This beautiful Orange County house is located in the city of Lake Forest. This home consists of 5 spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen, an open dining room and a generous living room that is perfect for large families. This house is fully furnished and has a beautiful pool allowing guests to enjoy the great Southern California weather, including a bbq and an outdoor patio set.

This home is about 20-30 minutes away from the Laguna Beach, Disneyland, John Wayne Airport, and Irvine Spectrum.

- "We own multiple vacation rental properties in Tennessee, so our expectations around guest experience are relatively high. The house was as advertised in the VRBO listing. In fact, because it is a lovely property, I think the listing would show better with higher-resolution pictures. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was also clean and not over-chlorinated. We asked if we could check in a couple of hours early so we did not have to wait around after our flight arrived. The owner was happy to accommodate our request. The owner was responsive before, during, and after our stay. We did not have any issues, but I'm confident they would have been addressed promptly if we had. The house also had some nice snacks, coffee, and coffee filters. We would stay here again."

As other reviews have highlighted, if you plan to cook, you will want to bring spices, foil, paper towels, ziplocks etc. Also, bring soap for the shower/tub. Linens are provided and the showers were squeaky clean. There was a rug in the living room and several pillows that made it cozier. The furniture was very comfortable. There also was some outside seating which was great. (I think this is new based on another review I had read before booking) The neighborhood was very quiet with a community playground within 1 block. The house was very comfortable, nicely remodeled, conveniently located near wedding festivities and local family members . Our host was very communicative and helpful. The house was very clean, modern, and freshly renovated. It's located right off the 5 freeway at Lake Forest. The owners were very friendly and very responsive. Check in was a breeze. We tried to clean it, but it didn't help. It needs to be bleached or replaced. As I said, it's a nice house in a nice neighborhood owned by nice people. Neighborhood is nice and safe. The hosts were great at communicating and have help with their next door neighbor to assist as well. All guests will have full access to the Grove Clubhouse, Vista Swim Club & Arbors Clubhouse which are resort-like atmospheres including a total of 4 pools, 4 hot tub's, a splash park for the kids, plenty of cabana seating, lounge chairs & BBQ grilling areas. There are also 11 parks with trails for hiking, biking & horseback riding not to mention the tennis courts (pickle ball court coming in March 2022) and other amenities. Beautiful 'new construction' area in Southern California. The perfect place to vacation or stay while on business and still get to enjoy some fun!
UPDATE: I have also added a mini-fridge to the guest bedroom in addition to a hair dryer & access to a powerful steamer for clothes.

Expectations for the common area (Living Room, Dining Room, kitchen): The rented room has all needed amenities for a comfortable stay, including use of a smart tv that is hooked up to Netflix. There is no cable TV hooked up.
Our preference is for temporary guests to take full advantage of the room and bathroom provided and leave the common areas open as much as possible.

During your stay
We love interacting with our guests, if they so desire. We prefer a comfortable and friendly environment, and are happy to engage in polite and cordial interaction or questions about the area. However with an often busy schedule, there are no expectations for extended interaction or engaging in any type of activities.

Other things to note
We have 3 small dogs that are groomed and clean. Please do not feed them :) I tend to steer clear of guests that have very late night comings and goings, or if you need to go outside to smoke very often, because the dogs tend to bark when you are coming or going. They do settle in quickly and are otherwise pretty quiet, but keep in mind that dogs will be dogs.

1. Precautions for kitchen use:
Our kitchen offers only simple cooking. Oven and dishwashing service are not available. The kitchen and dining room need to be cleaned after use.
Any kitchen cabinet with an "Airbnb" sticker will work. Cabinets without an "Airbnb" label cannot be used.

2. Use of laundry room:
Hours : 7:00am to 10:00pm
Please bring your own laundry detergent and keep clean after use.

3. Please turn off the water, electricity and doors and Windows when you go out. The garbage in the room needs to be sorted into garbage bags, and the mouth of the bags should be tied into the large trash can in the backyard. Remember to tie the mouth of the garbage bag tightly to prevent leakage.

There are two guest bedrooms upstairs available for renting separately in our house. There is one full bathroom shared between these two guests. The bathroom is right next to the guest rooms.

There are a queen-size bed, lounge area, closet, nightstand, a desk, a chair. The kitchenette inside your room has a small fridge with a separate freezer, wet sink, induction cooktop, portable gas stove, dish drainer, cookware, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, place matt and other supplies.

You will enjoy the forest view from the bedroom. This bedroom is approximately 16' by 16'. It's really spacious and airy. There are 4 windows and a glass door to a private patio. You will enjoy plenty of sunlight and a great view of tall eucalyptus trees. You can also shut it with wooden blinds when needed. It also has a high ceiling that makes the room airy and pleasant.

Our intent is to make you feel like you are at home. This ~650 sq/ft, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo was recently remodeled with brand new appliances, new furniture, new flooring, and everything between. Located near a vast network of trails for mountainous adventures.

Our condo includes a fully remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, and dishware.

Our living room boasts a Roku television, sound bar system, couch with ottoman, and a coffee table with a lift-up top.

Our bedroom has an eastern King sized bed with charging stations at each end of the bed. The bed also consists of drawers for additional storage. The bedroom also has a work station for those that require a place to work from.

There is also a walk-in closet with an extensive closet system for ample storage.

The home is a peaceful place and you’ll have the space to yourself on most days. It is in a safe neighborhood and if you enjoy running and or biking there are fantastic trails. For those who enjoy golfing there’s also a golf course across the street. There is a patio in the backyard that is open for use to exercise, bask in the sunshine, practice meditation or yoga and enjoy.

There are four rooms and each room is occupied by a tenant or roommate. Everyone mostly keep to themselves but are very helpful, friendly and trustworthy individuals. All areas are shared spaces except for the individual rooms which are private. One room per person. Shared spaces are always kept clean.
