The pellet smoker/grill on deck was easy to use and made it possible to grill food, which was helpful since restaurant/dining options seemed pretty limited nearby. The local grocery is very tiny and doesn't have a ton of options, so it might be best to stop at a larger grocery before you got to Torrey if you intend to make your own meals. We didn't take advantage of the food options through Cougar Ridge, but perhaps should have. Having coffee on the Casita deck watching the sun rise was great! Awesome view of the red rocks and peaceful farm with horses, llamas, and donkeys in the distance. Overall a great place to get away from the bustle and enjoy the peace and quiet."

The home is occupied by my husband and me, plus our cat, Mew. We live on the main level and the guest room is in the basement. We love meeting our guests, but we also totally understand if guests want time to be on their own and decompress.

Please note that this bedroom is in the basement, which can get chilly. There is an in-room heater for your convenience.

We have 3 outdoor cameras in the space which few entry points. All cameras will have the ability to record & the recording will be deleted after 5 days.

All exterior terrain is diverse so be aware there are potential tripping hazards. Nonetheless it should be fine to pass for the average walker.

Newly remodeled Studio Apartment with own access. Bathroom with shower. Has a full size bed,small table for dining and desk for working and TV and wifi. With 250 square feet the 10 foot high ceiling helps the space seem spacious. Yet, not suitable for couples, I've only rented in the past to single guest, without pets. The area is best part, walking distance to stores, restaurants, movies and coffee. Off street parking, possibly garage. Coin operated laundry on-site.
