Redwood Tiny is the newest addition to the parcel. It is one of four units on the property but it is fenced off to where you might not get to interact with other guests on the parcel.

It has its own private entrance driveway accessed through an alley. Additional shared parking and private patio can be accessed through the Redwood 583 side as well if that entrance is desired.

The home overall gives a peaceful, comfortable, shady vibe. You’ll be surrounded by trees, redwood and new furnishings. The home is mainly divided into two parts. One side including the entrance, AC unit, TV, kitchen, dining area, laundry and pantry.

The other side would feature the bathroom, bedroom, closet, TV, drawer, and leads to the back patio via a huge sliding door.

Everything mentioned already above. Older house, cozy room with full remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Do not expect anything fancy in this neighborhood, this is perfect for low budget solo travelers and couples. This is an ideal place if you're trying to work remotely or study and need complete silence during the day, if you need a place to just crash and unwind at night, perfect. Also our neighborhood is "usually" quiet. Understand on the weekends and holidays sometimes our neighbors will have family get togethers, usually gets quiet after 11pm if they do throw a family party. You will find all the conveniences close by including major attractions like Disneyland, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and easy freeway access. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores walking distance as well. All of these are within minutes from the home. Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, The Grove, Honda Center, Angel Stadium and even the beach are all minutes away too.

This clean, bright and airy private bungalow sits in a safe, quiet neighborhood with ample parking. Centrally-located with easy access to freeways, main thoroughfares and local streets offering easy commutes to work, school or sight seeing. This studio is located in our home, but is totally private with a seperate entrance through a side gate. They will have their own courtyard as well, which has a picnic table, chairs, and bistro set.

Guests will get one parking spot on the driveway, which is right next to the gate entrance. There is visitor parking for guests.

Additionally, guests will have access to a shared washer and dryer located in the garage. All laundry supplies are included - laundry pods, dryer sheets, etc.

Guests will also have access to the community pool (seasonal).

Other things to note
The studio is located in our two-story home and has a separate entrance. It comfortably sleeps 1 guest. There will be light noise, just as there would be in an apartment. We provide a bluetooth speaker and sound machine if needed.

The studio does not have a separate thermostat, so we provide a freestanding fan as well as a space heater if needed. If guests still have issues with the temperature, they are welcome to reach out to us.
