There is also a fire pit fully stocked with wood, dining table, and grill for you to use. The Birchview Suite lower level is totally closed off from guests who are staying in the upper level. The entire upper and lower levels can be booked as one unit by calling Stonehaven Resort. We have a private dock 1/4 mile from the cottage and offer complementary use of kayaks, row boats, and canoes! We also have a pontoon for rent. Plenty of hiking and biking opportunities can be found on and off the resort. State Trails are also nearby.

The Connors Lake park and boat landing are located within walking distance of the front door. If you tire of fishing Connors lake, the Lake of the Pines boat landing is less the a mile away for you to enjoy as well. Northland Resort has been owned and operated by the Olejniczak Family since 1951. At the end of the 2017 season, the resort was separated between the four siblings. Alan and Cheri continue to rent the three cottages at water front. Each rental is a modern, housekeeping unit with complete kitchen including a microwave oven, drip coffee maker, pizza maker, tv/dvd and updated bathroom with shower. Each cabin has its own private pier with a 14' aluminum row boat; barbecue grill, picnic table and fire ring with firewood.

Please note, parking at this property is limited. When the hotel is full, we will issue one parking permit per unit. Please plan accordingly as we are not able to guarantee any additional parking Please display your permit on your dashboard. Trailer parking is not permitted. Violators may be towed at vehicle owner's expense. For any questions or concerns, please call the front desk.
There is limited public parking in front of the resort, on our side of the street. Please be aware, this is public parking and not under our control and the terrain is irregular. The Town of Delavan requires anyone who chooses to park on the roadside to have all four tires on the grass or the town has the right to tow and ticket your vehicle or trailer.
