- "We ended our ski vacation with the last night at Whitefish Lake Resort. The room was larger than I expected, which was nice. Beds were super comfy, with lots of nice pillows, and the bathroom was really nice with a huge shower and a big tub! We wore the cozy, provided robes and flip flops down to the heated, indoor pool where we alternated between the warm pool and the hot tub- heaven after a week on the slopes! We walked across the sky-bridge (we were in Viking Lodge across the street from the main property) to check out the rest of the resort. The beach is lovely and we were able to walk on the (frozen) lake and get some great views. I would totally recommend staying here- it's close to town, backs up to a lovely trail system, has a nice workout facility, a great restaurant and bar and is full of friendly people- the front desk kindly gave us a late check out since our flight left in the afternoon. Stay here, you won't regret it!"
