss.

The space
In our yard you can enjoy hores shoes corn hole and many other lawn games. You also can enjoy a fire pit with the ability to rost a hot dog or a yummy smore.

there are many lakes and rivers within 5 to 15 minutes away. there are ORV trails close and hiking trails. You can enjoy boating and fishing in many of our local water ways. Macinaw city and many other site seeing area are within an hours drive. You can enjoy many options to eat out in our local restaurants, and even an afternoon at our local golf club.
