This newly renovated 1 bedroom has a queen bed in the bedroom. A queen air mattress for the living room (if needed, but space will be tight), 1 bathroom, high speed WiFi, Netflix, AC, portable heating units, a designated parking space, and plenty of space for your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, cooking utensils, and more. But don’t let that sway you from eating out at some of the best restaurants on the West Coast…don’t worry, I will provide you a list of my recommendations at check-in.

This unit has a smart TV (basic cable, Netflix) In the living room to enjoy the open concept living and dining space. In the bedroom there is a smart TV and is conveniently located on the corner by the fire pit, grill, and sidewalk to the beach. Child friendly and pet friendly!

Things to note: This unit is located in the heart of the action. Beach traffic is present and can be constant at peak times. A sound machine is provided in the bedroom to impact noice levels if needed.

- "This place was amazing and met all of our needs perfectly. Its a small 1 bedroom apartment but had everything we needed for my husband and I and 2 teenage kids. The air mattress was slept on by my teeneagers who did not complain at all because it was "quite comfy" they said! The queen size bed was very comfortable as well. We mostly sat outside enjoying the beautiful weather on the patio in the morning, and the warm fire at night! We stayed here for my daughters national softball tournament...which she got 3rd place overall!!! We were able to walk to the beach after her games and relax. So many good restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. My favorite was the farmers market on main Street Tues evening!! We stayed for a week and loved every minute!!!"

Our house has four (4) outdoor cameras as security and safety measures. These cameras are as follows:

☒ Overhead camera under the eaves ( shows firepit)
The camera at the backyard area is necessary for liability and safety reasons. In the very unlikely event the fire pit was left lit while away, we would have a record of events. Similarly, if a guest irresponsibly slips and is injured climbing or attempting to climb the rocks of the water fall feature, we would have a timeline of how and when the injury occurred.

We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. We expect our guests to act and care for the property responsibly; therefore we DO NOT "spy" or "peek" on our guests. However, guests should be aware that "detected activities" are recorded. The cameras are not continuously recording; rather they only record when an event is triggered. None of these cameras have a line of sight or is capable of viewing indoor spaces. As described above, the cameras are aimed at the garage, driveway, streets, firepit and pool area. There are NO indoor cameras. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home. As our guests, your privacy is of the utmost importance. We wholeheartedly trust our guests and expect that our trust is not abused.

In addition to the aforementioned video cameras, there are also noise sensitive devices around the outdoor premises. These devices are in place to monitor and manage unacceptable noise activities, such as parties. If noise levels reach a certain decibel, I'll be alerted and your group may be asked to leave without refund. I am not concern with the level of noise within the house so long as it is not transmitted or heard outside. Bottom line: You will be occupying a house in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Keep it that way and there will be no problems!

Upon booking, you and your party acknowledges that each person has fully read, understand, and agree with above surveillance conditions. If any person of your party do not agree, please do not continue to book.

Located on a beautiful, tree-lined street in an historic neighborhood which is centrally located.

Disneyland, Honda Ctr, Angels Stadium, St. Joseph’s Hospital, Chapman University, Anaheim Convention Ctr, John Wayne Airport and Newport Beach are just a few miles by car. LAX is 33 miles away.

The space
The studio offers ample amount natural light and fresh air with several windows including an operable skylight with remote. There are 2 sets of French doors leading to out to your own deck and backyard with lemon trees as well as a large sliding window which leads to a separate patio. Hi-speed WiFi throughout and Bluetooth speaker. There are table/chairs available for outdoor dining as well as beach chairs, umbrella and towels for an outing to the beach.

Living room has a comfortable sofa and chair, large screen TV with all the streaming services, and board and card games. The dining area has a table that seats 4 and can easily double as a work space.

The well-appointed kitchen has a large Smeg refrigerator, gas range/oven, large microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric tea kettle plus all the dishes, pots/pans and utensils you need to cook up a nice meal. There’s plenty of storage. We supply coffee, tea, basic spices/oils and filtered water.

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with soft linens, dresser, and a closet with wooden hangers, iron, ironing table, clothes steamer as well as some exercise weights. There's a mounted, large screen TV with all of the streaming services.

A fully tiled bathroom comes with all the amenities and a large shower.

PLEASE NOTE:
The studio sleeps 2 and is not suitable for toddlers or children.
There is also a step up to the deck leading into the studio and another step up leading into the bathroom. There are no grab rails for either step so unfortunately the space is not conducive with anyone that has mobility issues.

Guest access
You enter through a private gate which leads straight to the guesthouse.
There's no key needed because both the gate and studio have digital locks. This allows for self check-in and check-out and no worries on keeping track of keys.

4. Please be mindful of energy usage during your stay and turn off lights, appliances, air conditioning/heating, and any water faucets when you are not in the unit. Your cooperation in conserving energy and water resources is greatly appreciated

5. Please refrain from rearranging the furniture, and if you do, kindly return it to its original position before checking out.

6. No additional overnight guests beyond the confirmed reservation without prior approval.

7. No pet allowed

8. Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10pm

9. Please park on your designated place as the driveway is shared with another unit. Please respect the other guests.

10. Ensure the security of your belongings, we recommend keeping your doors and windows locked when you're not present. Additionally, please avoid leaving valuable items unattended in common areas or visible from outside the property.

Close to the freeway, 2 miles from Newport Beach, close to Hoag Hospital, two blocks from nightlife and retail and 20 minutes from Disneyland. This is an attached home. It shares an external wall. It has its own private access. No pets or smokers please. No underage party throwers. $199 per night, $25 per additional person per night. $30 cleaning fee.

This is an additional space that has an attached external wall to the owners home. There is no other shared space you have your own private entrance, your own kitchen, your own living room you can park in the driveway. Sorry no pets are allowed and NO RENTERS under the age of 25 please. We’ve had too many Negative experiences with people trying to throw large parties. If you need a crib or highchair, please let us know. There is no additional charge. Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check out is by 11 AM.

The space
Sea View Cottage is a 13 minute walk to Main Beach and the village center. You can walk down Pacific Coast Highway or through beautiful Heisler Park.

We are located in North Laguna Beach - one block away from food such as Pavillion's grocery store, Reunion Kitchen & Cafe, Grazie Pizza, Jan’s Health Bar, and Asada's Mexican restaurant.

For sandy beaches - Sea View Cottage is .1 mile from Fisherman's Cove, .2 miles from Diver's Cove, .2 miles from Shaw's Cove, and .4 miles from Crescent Cove. These are all very short walks away. The free Laguna Beach trolley stops at each of those coves, can take you into town, and to the event centers of Sawdust Festival and the Pageant of the Masters.

Other things to note
There are 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and plenty of beach toys and beach towels. You can rent paddle boards or diving equipment from nearby shops.
Pavillions grocery store is just a block away and has a Starbucks inside. There is also a wonderful independent coffee shop (Blk Dot) next door.
