Office was closed at 5:30 upon our arrival but called the Ranger and he was very accommodating. We brought our own linens because listening stated "no linens" were included. However, there were sheets, pillows, blankets and towels. This was a question I was going to ask. The cabin was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Campground had a lot of fun things to do. Very quiet at night. Air conditioning was a nice perk. Right across from Road America which worked perfect for us. We would stay again. "

40' Yacht on Lake Michigan, slipped at the Sheboygan Yacht Club. - "Definitely 5 stars across the board. I read the reviews on Vrbo and this place was recommended by many people. We vacayed with our 2 boys (15 & 11) and a dog. Very clean & great atmosphere. There's plenty to do on site no real reason to leave. They have fun themed weekends & they serve breakfast in the morning. We stayed in one of the cabins. Very clean and it came with many amenities. The location is about 15 minutes from the Dells. The site is spacious, beautiful, quiet, and quite private. The resort it's located in has great amenities, friendly staff, and fun activities every weekend through out the summer. The motor home was clean and equipped with your basic needs, the bed was comfortable. The owners and staff were quick to help out with anything you needed. BOOKING PROCESS:
You will be sent a Rental Agreement. Please complete within 24 hours to secure your booking, and email your ID to us to complete your booking. We love when you message us to share the nature of your trip and who you are traveling with as well, so we may offer the best experience.

No third-party bookings or psuedo names

Arrival & Parking
🚗 Driveway – Narrow, steep in winter, and one-way. Be prepared to reverse out. **Winter guests:** 4WD required.
🚗 Parking** – Max 3 vehicles. No large motorhomes.
Turn left at top of driveway.

Inside the House
🚫 No outdoor shoes inside – Pack indoor shoes/slippers. $200 fee for excessive debris.
🛅 Luggage – Use racks; avoid placing luggage on beds, built-ins, or dragging through gravel paths.
🚽 Septic system – Flush only 1-ply toilet paper. No hair, food, wipes or feminine products.
🛁 Bathrooms – Be gentle with vintage fixtures & always use ventilation fans to expel humidity.
🔥 No fires indoors or outdoors. No fireworks. NO SMOKING INSIDE AND DO NOT LEAVE CIGARETTE BUTTS OUTSIDE-DISPOSE SAFELY.

Outdoor Etiquette
🌿 Respect nature & wildlife – Keep doors closed to avoid critters. No camping. No moving outdoor furniture.

PLEASE STAY OFF OF THE ROOF -Motion sensor cameras present up there.

Please take your time when loading luggage in. Do not scuff walls and woodwork through tight corridors.

🔇 Quiet hours – After 8 PM, keep outdoor voices low. No loud music outside after 8pm, and be mindful of how loud you are. Music can be listened to inside as loud as you`d like. Just don`t disturb neighbors with loud outdoor music.

📸 Personal photos only – No commercial or inappropriate filming.

Other Important Notes
🚭 No smoking indoors- this includes vaping or incense – $375 fine for violations.
🚫 No pets, ESAs, or unauthorized guests.
🎥 Security cameras in use – Tampering results in a **$500 fine & termination of stay**
🌡️ Thermostat – Turn back to eco mode or 70 degrees if you adjusted

Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest`s payment.

Big Rock Creek is a place where time stands still. From the moment you enter the grounds amongst the towering pines and beautiful winding creek, you'll feel as though you traveled back to a time when the days moved a little slower. Boasting an amazing Trout filled lake, 26 miles of gravel trails and 980 acres of nature, Big Rock Creek is a place you'll want to be lost! Guests of the creekside family tent at Big Rock Creek will enjoy a queen sized bed with a queen sized futon along with a cot stored under the queen sized bed! This tent sleeps 2-3 adults max and could sleep 2 adults with 4 small kids if the kids were willing to share beds:)

The Big Rock Creek estate is home to Fridays at the farm! Our weekly farmers market and hang out. We have live music, food and drinks and a small market of local vendors. This event is from 5-9pm on Fridays. We also have a gift shop on site along with bike rentals and electric polaris ranger rentals to cruise the trails of our 980 acres! If your into fishing, we only allow fly fishing but we do have fly rods for rent here on site!

Guests are allowed access to our private lake with a swimming raft, paddle boards, canoes, kayaks and paddle boats that are free for guests to use on a first come first serve basis.

Other things to note
Dogs are allowed during your stay but only near the camper when taking them outside. Please keep dogs away from the chickens and horses as we have had too many dogs barking at the horses in the past and chasing. This can disrupt boarders and their horses. Thank you for understanding!

Please also do not let kids chase any animal on the farm! If kids are outside, a parent/guardian must be with them to supervise.

We are a working farm 7 days a week and specialize in horse care.

Our chickens are 100% free range and we offer eggs for sale!

This is camper living so please don’t expect perfection. The shower fits one person, the fridge isn’t huge, and there are 2 steps to get into the camper. We can define this as “glamping”. There are bugs here in the summer, horses make noises, chickens make noise, but we sure love our little family built farm that we worked so hard for from scratch!

If you want to book two nights let us know. We may be able to accommodate that. We have 2 additional campers available onsite, please enquire if you need one. They each can sleep 3 to 4 more guests. Those do not have no toilet inside but there is a large mens’s and women’s toilet trailer with sinks for your use.

This premier 36 foot fifth-wheel camper has custom wood cabinetry and a private large bedroom with built-in dressers. With two slide-outs, the floorplan is open and spacious. The living room area boasts two recliners and a sofa which converts in to a bed. The dining area has a table seating 4. The camper has air conditioning and is situated on a large campsite with a screen house, a fire pit and a picnic table provided. Linens provided.

If it’s your first time in an RV, please understand there are distinct differences compared to a traditional house with the utilities. You may encounter situational limitations in power, water usage, and septic facilities. Worry not, we'll furnish you with a comprehensive guide to ensure your stay is hassle-free and enjoyable.

Please be aware that this is not a five-star hotel stay. This is a five-star "Glamping Experience". Luxurious amenities like high thread count sheets and fancy toiletries are not included. Our focus is on providing a fantastic camping experience within the comfort of a camper. It's important to note that the sink water, shower water, and sewage are collected in tanks, which have limited capacity and may need to be emptied if usage is high. We're more than happy to assist with any questions that arise during your stay. You may have to pull up your shirt sleeves to switch over a propane tank or flip a breaker, it's all part of the experience! Keep in mind that negativity typically stems from unrealistic expectations or overlooking information provided. Approaching your trip with a glamping mindset will ensure you have an enjoyable experience!
