- "Service was good " - "Overall, a wonderful experience. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. This is my first experience at a hotel/resort of this quality, so it's possible I'm a bit shocked by the incredible staff. A couple minor complaints: 1) Air filters were disgusting. I mean they looked busted and we're more dust than filter. Like they hadn't been changed in 5 years or more. Maybe do a basic inspection of each room because some tiny details get overlooked. 2) The lounge chairs in the Herman Bungalow pool are oddly positioned. Ideally they'd be a bit lower in the water. But now I'm just being nitpicky. Such a minor thing. 3) Expired snacks in the room for purchase. Relatively harmless but still. I will say that they provided a credit for the air filter and expired food. A credit that definitely exceeded the monetary value of my notes, but also not something I was going for. We just mentioned them on our way out the door; I'd already signed for everything and was really happy with most everything I experienced here. I didn't say anything about the loungers since that's just a matter of personal preference. I'd highly recommend this place if you want a quiet spot away from too much hustle and bustle. "

The one bedroom condo was clean, updated and suited our needs perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful ocean view we had from our patio and we thoroughly enjoyed that. The space
The Vino Bello studio room is designed to complement your Napa Valley getaway with quiet space and luxurious appointments. Tjhis listing has 393 square feet of living space, with two full beds. All studios have fully equipped kitchenettes. Each has a separate seating area with dining table. The bath area features an oversized soaking tub with shower, as well as a custom wood carved vanity. There's also a wall mounted 27" plasma screen TV, washer/dryer, and furnished patio or balcony. And, of course, a complimentary bottle of California wine in your room.

Check in is 4pm. Earlier check in may be possible; if not, the front desk will hold your belongings until the room is available. You can chill by the pool or visit the Trinitas wine tasting room on site while waiting.

Guest access
Your room will be a short stroll to the pool and outdoor BBQ area available to guests. You also have access to all the amenities of the adjacent Meritage Resort (except the adult pool), including the gym, bowling alley, restaurant, Trinitas wine tasting room, spa, etc.

Other things to note
If you want to do some online exploring before your arrival, use your search engine to look for the Official Napa Valley Website. When you arrive, you can take the free shuttle into downtown Napa and visit the wine tasting rooms there (see the concierge for suggestions). Also make sure to visit the Trinitas wine tasting room on site, open until 7pm. Definitely talk with the concierge as soon as you arrive for suggestions, and he/she will probably be able to offer you some two-for-one wine tasting coupons. (Most wineries charge for their tastings).

SECURITY DEPOSIT: At check in, the front desk will require a refundable security deposit of $100 per night. This shows as a pending charge on your credit card account, and will be refunded after you check out.

The rooms are assigned by the resort and can be on any of the 3 levels of the building.

RESORT FEE: There is a $7.32 plus tax per-night resort fee which will be charged at checkout.
