The entire cabin via self check-in will be at your disposal! Please note: The fire pits and grounds are a shared space. We invite you to use them at your leisure and hope you’ll enjoy sharing the outdoor spaces with others. The parking area is also a shared space with plenty of parking stalls.

Other things to note
There are two convenience stores and 4 restaurants in Hatch, but they close from about October 15th through April 15th. There are several restaurants on the way to Bryce Canyon and some are open year round.
There are no grocery stores in Hatch and you should plan to bring at least some food with you. The nearest grocery store is in Panguitch (15 mins) and you will find a Walmart Super Center in Cedar City or a grocery store in Kanab (1 hour).

Please remember this is a no-pet hotel. If you have a certified service animal (different than an ESA), please message us with your current documentation that matches a guest's name before your visit.

The Sheldon R. Larson Ranch is located in the heart of the Sanpete Valley, three miles west of Ephraim. This working ranch is located minutes from the famous Arapeen trail system, with world-class ATVing, snowmobiling, hiking, and rock climbing. The space

The Guest cabin has a studio style setup with a loft. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, dining room, and a queen-sized bed. The loft, which is accessible by ladder stairs, overlooks the living room also has 2 queen-sized beds. The guest cabin does have it's own private shower and bathroom, but it is accessed separate from the guest cabin, but only a mere 30 feet away under a covered walkway.

Enjoy quiet peaceful nights by the fire after a day of four-wheeling, snowmobiling, hiking, fishing, horseback riding or sightseeing in the nearby national forest. Enjoy easy access to the many ATV trails in the Arapeen trail system accessible from your doorstep.

Conveniently located near Ephraim and Manti, it is the gateway to the Manti-La Sal National Forest and other local attractions for both outdoor adventurists and those who want to enjoy the many quaint historical sites the Sanpete Valley has to offer.

The spacious accommodations of the ranch offer plenty of parking for all the toys (RV, Campers, toy haulers, etc). There is a beautiful lawn for tent camping and large groups. Horse corrals are available for boarding if desired. Both are available with prior arrangement and additional camping/boarding fees.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire cabin and the surrounding area. There is a fire pit, lawn area, and horseshoe pit available for all guests. We are a working ranch, so there are live animals in the corrals.

We also do weddings, family reunions, large groups, and other special events!

New cabin for rent in Mt Carmel Utah. There is a comfortable porch with mountain view, bbq, and fire pit for smores. The cabin has open floor plan with 2 queen beds, full kitchen with cooking supplies needed, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, ceiling fans, private parking. This property is close to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Red Cave Slot Canyon, and a half days drive to the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

You are able to use the entire cabin during your stay there is a small fire ring and barbecue to enjoy the outdoors. Cell phone and WiFi services are available during your stay.

One-room camping cabins can accommodate up to 6 guests. You can enjoy the weather from the screened-in porch, which includes a table and chairs, or outside with the provided picnic table and fire pit. Each unit comes with two twin-over-full bunk beds. Unit also includes all bedding, a mini refrigerator, a coffee maker, TV, heat and A/C. Please note that these cabins are DRY cabins and do not have bathrooms. Bathrooms and showers are conveniently located for easy access.
