What time is check-in and check out?

Our standard check-in time is 3 PM and our standard check-out time is 11 AM. During busy season, we often have back-to-back rentals, which means that guests are checking out the same day as the next guests are checking in. Therefore, we often have to be strict regarding check-in and check-out times so that our cleaning crew has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for an earlier arrival or later departure. It’s always best to ask us about changing check-in and/or check-out times close to the date of your reservation.

About me: I am a student of anthropology and I have a degree in Mandarin Chinese. I love cooking and will happily share any creations I come up with while you are here! I will be home and sharing the space evenings and weekends. I look forward to hosting you!

Your space is the master bedroom that has an east facing window and an en suite bathroom. The bed is a queen and can comfortably fit 2.

Most of my time at the house will be spent studying, so you won’t hear me much when I’m around. But if I am here, you are welcome to chat or ask me questions. I love to get to know new people, but will leave the level of interaction up to you!

For anyone with allergies, keep in mind that there are three cats here. They are strictly indoor animals and never get people food. I clean regularly, but anyone with sensitivities may not enjoy the space.

The space
This is a very spacious master bedroom with walk in closet to store your things with dual sink and own bathroom. You will enter through the gate and walk into a beautiful patio. Outside will have chairs to enjoy some morning coffee and lights to enjoy some wonderful nights. The door to the bedroom is keyless so you will be able to come and go as you please.

This room is completely separate from main house. Enjoy the drinks inside the fridge or enjoy a cup off coffee with k cups provided. Enjoy the flat screen tv with Hulu, Netflix, and more. Have your own work area and be able to enjoy dinner with plates, bowls, and silverware.

This bedroom has a queen size bed and a pull out couch that sometimes I prefer to sleep on! We shall let you choose were you sleep:) There is a space heater and Dyson fan with ceiling fan. If any temperatures in the room aren't up to your standards, please text me and we will change the temp.

You will see the grey gate on the side of the house with rock way entrance. You will be able to park along the curb of that entrance. Please no parking in front of house nor in the driveway. Bedroom is separate from main house and people are living in main house.
