Mary I, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath floating cottage features all the comforts of home with sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. The Mary 1 can be rented on a monthly basis (30 day minimum).
The Galley amenities include: refrigerator, microwave, toaster, flatware & dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker & induction cook-top, as well as outdoor gas grills on-site to grill up the day’s catch. The on-board bathroom has a vanity, toilet & stand-up shower (additional bathhouse & laundry facilities are available on-site as well). The upper deck features ample space & 6 Adirondack chair to enjoy the beautiful sunrises & sunsets.
Your rental also includes use of the Community Center, complete with a heated salt water pool, a clubhouse with wi-fi and a pickleball court, as well as the pavilion area with picnic tables, gas grills and an open air fire pit!
Feel like taking in the Sturgeon Bay shoreline from the water? Inquire about renting one of our run-about boats, kayaks and SUP's-Stand Up Paddle Boards will be available to rent during your stay as well.

- "What a wonderful water experience in beautiful Sturgeon Bay! The house boat was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities and more! In fact, the 3 on boat air conditioners came in handy at night. The friendly staff was attentive to our every need. The owner was even kind enough to stop by and check if everything was going well. We have already rebooked for next year. If you love water and the great outdoors you will love staying here versus a hotel."

Our Carver boat is docked right by Snug Harbor! There is plenty of room to accommodate you and your guests. There are two bedrooms. The "back" bedroom consists of two twin beds and a bathroom. The main bedroom in the "front" has a full/queen bed and another bathroom. We do have bathrooms and showers on-shore designated for our boat guests to use that is only 35' away. There is a generous sitting room and a roomy galley with a refrigerator and microwave. There is also a roomy outside deck to enjoy the sun!

- "Beautiful well-maintained property! Friendly staff and owners. Super accommodating. Felt right at home. Second time staying at one of their properties and it won’t be the last." - "Loved our stay here. Peaceful, met wonderful people that run charter fishing boats. Owner forot to fix the bathroom light, but was otherwise responsive to our needs. Would stay here again." - "Boat looks great from outside. Open the cabin doors and was hit with mildew and musty smell. The main cabin is carpeted as are the walls in the sleeping area. Black mold? Around window in sleeping area.Once inside smelled noxious gas. Tried to be a trooper on first night. Opened windows to air it out. Found four air fresheners in cabin.(Smell known to owner)No instruction from front desk on air conditioner, pump toilets. Called owner, he responded promptly advised but when told about the gas smell he said it shouldn’t be that bad and he would have someone come out the next day to clean out the tank. Which was supposedly done but no change to the smell. Also found out first night no Basic TV available, no lights working in sleeping cabins. every flush of toilet a strong flood of gas smell, 2nd day the sink spontaneously over flows while we are sitting in cabin. I was sick by second day, told owner and he offered to put us up in nice condo. Appreciated the offer and did stay there but too sick to enjoy."

- "My sisters, best friend and I had a great time. Despite struggles with the A/C not working, the staff went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Both Jeremy and Kristen assisted with moving our stuff. Jeremy seemed to always be around to save the day from zip tying the key so it didn't get lost to securing the boat so my sister with MS can get on and off with ease. Both Autumn and Kristen responded timely to minor problems that first time boat renters had no clue how to fix. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We loved every minute and interaction during our stay."
