I was flying in late and they made sure to meet me right at the dock so checkin was a breeze. You should stay here if you're going to a convention in Long Beach. It's less expensive than some of the hotels, and the walk to the convention center is about five minutes...in Long Beach's famous weather. The working space is bigger than in a hotel room, plus you get a personal continental breakfast every morning, already in your kitchen. A bonus is, at your convention you have an opening line for every conversation, "I'm staying on a boat over in the marina." Everyone is jealous. The only downside is parking. The lots are about a 10 minute walk. If I did it again I'd take an Lyft/Cab from the airport. There are so many restaurants right on the marina that you won't run out of places to eat. Heck, you could invite some clients back to the boat for a cocktail!"

It was clean, and other than no towels it has all the essentials. However we waited over an hour to check in and no one came. Once the power was restored we no longer had hot water for the remainder of our stay at night and into the next morning. When I say I was in a desert oasis, I mean it. They have options from camping to glamping and everyone has access to the awesome and much needed pool area, make up artists, masseuse, and a little something extra wink wink. They kept us hydrated with unlimited complimentary electrolyte water and liquid IV. With the simple dial of a phone call, a Cadillac Escalade arrives to pick you up and drop you off at the festival. Entering the Rancho 51 compound felt like entering through the gates of Jurassic Park, once you’re in it’s a new world, and it’s safe with security 24/7. I never had to worry about leaving my car unlocked or leaving belongings in my tent. I will admit my car battery died while I was there and the owner himself gave me a jump! Every day I woke up at my leisure and rolled myself over to the pool to relax, hydrate, swim, and groove to the live DJ. Then it was off to the clean showers and bathrooms and full-length mirrors to get the fit just right. Elevate your look with the glam team who is ready to receive you all morning and afternoon! Hungry? There is always a truck to feed you (for very reasonable purchase). The taco truck was a lifesaver after a full day at the festival and the raspado truck gave me life on those hot desert afternoons. By the end of the weekend, you will have a new little family of owners, staff, and campers. You MUST experience Rancho 51! "

This was the perfect way to get the camping experience without the commitment! The view of the river and the mountains was breath taking. The restrooms had real toilets and were immaculate. The kids loved the shower set up! It was like taking a rock waterfall shower with a view of the clear blue skies. You could hear the river and it was so relaxing. I didn’t see river access from the campsite but there are plenty of day use areas that get you closer to the water nearby. As an added bonus they have coffee available in the mornings. We brought in our own food and kitchen supplies and firewood but pretty much everything else was provided by the host. Including tables, chairs, and a grate to cook over the fire. Would recommend and would definitely say again. "

Enjoy nature in this spacious 12x14 foot Cabin Tent with some of the comforts of home. This glamping site is the fourth in our small private tent campground. It comes with a double bed, nightstands, pillows, linens, bath towels, cooking utensils, fire pit, gas barbecue, table, drinking water. We have one pit toilet, an indoor shower and an outdoor shower that is shared with the other campsites. We also have a restaurant and candy/ice cream shop walking distance away. We are 4.5 miles from The Sequoia National Park.

The property is on the one busy road so lots of traffic that made it difficult to sleep. The out house smelled terrible which made it hard to use. We did appreciate how close it was to the entrance and all the cute shops, restaurants, and attractions were near by. Overall great experience. Oh and there is no hot tub like the website said. I got a message on my way the day of to the cabin and it said there was no power and they didn't have an update when there would be power so to check Edison. I check Edison , they were with out power already a week at least before I even showed up. I had no where to go it was freezing up there in the mountains to sleep with no heat or to not even have light it's pitch black out there! I had to book another place down the mountain, I wish I was notified earlier than what I was to give me a better chance at planning this was a special trip for my partner and I and it was completely ruined , we didn't even get to experience big bear because of the constant driving back and forth from the new place we booked down the mountain! So disappointed in whoever looks over this property, I hope if this was to happen again the next people booking don't go through what we did and get a heads up!"

- "For the price that was charged, the communication should of been much, much better. We were not told until after the fact that the wifi it says they have we have to pay for separate. The Queen size bed creaked and made so much noise when you turn, it can be heard throughout. Not to mention, very uncomfortable. The 3 of us were the only people in the pool area. We were told to put our masks on and stay 6 ft apart. We were family. They never said a word later when 6 others walked in with no masks. All the little details like pool hour schedules, that your suppose to get a bracelet for the pool, you have to purchase a card for laundry services. None of that is mentioned before reserving a cabin. It said 2 twin beds, it didn't say short bunk beds. I'm 6'1" and could not sleep on them. The futon you can feel the bars underneath when you sit, making it very uncomfortable. If we ever consider trying the property again, it will be gone over completely before renting. There is no way we would purchase the very expensive price for the membership."

This is a extremely private site with a cozy (yes it is warm in winter) but hi-tech Quonset shaped Unit* on the Russian River. Our property is part of a network of 80 Hunting clubs and you can join our network or stay as a potential member. As a guest you will be given info on how to apply for the hunting and fishing club which gives you access to 80 or so properties (including this one) for one fee.
NO MOSQUITOS! Running water, electricity, DirectTV, all cooking gear, it's glamping (glamorous camping) at its finest. You have the best of both worlds, you feel like you are camping, but has all the amenities found you would miss. Unit is ready for night if temps drop, we have forced air heaters and a wood stove.
It's not just glamping: explore your wild side, we have Kayaks, ATVs, a Drift Boat, an 8 wheel amphibious vehicle to go river and winery touring, archery equipment, and I will teach you to fly fish and/or shoot a bow.
The Russian River is the main attraction but the Casino and the village of Geyserville with 4 restaurants and 2 convenience stores are only minutes away.
Wine tasting at Zialena is adjacent to the property and many wineries are nearby. Fishing is good to excellent for small mouth bass and steelhead trout.
Kayaking and the best swimming river in California! Kayak rentals are available as well as river shuttles for an excellent kayak run!
There are several miles of river near the lodge with decent holding areas for trout and salmon. This river is excellent for fly casting as there are many sandbars without obstruction to your back casts. We encourage bank fishing and patiently fishing each hole while you walk along the river.

If you have flotation/pontoon type device or some other vessel, we can drop you off upriver for a float to our place or pick you up if you prefer to leave from the Unit and head down river to the next bridge.
The river itself is very isolated from civilization in this 16 mile stretch, despite its proximity to the Bay Area. You feel as if you are in a wilderness setting, thanks to the huge vineyards providing a buffer to any development, roads or highways. It is not a river with lots of fast water, and early in the year you may have to drag your pontoon boat or whatever over a few shallow spots.

The fish average 6 to 8 pounds, and, like all steel head, fight like demons, and are either wild or hatchery born. Roe, lures, and flies all work well. The regulations prevent the use of bait until later in the season, so make sure you check rules before you soak some roe.

The lodge unit has three large beds and a fully stocked camp kitchen, Satellite TV, mini bar and inside and outside dining area. The campsite area has a fire ring, 3 burner propane stove, sink, pots, pans and utensils.

As previously mentioned, no permanent structures are allowed, so a small shed shaped tent covers a flush toilet and heated shower. Nothing fancy, it has to be light enough to be moved, but it works.

Geyserville and River Rock Casino are minutes away and the town has several outstanding restaurants, a really unique bar and a coffee shop for breakfast. The Casino's food is good to great, too, as a buffet.
I am a licensed and bonded fishing guide. I will advise you free of charge on where to fish, but there will be $100 fee for basic guiding, $200 if on the drift boat or ATV’s.
We can accommodate up to 6 people on 3 large beds and 2 couches. We assume at least 2 of you will sleep together, ha ha.

We do not discuss hunting here in public, but suffice to say we have secret locations at private areas for our hunting club members and guests. As a guest you will be given info on how to apply for the hunting and fishing club which gives you access to 80 or so properties (including this one) for one fee.

The walking trails were fun to explore and the wide open camping area was great for our dog to roam. Our only regret was staying here for one night instead of multiple. There is another mesh tent next to the yurt with containers filled with dishes, cooking pots, a tea kettle, eating utensils, cooking utensils, cups, mugs, etc. They provide bottled waters, paper towels, a big cooler, lighter fluid, a butane lighter, one night of firewood, and secure wifi. There is both an indoor shower (takes quarters) and an outdoor shower (free). The outdoor shower is huge and sectioned off so you can lock the door and hang up your things without getting them wet. They also provide a bath towel in the yurt. Water pressure is great & water is hot. The yurt has plenty of extra blankets available, clean sheets, pillows, comforters, there are two plastic adirondack chairs for the fireplace and a steel picnic table. Inside, there are lounge chairs and a little table. They provide 3 lanterns. 1 in the mesh tent with the dishes and 1 on each nightstand. The lights have usb ports for charging as well. We brought a jackery for our items so we didn't use the charging ports. All you really need to bring outside of your personal belongings is food to eat. There is a nice coffee/breakfast place down the road called Sequoia Coffee if you want. The owner of the property also runs an exotic & beef jerky stand. Everyone is nice. Highly Recommend"

There was also a fire pit with four chairs—all the essentials for a comfortable outdoor experience.That said, a few things took away from the magic:•Our yurt was located right next to the pit toilet, which had a really strong smell. It could really use more frequent cleaning or enzyme treatment to help with odor control.•There were tons of insects inside the toilet—not the kind of wildlife you want to meet in that situation. Installing a simple flushing mechanism could go a long way in keeping flies out of places they don’t belong.•The showers were not great, and it honestly wouldn’t take much to make them cleaner and more welcoming.•Also, the site is right off the main road, so you do hear cars going by regularly. If you’re looking for a quiet, nature-immersed vibe, that’s something to consider.Overall, we still enjoyed our trip, but with a few simple improvements, this place could go from “good” to amazing."

Outside is a wood/charcoal BBQ and fire pit for you to enjoy. Firewood is available for purchase.

Welcome to the "Western" cabin located at Bigfoot Lodging Lassen in the woods with majestic tall pine trees only 15 mins from Lassen Volcanic National Park. It is a single wide 1 bedroom mobile decorated in Western style.
There's also a lake and a creek on the 17 acre property where you can relax in the natural and peaceful wooded setting.

This "Western" cabin is a single wide manufactured home with warm and cozy western style interior and decor. There is one bedroom with a log queen over queen bunk bed. There is a full bath with a tub/shower and all toiletries are provided and the full size kitchen equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blender and a toaster.
There is a pullout couch in the living room where can sleep 2 more people. With two queen beds and a couch, this cabin sleeps up to 6 people. There is a TV in the living room, but no cable. There is also a DVD player with about 20 random movies.

Please help us keep the cost of cleaning low by keeping the place clean as possible. Do not leave garbage around, please put the trash in a trash bag/can.
We kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels near the entry door upon leaving. It helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

- "The property was in a quiet location and nice and clean inside. The only issue we had was the outdoor furniture was very dusty as though not been cleaned prior to our arrival. " - "If you’re looking for a high class interior, don’t come here. It’s really all about the great outdoors. The hot tub and exterior of the house is wonderful. Very kind people here, very quiet. It’s just that the farmhouse looks better in the photos than it actually is. It’s totally functional though and was perfect for our needs."

The Space:
A 13 ft Bell tent is setup for you with 4 single beds inside (beds are made with sheets & comforters). The tent sits approximately 75 ft above the river with breathtaking views of the river and canyon. If you are coming with a group, there is over an acre of flat land which is perfect for any type of tent setup.

At the tent site you’ll have access to a table and chairs, lounge chairs, picnic table, gas BBQ, basketball hoop and balls, rock campfire, kayaks, and a porta potty. A short 3-minute walk away from the tent you’ll find the shore of the Bear River.

Guest Access:
The tent site is only accessible by 4-wheel drive vehicles. If you do not have a 4-wheel drive vehicle there is parking for up to four vehicles at the house. The tent site is less than a quarter mile walk downhill from the house.

River Access
If you’d like to visit the river to hang out, swim, or fish you can follow the dirt road next to the tent down to the river (3-minute walk). The riverfront has lounge chairs, a picnic table, and kayak's. The riverbank has small pebbles and rocks so water shoes are highly suggested for comfort when going into the water (recommended but not needed).

Come and enjoy the views of the river, forest, and wildlife!

This is a private tent site with one other listing on the property which is located at the house. You may rarely see other guests during your stay.

- "My sister and I planned this as part of our "week of adventures" get away and had a lovely stay. The location and check-in would have been perfect had we arrived during daylight hours, however due to airline cancellations and delays we arrived past dark. We loved staying here and would highly recommend, the river was perfect! Just know you are far into the countryside and not close to any markets so plan to be onsite during your stay. Sadly the trails listed are almost unusable as the roads were severely damaged due to storms and the mosquitos were unbearable, so if you plan to do a hike on Ladybug Trail, wear a mosquito net!"."

1. INVITEES /RENTERS – Only guest that are stated in the confirmed reservation may be on the property. There will be no other INVITEES on the land, RENTER is responsible for any INVITEES that come on the land. There will be a fee per unallowed INVITEE and RENTER may be asked to leave without refund. We allow a total of 2 overnight guests for the stated lodging fee per house . This also applies to pets: NO PETS ARE ALLOWED on the property. If, after check-in, it is determined that RENTER has brought a pet or pets without prior notification, RENTER will be charged a pet fee and depending on the circumstances, RENTER may be asked to leave and will be charged the full rental fee without refund or discount.

2. DANGEROUS CONDITIONS / ASSUMPTION OF RISK – RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, that the owner of the ranch shall under no circumstances be responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, medical conditions, illnesses or death that may occur on or be caused as a result of: (a) any activity undertaken at the ranch and in the river by RENTER and all INVITEES, (b) any dangerous or hazardous conditions existing at the property (including from the river; riverfront; sliding or loose rocks; domestic or wild animals; steep trails; rough and uneven terrain; rockslides; insects; vegetation causing allergic reactions (such as poison oak); fire and smoke danger; steep and unpaved driveways, etc.), or (c) ingress to or egress from the property (including steep and unpaved roads, animals, etc.). Rather, RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, that RENTER and INVITEES assume the risk for all the above mentioned activities and conditions. RENTER agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify the owner of the ranch from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, made or filed by RENTER and/or any INVITEE of RENTER, whether said INVITEE is part of the GUEST PARTY or otherwise.

3. PERSONAL PROPERTY – RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, that the owner of the ranch shall not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of RENTER or any INVITEE. Rather, RENTER agrees to assume all such risk of loss. RENTER agrees to hold harmless and to indemnify the owner of the ranch from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, made or filed by RENTER and/or any INVITEE of RENTER, whether said INVITEE is part of the GUEST PARTY or otherwise.

4. RANCH PROPERTY – RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES (a) not to deface, injure or destroy any part of the natural environment the property (including all trees, rocks and other natural conditions), and (b) not to take, deface, injure or destroy any part of the physical property of the ranch – this includes not forcing open or climbing over the electronic front gate at the entrance to ranch. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF SOMETHING BREAKS (WE UNDERSTAND THAT ACCIDENTS DO HAPPEN, JUST KNOW WE WILL BE TRULY APPRECIATIVE IF YOU FOREWARN US OF ANY BROKEN OR DAMAGED PROPERTY INSTEAD OF US DISCOVERING IT ON OUR OWN AND GOING THROUGH THE UNPLEASANT TASK OF FILING AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND HAVING TO FOLLOW UP WITH YOU AFTER YOUR STAY - THIS INCLUDES ACCIDENTS BY PETS WHICH ARE MUCH EASIER FOR US TO CLEAN IF WE ADDRESS THEM ASAP INSTEAD OF LATER). RENTER agrees to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any and all losses and/or costs of repair for any such breaches by RENTER or any INVITEE. The ranch has a fragile septic system. Kindly do not flush any feminine products in the toilet. Guests will be responsible for damages that occur during their stay. If there are any plumbing issues or if drainage stops, please turn off water immediately and contact property owner, Kenneth Willardt, 917.325.3572 .

5. NO SMOKING INSIDE OR WHERE HAZARDOUS – RENTER and INVITEES shall at no time smoke inside the house. RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any and all losses; costs of repair; and/or fines and reimbursable costs charged by any governmental agency or department as a result of any smoking activity, for any damage by RENTER or any INVITEE caused by fire, smoke or ash.

6. NO FIRES (this includes candles and mosquito coils) – RENTER and INVITEES shall at no time start a fire in any location. This is vitally important, given the fire danger present throughout the ranch and the Three Rivers area generally. RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any and all losses; costs of repair; and/or fines and reimbursable costs charged by any governmental agency or department as a result of any fire activity, for any damage by RENTER or any INVITEE caused by fire, smoke or ash. *The ONE EXCEPTION to this rule is that we have gas-burning metal pits that guests are permitted to use year-round.

7. NO FIREWORKS – RENTER and INVITEES shall neither bring, nor ignite or launch, any fireworks, given the fire danger present throughout the ranch and the Three Rivers area generally. RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any and all losses; costs of repair; and/or fines and reimbursable costs charged by any governmental agency or department, for any damage by RENTER or any INVITEE caused by any fireworks or firework activity.

8. HOUSEKEEPING – There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included.

9. WATER AND SEPTIC – The ranch is on a well and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time.

10. FURNITURE AND DÉCOR – please do not rearrange furniture or furnishings in any OOD House. RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any damaged items.

11. RANCH ANIMALS – please do not harass any of the wild animals on the land. We ask that you treat all animals on the land with the same respect as your pets at home.

Please be mindful of data consumption as other guest will be using it as well.

13. All guests should drive all the way down the driveway, passed the containers the road will fork, stay to the right. First house will be A, Second house will be B, Third house will be C, Fourth house will be D. Please try to park as close as possible to your designated OOD house – Please respect the privacy of other guest.

14. When entering the ranch, please use the code given to you on page 3 (directions) – Please do not climb over gate, it is very sensitive, it can easilty break – it is very sensitive and can easily break. The gate automatically opens when guests exit in a car. In the event that a guest is exiting with a bike or on foot, please ask Kenneth to open the gate for you manually. *During weddings and events, the front gate will be left open during your entire stay so guests will have access.

15. During weddings and events, please explain to your guests that they are not to use the restrooms inside the OOD House and instead must use the portable restrooms you have rented. *This is very important and will help us all to avoid any septic/plumbing problems- we have a fragile septic system and overuse can create problems!

16. NOISE/MUSIC-CURFEW – In order to respect the wilderness area surrounding Paradise Ranch, to ensure compliance with Tulare County’s environmental and other regulations, and to ensure neighbors are not disturbed, no amplified music is permitted other than for pre-approved weekend “events” and at such “events” there is a strict 10 pm amplified music curfew. During events, the ranch staff will monitor noise levels to ensure compliance with a 60 decibel maximum limit at our property line. For all renters -including events and non-events- all daytime music must be kept to a minimum volume with ABSOLUTELY NO reverberating bass coming from the speakers. Furthermore, no sub-woofers are allowed at the ranch. Non-event renters are not permitted to have a p.a. system nor bring large speakers. Only small speaker systems, no larger than the size of a shoebox, will be allowed. RENTER agrees on RENTER’S behalf and also on behalf of all INVITEES, to reimburse the owner of the ranch for any and all losses; and/or fines and reimbursable costs charged by any governmental agency or department that jeopardizes the ranch’s Special Use Permit by RENTER or any INVITEE caused by music or sound.
