- "This is not a swanky hotel and honestly it’s pretty average BUT the staff here is just amazing and sets this hotel apart from others in Billings. They make the experience so very nice. The drivers of the cookie van shuttle are awesome, desk clerks are helpful, housekeeping is great, restaurant staff are polite and the bar staff downstairs make you feel welcome as a solo traveler. This hotel is smack downtown so most everything that you would need is within walking distance. City views from the rooms are pretty nice if you get high enough up. Jake’s steakhouse is across the street and is probably one of the best in town. I stay at this hotel when I’m just flying in and out of Billings. If I had a car, I wouldn’t stay downtown. "
