The space
The space is cozy and warm and inviting you have a separate entrance in your own porch with area to sit or have food or write ir entertain. I don’t allow gas except for short periods of time and no one of course after 10 PM there is the occasional meal that I like to share which I would leave for you and there is a toaster, refrigerator, coffee, maker, and a microwave. There’s plenty of storage for clothes and hanging things up and also an open filing cabinet for you as you’re working. The space is also available to be rented on a daily basis but for a minimum of 30 days should you need an office downtown? This is appropriate. I do have a friendly dog however, occasionally he’s barking outside and the door that I use for your entrance is also something that accommodates his coming and going at timeswere two blocks from downtown and everything that Ojai has to offer. There is a shared bathroom with the owner myself and an area for you to put your own things as well. We were just need to coordinate use and that’s easy enough with the text or notes.

With nearly 700 5-star reviews, enjoy a relaxing stay in a very private location in the country, but five minutes to the store, in your own self-contained tiny space. No traffic at all. It's very quiet and private. Pet friendly. There's an indoor composting toilet in the bathroom, like those seen in all tiny house listings on HGTV. They're efficient, conserve resources, and are odor-free so don't worry :)

Note: Think of this as a very nice step up from camping as you are close to nature. We do have a Pack and Play that can be used for little ones so please let us know if you need this ahead of time (it makes for a tight fit but it works).

Our home is dog friendly! If you bring your dog, we request that you supervise it at all times as there are many animals that live in the adjacent open space. We reserve the right to deny a dog. Please pick up after your dog please and thank you!
