- "We haven’t decided which was more amazing, the lakehouse, the location or the view! We were within minutes of delicious restaurants, beautiful hikes and shops. Uber Eats was available for a prompt meal delivery when we didn’t feel like cooking. The neighborhood was safe, clean and quiet and we’ve decided everyone is Wisconsin is naturally friendly! The home had the best amenities, including coffee, board and card games, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we could imagine along with the BEST blankets ever. The host was kind and attentive, even after we checked out, promptly replying to our request to know the brand of the beds (they were heavenly! First time I’ve slept better on vacation than at home!) The back patio and private dock were gorgeous and well maintained! We absolutely cannot wait to come back and stay, this will be a new annnual trip for us and we have shared this gem of a find with our traveling friends, truly a treat to stay here! Parfreys Glenn, Devil's Lake, Wisconsin Dells and many other top attractions are located close by. Devil's Lake Ski Resort is located just across the street from us. Oasis is a brand new apartment that is located below us. The apartment has two levels, a full kitchen, and a deck right outside your door to take in the beautiful views. There is a fire pit to cozy up to on cold nights or enjoy smores with friends and family. Bathroom and Sleeper Sofa located on the main level for those that need to avoid stairs. This apartment can comfortably sleep six people. If you have a larger group please inquire about our other apartment options close by.

The home was completely renovated in 2022! It is located across from Lake Wisconsin with a modern open floor plan, lake views, and a large front deck. The free Merrimac Ferry (seasonal) is within walking distance or a short drive away. Devil's Lake State Park and the Ice Age Trail are nearby. ENTRY
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

PARKING
There are 3 parking spots on the property. There is also street parking for a short amount of time. The driveway is dirt/gravel and is steep. All Wheel Drive is recommended.

THE DRIVE
Imagine you are a racecar driver, you will experience the winding country roads with an occasional obstacle getting in your way such as deer, turkeys, chickens, and more. There will be limited service so printing off directions is wise.

INTERNET/CABLE
There is reliable high speed internet throughout the cabin.
All of the TVs are Smart TVs. We do not provide Netflix or Hulu but you can certainly log in to your own account.

GRILL
We have a Charcoal grill on the property but we DO NOT have charcoal. The guest will be responsible for providing this. We do however have the utensils such as tongs, flipper, and grill scraper.

LAUNDRY
Washer and Dryer are available for use. Please bring your own laundry detergent for your stay.

BEDROOMS

There are 3 bedrooms located on the property. The main floor bedroom holds a queen-size bed while the other bedroom is located on the second floor with another queen-size bed. The third bedroom is located in the basement with a egress window and it’s own bathroom. Each mattress has a different firmness to it. Overall the cottage can accommodate 8 people comfortably.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig, and all of the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/ Utensils.
Keurig- Kpods are provided with creamers or sugar packets. We do not provide salt/pepper or any cooking oil.

SECURITY
Blink security cameras are located at the front of the cabin facing the driveway and one facing the front door. The third camera is facing the backyard. We will not be monitoring the camera on a day-to-day basis, only when needed. NO cameras inside the property.

FIREPIT:
Please clean up after yourself and do not move the firepit. Where it is located currently is the safest location.

The space
The House on Edgewater is located on the historic Wisconsin River. Guests can look forward to enjoying the peaceful river on one of two exterior decks or in the hammock, and may even spot the neighborhood bald eagle! The backyard has steps down to the river for direct access - perfect for kayaking! This adorable three-bedroom, cape-cod style home was built in 1930. Most of the home's woodwork is original, including the doors and door handles. The home has also settled through the years, and developed a charming slope!

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a cozy King Size Bed and wingback chair that looks out to the river and is the perfect place for reading a good book. The second upstairs room is great for kids, with two twin beds and a desk. The space could also be used as an office for productive teleworking or just answering a quick email. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and has a Queen Size Bed with a dreamy canopy bed with fairy lights. All mattresses are memory foam and have a down-alternative comforter.

Bathrooms:
The main floor has a full bath with a shower and tub combo, vanity and extra storage. A half bath is located at the top of the stairs.

Parking:
Parking is free. As a courtesy to our neighbors, all guests are asked to park either in the garage or driveway.

We also visited historic sites in Portage, including the Indian Agent House and the Surgeon’s Quarters. The latter is located a few hundred feet from where 17th century French explorers, Jacques Marquette (a Jesuit missionary) and Louis Joliet, “portaged” from the Fox River to the Wisconsin River and then down the Mississippi."

Inside, you'll find a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Each room is equipped with a TV, and the cozy memory foam mattresses ensure a restful night’s sleep. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including Tupperware, a NutriBullet, a coffee frother, and a Crockpot! The open-concept kitchen and living room offer plenty of space to spread out while still enjoying time together. For the little ones, there are coloring books, crayons, and plenty of family-friendly activities.

Step outside and enjoy the lakefront access, including a dock (boat not included), a canoe, kayaks, and a stand-up paddleboard. Note: Lifejackets are limited, so bringing your own is recommended. The spacious deck offers spectacular views of the sunrise and sunset every day of your stay, along with a Weber charcoal grill, a pellet smoker, a Char-Boil gas grill, and a firepit (wood not provided).

This home is located in the Merrimac, WI, only 8 miles from Devil's Lake State Park, Merrimac Ferry, Devils Head, and Parfrey's Glen. Public access to Lake Wisconsin is located 2 minutes away from the home on Palisade St. in Merrimac.

Parking for the home is limited to 2 vehicles. Memorial Park is a block down from the property and has public parking available for extra vehicles and boat trailers! No street parking is available in front of the home.

Getting Around:
Great restaurants are in Merrimac with larger cities such as Baraboo and Prairie du Sac within 20 minutes of the home. There is a small country store in town for immediate needs, but would suggest getting additional supplies at the Walmart or Grocery stores located in Baraboo.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are responsible for bringing their own coffee, firewood, propane, and smoker pellets to ensure a smooth stay.

Please be considerate of neighbors by observing quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

For safety, please refrain from docking or tying your boat to the pier overnight. Fires are only permitted in the designated fire pit/ring area.

Smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the home will result in a $250 charge. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside, at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will incur a $250 charge.

Parties are not allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 charge.

Looking for a place to get away and recharge? Get lost in nature and stay where the magic grows on a real Christmas tree farm! Situated on rolling hills below the Baraboo bluffs, this 125 acre farm and nature preserve has several miles of hike/bike/ski trails, a private lake and two creeks. Modern and secluded house with ample space to gather and relax. Easy drive on beautiful country roads to the many attractions in the area--Devil's Head and Cascade ski are 5 & 12 minutes away respectively.
The space
The house is located on a sizable Christmas tree farm that offers a large amount of privacy and tranquility.

There are 5 beds and 4 baths (2 full, 2 half). The house has three levels. The main level has the kitchen, a family room with fireplace (wood is included!), master bed (1 king), master bath (two-person tub and shower), powder room, laundry, and access to the outdoor deck. The lower level has a bar gathering area, and two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 single beds). The upper level has a lofted sleeping area (1 queen), a powder room, and a game room with a flat table (suitable for a workspace and/or table games) as well as pool and ping pong tables. Outdoors is a propane grill and a wood firepit as well as the miles of trails to explore.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the mechanical room (owner's supply storage) and the attached garage (currently used to store supplies and equipment for the Christmas tree business).
Other things to note
You will be staying at a working Christmas tree farm. While this house and property offers solitude and privacy in spades, there is a chance you will see workers in the field tending to the property and the trees. Your hosts will text you in advance if workers/contractors will be on the property.

The Simple Cabin on Lake Wisconsin is a simple and clean space. It would be ideal for an individual or couple who are enjoying the beautiful outdoors by day, and would like a bed by night. It is 350 sq ft for the entire cabin consisting of bedroom, small full bathroom, and living area. You will enjoy 180 degrees of across-the-water views. It's a great hub for hiking with the following all within 15 - 35 minutes: Devil's Lake, Parfrey's Glen, Gibralter Rock (ice age tr) & Mirror Lake.

The Simple Cabin is a small space, with 1 bedroom and 1 living area/kitchenette. We are conveniently located on Lake Wisconsin, between the Wisconsin Dells and Madison. It is the perfect home-base to explore some of Wisconsin's best outdoor attractions (Devil's Lake State Park, Parfrey's Glen, the Merrimac Ferry, the waterparks of the Dells, and any wonderful attraction that may bring you back to Madison). You can launch your boat daily and spend an exciting day on the open water of the lake (too shallow to get a boat of any size into our channel but you can park your boat/trailer in front at the end of the day) or a quiet day exploring the Dells-like bluffs and the nearby islands, coves, and backwaters in your canoe or kayak. The shallow water in front is perfect for kayaks and canoes.

Enjoy shallow water fishing from the sandbar in front, from our canoe, or use a boat to hit several of the best local fishing spots all within 5 minutes of the cottage: The Narrows, Fockes Bluffs, Tipperary Bluffs, and Camp Rest Park. Good fishing for Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, White Bass, Catfish, Largemouth, Crappie and more.

The cottage has a green lawn for yard games or for kids to run around in, plus just a block away is a park with playground equipment and wading beach, perfect for small children and dogs. Tennis and basketball courts are just a mile up the road. Bike riding opportunities on winding country roads in the area are fantastic. Up for a challenge? Circle Lake Wisconsin on your bike, it's about a 50-60 mile trip with a free ferryboat crossing as a highlight!

This two bedroom, two bathroom house has a full kitchen and an open layout. The kitchen is equipped with all you’ll need to prepare any meal you like…or grill out on waterside deck on the gas grill! Feeling lazy? Kick back and enjoy the 47” flat screen LCD HDTV or enjoy the deck, so...relax, sip a drink, even surf the web, and watch the river go by!

Beautiful views out the large living room windows and across the 16’x25’ deck look onto green, sandy islands and the undeveloped distant shores of the Wisconsin River as it opens up into Lake Wisconsin.

FALL & WINTER FUN! After the summer crowds leave you’ll find unique beauty and tranquility on the river. Tucked in among the surrounding bluffs and hillsides you’ll find gorgeous fall colors and dazzling winter scenery. Hundreds of wooded acres across the street are home to the Red Bellied Woodpecker, Wild Turkey, and White Tailed Deer, while the ever-changing river offers views of Sandhill Cranes, Bald Eagles, Beaver, and Muskrat. Scenic drives in all directions make interesting day trips more fun! Many nearby day-trip possibilities including the Wollensheim Winery, Wisconsin Dells, Devil's Lake State Park, Baraboo Circus World Museum, and so much more. Nearby ski hills include Cascade Mountain (15 min) and Devilshead Lodge (30 min).

Bring some firewood (or buy it locally) and have a campfire in the firepit next to the water!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house except unfinished basement which we use for storage. Access includes a 5-person hot tub on a big deck, a small pier and river (seasonal of course), and yard. Water is shallow (no big boats roaring by!) but you'll be able to use our 17' aluminum Grumman canoe and one of our 2-person kayaks to paddle around the islands in the slow moving river.

Other things to note
Please make yourself at home here as we’d like your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as it can possibly be. Please make use of whatever you can find here including:

TV: We have a 47” LCD Smart HDTV with sound bar in the living room. The smart TV is connected to cable TV.

Sound Bar:
The remote control allows you to toggle between these modes.

Wireless Internet: Be sure to bring a computer if you want to keep up with your emails or get a little work done. It can also be helpful when looking up activities in the area.

Dining Room Table Expansion: There are 2 “leaves” in the 1st floor bedroom to expand the table for more seating. Also several folding chairs are available in the bedroom closet for your use.

Gas Fireplace: To use the gas fireplace, tilt down the small grill on the bottom above the hearth to get to the controls. Push in adjustment dial set on “pilot” and hold for 20-30 seconds, then push in the “light” button. Once lit, adjust heat but please do not turn the dial past #3 as it gets quite hot and make sure to turn it off when you leave. The fireplace will be disabled during the summer months.

Fire Pit: There is a fire ring down near the water’s edge. It is available for you to have a camp fire. Sit and watch the sunset and cook dinner or roast marshmallows. Firewood is readily available for purchase nearby. Renters are asked to bring their own firewood or purchase from local sources. Do keep in mind that there are some state restrictions on long distance (especially intrastate) transport of fire wood. Locals sell firewood for cheap so please help prevent the spread of pests by complying with state rules on firewood.

First Aid Supplies: There is a small first aid kid in the bathroom cabinets. Feel free to use any supplies that you need during your stay. Hopefully, you won’t need any!

Bird Feeders: There are many wonderful birds in the area and we try to keep the bird feeders loaded with food. If you are staying for more than a few days and like to watch the birds you may wish to bring see and you may certainly feel free to fill the suet, hummingbird or seed feeder. Look for suet in the freezer. The best mixture for hummingbirds is 1 part sugar to 4 parts water, by volume.

Cleaning: The cottage was cleaned before your stay and will be ready for you with clean sheets on the beds, vacuumed carpets, etc. If you’d like to tidy up during your stay feel free to use the vacuum cleaner in the closet behind the furnace or any of the other cleaning supplies. Please call Ron or I ASAP if you feel that the cottage was not clean when you arrived.

Pets: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. There is a pet waste bag dispenser to the left at the corner of the cottage (located so the renters next door can also access it) that you are welcome to use. Also, a pooper scooper is usually hanging below the deck for yard clean-up. Feel free to bring your own water and food bowls.

Fish Cleaning: If you are cleaning fish on the property we ask that you double bag the entrails before placing them into the trash. Since trash pickup is on Monday, please let Ron know if you think they may begin to smell before trash is scheduled to be picked up.

Garbage & Recycling: Garbage pick up is on Monday, however bins must be moved to the far side of the street for pickup. Once the collection has been made on Monday, please pull bins back up next to the house to the right of the front door. You can recycle cardboard, glass, aluminum, paper . . . the usual items. Pick up will be off by one day after a holiday weekend.

Guest Journal: We hope you will take a minute to jot down a note about your stay at Quietwater in the journal you will find in the living room. It’s been a pleasure getting to know everyone through phone and email conversations (and even a few in person!). We’d love for you to send us a digital photo of your family/friends during your vacation. There is also a “guest review” option on the internet site where you found our home.

Departure: Check out time is always 11am during summer/peak season when there are back to back rentals, and any other times unless prearranged. 1) Please take all trash and recycling out to bins
2) Load and run dishwasher (detergent provided)
3) Place towels in pile on bathroom floor
4) Pull back sheets to let us know what beds have been slept in
5) Sign our guestbook
6) Leave the keys on the kitchen counter and lock doorknob
7) Have a safe journey home!

It's a great hub for hiking with the following all within 15 - 35 minutes: Devil's Lake, Parfrey's Glen, Gibralter Rock (ice age tr), Mackenzie Center, Lodi Marsh & Mirror Lake.

The space
The River Queen cabin has ample space to sleep 6 (max 4 adults). We are conveniently located on Lake Wisconsin, between the Wisconsin Dells and Madison. It is the perfect home-base to explore some of Wisconsin's best outdoor attractions (Devil's Lake State Park, Parfrey's Glen, the Merrimac Ferry, the waterparks of the Dells, and any wonderful attraction that may bring you back to Madison).

This is a basement suite, meaning you will hear noise from your upstairs neighbors. It has a separate entrance and there are no shared spaces within the unit

There is a full kitchen with utensils, pots, and pans to enjoy your home-cooked meals. The kitchen is small, but fully functional. The operators have another space next door.

You can access the entirety of the unit you are renting, and you are free to use the shared space including the deck and grill.

The space
Fisher's Flop has exactly what you need with all the comforts of home but better - no responsibilities!! Sleeps 6 (2 per bed) if you don't mind snuggling with another Fisher!

This loft style home has a jetted, steamy, whirlpool tub in the master bedroom with a comfy queen size bed...aaah! as well as full bathroom. Take a peek out the patio door at your private patio!

The kitchen features quartz countertops, Kraus sink and a full complement of stainless steel appliances. Sweet!

The living room has a great gas fireplace and smart TV to help you unwind and relax after a hard day of vacationing.

Wind your way up the spiral staircase to the loft area and be amazed by the fantastic view of the river. The second floor has two full size beds and another full bathroom. NOTE: The loft has two separate sleeping areas but they are not closed off from each other.

There's also a cozy additional seating area in the loft for you to kick back and finish that book your spouse has been nagging you to read....or maybe a quick walk down by the river first.

If you feel like cooking "au naturel" (as in cooking your food over fire NOT cooking in the buff!) you can channel your inner cave man with the gas grill set out on your private patio.

Don't want to cook? Me neither!! Stroll on down to Hooker's Resort Bar and Grill next door for a great meal. If you're lucky, they might be featuring live music. Time to put on your dancing shoes!

Ahh, forget the dancing shoes...it's time to relax, meet new friends and have fun on our new firepit/game area! This spot is shared with all 3 cabins and has a fire pit you can stare at for hours (or until you fall asleep) as well as 2 sets of cornhole boards! NOTE: Bring your own wood as this is one thing we don't supply!

Feeling active? This is a great spot for all your kayakers! There's two, yes TWO public boat launches within walking distance as well as two public parks to enjoy. While swimming is NOT recommended at this point of the river, there is a nice small sand beach about 3 miles down the road as well as Silver Lake Beach in Portage about 15 minutes away.

Are you a skier? We've got Cascade Mountain about 20 minutes away and Devil's Head at about 30 minutes away. Not to mention a bunch of cross country ski trails!

Splish, splash! Take a day and cruise around the self proclaimed Water Park of the World. The Dells are only about 25 minutes away. Fun.

Remember, we're in the middle of nowhere and if that sounds good to you, we have books for you to read as well as a couple smart TV's (internet only, no cable) and a dvd player to keep you amused.

PET RULES! Small dogs ARE allowed in this unit and must be stated at time of reservation - 1 dog max. Please include type of dog. A $25 pet fee will be applied to your reservation.

Please be aware that they must be leashed when outside and crated when left unattended in the unit. There is a small fenced area at the back of the unit where they can "do their business" but a guest must still be present at all times when using the area. Please pick up after your pet. Oooh, look! Here’s an awesome cottage right across the street from the Wisconsin River - Kayak heaven!! Relaxation and “re-creation” are what you’ll find here with plenty of fresh air, sunshine and river views. The home is located on nearly an acre of land with open yard space to stargaze by the fire pit as well as mature trees perfect for bird, deer, woodchuck and squirrel watching from the patio.

The space
OK! What about the house? Here’s the lowdown: Three bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, sleeps 8. First floor master has a queen bed, walk in closet and a great view. The ensuite sports a double vanity, honed Italian marble floors and huge tile shower.
Lower level has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and two twins in the other. Family room with futon leads out to the patio with gas fire pit/table for light conversation and morning coffee. Another full bath and laundry room are also located on the lower level. Family room has books, games and a projection tv with BlueRay player and is wi-fi capable.
Back upstairs, we have the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and center island with stools to gather around and give helpful cooking tips to whoever’s making dinner…”Letting the brats sit in the beer before grilling will dry them out.” Whatever Nancy, whatever!
Next to the kitchen is the living room with a gorgeous gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling and an incredible picture window with views of the river. Smart tv (Roku) above the fireplace has an antenna for local stations (doesn't work well) but is wi-fi capable for you to sign on with your various accounts – DISH On The Go, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc . We do not have cable!!
Outside we have a gas grill to throw those brats on along with a picnic table, lawn chairs and a bunch of yard games. Further out in the yard there’s a big fire pit to toast marshmallows over. Wood is available for purchase on the honor system.

Beautiful, spacious cabin located on the scenic Wisconsin River. Enjoy nature with all of the conveniences of home. Stunning 180 degree water views from the home and deck. Our home is located just above Lake Wisconsin on the Wisconsin River. There is a fire pit for night bonfires, grill for barbequing and screened gazebo. We have a 20’ dock for fishing and enjoying the view. Enjoy watching all of the wildlife the river has to offer.

The space
Inside you will find a 2 story vaulted open great room with a spacious dining room and fully stocked kitchen with a 10 foot island. There is an enormous wall of all windows looking out to the river for an open view. The cabin has knotty pine walls, a full brick wall fireplace and rustic cabin décor. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one full and one ¾ bath). The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with bathroom access. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with bathroom access. The 3rd loft bedroom overlooking the great room and river has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen size futon. Linens and towels are provided.

The cabin is in walking distance from Hookers Restaurant & Bar with great grill your own steaks and Live music almost every weekend. Located nearby is the fun filled Wisconsin Dells (30 minutes) with world class Water parks, and attractions. Hike and take in the breathtaking scenery at Devil's Lake State Park (30 minutes). Visit the International Crane Foundation that houses every species of Crane (25 minutes). Enjoy a Gambling excursion at Ho Chunk Casino (25 minutes). Explore the MacKenzie nature center with native animal exhibits (15 minutes). Do some wine tasting at Rock N Wool Winery in Poynette or Wollersheim Winery in Prairie Du Sac.

If you are up for being on the water, enjoy boating down river on Lake Wisconsin or to the sand bar islands with sandy beaches on the river for all day fun and relaxation. The public boat launch is just ½ mile down the road if you want to bring your own boat. Rent Canoes or Kayaks from Wild Wisco Waters and they will pick you up and take you upriver and you can float and paddle down to the cabin. Burhops (about 10 minutes away) rents pontoons and fishing boats on Lake Wisconsin.

Please note that we put our dock in when the water level is normal (usually late May to early June but it can fluctuate with rain events upstream). We prefer to rent Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please contact us prior to booking if you are interested in different days during this time period. For your safety, please note that security cameras are located on the garage. These devices are strictly for monitoring security and will not invade guests' privacy.

This house has 2 full kitchens complete with full size refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cooking supplies are available including pots, pans, baking sheets, and utensils as well as basic spices and olive oil. A Keurig style coffee pot and toaster are also available.

The master bedroom has a beautiful view, king size bed, walk-in closet and huge master bath with a walk-in shower. 3 other bedrooms each have queen sized beds and one bonus bedroom has a day bed and a set of bunk beds. For the two other bathrooms, one bathroom has a tub/shower and the other has a shower.

TVs with Rokus are installed in 3 of the 5 bedrooms (if you really need a TV somewhere else, just let us know). There are also 2 living room areas with TVs and Rokus. Only basic TV service is provided, so bring your own logins.

Located on the Wisconsin River. Lake Wisconsin is a short boat ride away where there are multiple water accessible bars/restaurants (Lucky's, Fitz's, Thirsty Moose and Lakeside to name a few). There are many, many fun sandbars to stop and visit along the way. Life jackets are provided, but you may want to bring your own to ensure the right size.

Wisconsin Dells is under a 35 minute drive as well as other adventures including Devil's Lake, Cascade Mountain, Parfrey's Glen and numerous Ice Age trails.

Guests will be given a code prior to arrival for self-check in. Access will be via the keypad on the front door.

There is a large driveway in the front of the house with enough space for 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street as it is against town ordinances. Garage parking and access is NOT available.

Guests can also access the floating dock by river during the summer (June - Sept). The home is about a half mile up the WI river from Lake Wisconsin with buoys to guide your way.

Other things to note
Important to note that the property owners (my wife and I) will be nearby during your stay. This property still has the original “old cottage” intact. The new house (this listing) is built next to it. We are still residing in the old cottage. There is a very separate entrance and a 3 feet airgap between the house foundations (virtually soundproof between them). There is a single doorway/hall that connects them (that will be locked on both sides). Believe me, you won’t know we’re here. We want you to thoroughly enjoy the house and your time here.

All reservations must be approved. We need to ensure enough time for thorough cleaning and restocking between guests. You must also have good standing Airbnb review(s) before being accepted. If you have no reviews, please explain.

The boat and jet skis in the photos are not included in the rental. You have full use of the dock area, however, and can bring your own boats/watercraft.

If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit, you will be charged $200.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit, you will be charged $300.
