I received confirmation emails up through the day of our check in. I had reached out to the property manager before for an early check in and did not get a response. When we arrived to check in, there were already people staying at the property. I called the property manager and he was confused about our booking, claiming he canceled it. While on the phone with him outside of the property we already paid to stay at, he cancelled (shortly after our scheduled check in time). Then he claimed it was VRBOs fault and told me to call them. The only option for 8 groomsmen to stay on Friday night was at a cheap motel, which was not what we had paid for / booked many months prior. Due to a college football gameday, there were limited options for where to stay Saturday (yes, we had to move and find our own place to stay on the wedding day itself….). I was waiting to submit this review until the reimbursement was completed, as I was told that it would be initiated at most 48 hours after the claim was submitted. I have still not heard back and am beginning to think I will not get reimbursed by VRBO. This whole process has been a nightmare and I will never book with VRBO again, nor will any of my friends who traveled from out of town for the wedding only to be informed after our check in that our VRBO was cancelled."

On the deck is a 6 person dining set with umbrella, life size connect 4, gas grill, and conversation furniture with gas fire place. This is an incredibly peaceful spot to hang out. If you're anything like I think you'll be, you won't want to leave this spot
