We were stranded for over an hour as the actual address given was not at all correct. We attempted to contact the host to which we got no response. We had to ask a nearby gas station if they knew or heard of the campground we were trying to locate, so we could find our site which was very disappointing. The advertised location on the VRBO site was said to include an AC unit, free smores kit, big porch swing, free lanterns for use and many more things. However, everything I listed above was not included. we were left to use our cell phone lights because we were expecting the host to provide what they said they would. When we asked for a lantern, host said there should be one at our site, we told him there was NOT, so we were told he would bring us one, he failed to do that also. There was a washroom near our site BUT that was non-operational so the bathrooms were not close but we were told they were less than 2 mins away. Overall kind of disappointed in what we were charged for the stay in comparison to what we actually received, but will say the views were really nice and once we did meet the host, he was very professional- just lacked follow-through. "

Tents, Beddings and Linens are sanitized ever after used.

We provide camping toilet for an easy use, it is basically a portable 5 Gallon toilet bucket where we place a biodegradable trash bag to catch all your waste. We put saw dust in it to help eliminate the odor. We require you to dispose your poop trash bag—out of the toilet bucket, use another trash bag that is available in the toilet tent to place your used poop bag, securely tie it, and bring it to our place when you return your rented camping gears--we will dispose it for you.

Other things to Note
1. We don't own the campsite, we just direct the guests to the campsite we know you can camp out. Usually it will be a dry camping which means, no hook ups for electricity and water but as a host we will provice you lights and water for you camping needs.

2. We humbly request our guests to kindly remove your shoes and leave them at the tent entrance. Feel free to bring your favorite house slippers, comfy socks or mukluks ;-) We also would very much appreciate that you be considerate of the Neighborhood NOISER curfew and not play loud music and loud talking outside after 10pm.

The Heritage District is home to our weekly Farmer’s Market, a bike trail along the canal, splash pad, parks, restaurants, breweries, cocktail lounges, bars, and shopping. This area is known for being safe, friendly, and very walkable. The RV spot is a 0.3 mile walk to a fish taco shop, a cocktail lounge and an art gallery, 0.4 mile walk away from the Farmer’s Market, the nearest ice cream shop and a historic BBQ restaurant, 0.5 mile walk to a performing arts venue, a dog friendly brewery with a dog “spaw”, and an arcade! We love it here and think you will too.

You can fit 11 adults in sleeping bags or up to 3 queen air mattresses. Has a privacy divider that can separate the tent into two rooms. Perfect for the whole family! At 7 feet center height it allows for standing and moving comfortably around the tent. A fully enclosed screen room at the front of the tent can be used as additional sleeping space , a place to store your equipment or simply extra space to enjoy the scenary. Also if needed, the tent features electrical access port to feed a cable or extension cord. Electric Port is can be fully closed when not in use.

Terra Bella Ranch is a beautiful campsite, close to the Grand Canyon and the famous route 66. Head into Williams to ride a train into the Grand Canyon or drive up to Flagstaff, home to Arizona's tallest mountain (Humphreys Peak).

The campsite is located in a developing terrain full of nature and mountain views. Firewood is ready for your disposal. Go out into nature and explore the land or head over to Williams, a rustic town with original architecture and great food. Remember, this is dry camping. So please bring your own supply of water and your own bedding (sleeping bags and pillows).

If you are going to the Grand Canyon, take the train! The Grand Canyon Railway departs daily from Williams and travels 65 miles to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.

In winter time 4x4/AWD is necessary whenever the roads are wet. Clearance of at least 6.5" is required.

The space
This glamping school bus has a beautiful deck patio where you can sip your morning coffee, there is one bedroom with a queen bed, we have a shower inside the bus, a full kitchen and outdoor bathroom to truly immerse yourself in nature. We offer amenities such as cornhole, a trampoline, an outdoor deck, hammock, etc. This runs on solar so please note that in extraordinary cases where power is consumed too quickly you may experience power outages.

In terms for getting there, if you are driving east on 180 you’ll take a left on Avondale and drive for about 2 minutes where you will then take a left where you see a gravel road and a sign that reads “bus glamping”. Then follow that road to the bus :)
