The staff was nice, and the casino and bars were a lot of fun. The pool and hot tub area that they share with the Springhill Inn was absolutely amazing and so much fun! The only complaint I have is that they charged my travel partner's credit card twice for the food we charged to the room, and then they had no ability to "investigate" the charges further so he had to dispute it with his bank. That is not very good customer service."
