With nearly 700 5-star reviews, enjoy a relaxing stay in a very private location in the country, but five minutes to the store, in your own self-contained tiny space. No traffic at all. The space
This room has a queen bed, small sink with cold water, a hot pot for heating water, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, very fast WiFi at 165 Mbps, hot outdoor shower (the only shower), BBQ, and a view of open space complete with vineyard. It's very quiet and private. Pet friendly. There's an indoor composting toilet in the bathroom, like those seen in all tiny house listings on HGTV. They're efficient, conserve resources, and are odor-free so don't worry :)

Guests can access the private room, the attached patio, detached patio, wiffle ball field, golf green, and outdoor shower.

Note: Think of this as a very nice step up from camping as you are close to nature. We do have a Pack and Play that can be used for little ones so please let us know if you need this ahead of time (it makes for a tight fit but it works).

Our home is dog friendly! If you bring your dog, we request that you supervise it at all times as there are many animals that live in the adjacent open space. We reserve the right to deny a dog. Please pick up after your dog please and thank you!

A clear identifiable image of yourself is required when a booking occurs as those who host need to know who they are inviting into their homes.

The property has 2 cameras located on the main house, far from your unit and are pointed at the parking area only. The cameras will be recording during reservations.

Make yourself at home in this full private studio apartment located in Camarillo, California. The apartment has an Apple TV and WIFI included. This unit has its own full kitchen, shower, and walk in closet. There is a washer/dryer in the closet as well. A full refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and sink, offer you all the amenities you need to create your home away from home. The apartment unit, which accommodates visitors with a Queen bed also has a flat screen television to relax with. Forget your worries in this spacious studio. Located just up the hill from Sprouts, Rite Aid, Ross, Big 5, Starbucks, St. Johns Hospital, and the Camarillo Library, this nice little retreat feels like you're getting out of the city, but has quick access to all the necessities and is a short drive to main attractions like the Camarillo Outlets, the state beaches and the 101 freeway. Spacious and clean, and there is a hot tub available during winter months and serene space.

The space
This is a studio above a three car garage. There is a laundry room and bathroom downstairs, kitchenette, living space and bed are upstairs. Property is on a flag lot and we have pets who reside on the premises.

Once you see the grey mail box with 450 on it, turn right and go all the way up to the big house in the back.

Guest access
Guests may use the back porch to sit under the pine trees, or enjoy the hot tub.

Other things to note
We have a dog named Maple 🍁. She is a puppy and still learning her manners. If she sees new people on our property she may run to you and bark to let us know you’re here, but she is very friendly and well socialized.

There are chickens and a rooster on the property.

Key to the guesthouse will be in a lockbox on the back porch by the door.

Hot tub will be available only during certain cooler months of the year. After each use, a capful of the Free and Clear should be put in the hot tub. More instructions will be provided in person if you would like to use it.

There is a set of four plates, utensils, bowls and cups. Several mugs, 2 wine glasses, measuring cups & spoons, mixing bowl, cheese grater, spatulas and bottle opener. One small pot and one small frying pan to use on the hot plate and a toaster oven with cookie sheet. A 4-cup coffee maker with filters, dish towels and wash cloths, salt and pepper.

We are situated down a small, somewhat private driveway. The guest unit is located above the garage at the far end of our home. While the space is completely private, there may be occasional crossings in the driveway.

We are fortunate to have wonderful neighbors, and it’s very important to us that we maintain a respectful and low-impact environment for everyone in the area. For this reason, our space is designed to accommodate one—two guests at most—and only one vehicle at any time.

Please note, we are a hillside property on a septic system and are unable to support additional usage beyond this limit. It’s a unique and peaceful setting, ideal for guests seeking a quiet, private retreat.

This is not a space for gatherings or parties at any time—day or night. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Located in the heart of Santa Rosa Valley, this historic 33 acre working lemon ranch has great views with many activities to enjoy. Premier mountain biking trails are just down the street in Hill Canyon, or a casual bike and hike trails on the ranch. Popular Ventura and LA county beaches are a 20 minute drive. You may also take a drive down South to visit The Regan Library (10 miles), Universal Studios, City Walk, which are approximately 1 hour away.

The studio guest house is very spacious, queen size bed and a huge living area with dining table and full kitchen, and bathroom.

You may access the back entry door using the lock box. There is a sliding glass door at the front of the house which locks from the inside.

7- 82 inch New Samsung QLED Smart TV will make you to love watching your favorite movie or show in the living room. European Soccer League can be watched on the ESPN app, paid for a full year. You can see other sports as well at ESPN, multi view screen feature. A new portable air conditioner with remote control is mounted in the living room window. Remote controlled electric fireplace, a light blue Playroom Artisan Left Arm Facing Sectional Sofa is placed in the front of this 82” Smart TV in the leaving room. This traditional style sectional is all about trendy details with nail-head trim, Bob-O-Pedic Memory Foam seating wrapped in a soft, chenille like fabric and stylish accent pillows. It even contains plenty of storage space if you lift up the chaise! But I saved the best for last- you can easily transform it into a sleeper for two with the pop-up function of the loveseat. 2 Queen Pillows and more blankets are in the master bedroom closet if needed. We do have a portable air conditioner unit, that we will place in the living room upon your request.

10- 2 Cars Parking spaces and additional parking in the street available. The walk areas are well lighted and more solar lights are installed around the parking area to assist with lighting the area.
11- While we really like animals, dogs, cats and any other animals are not allowed in the property...... sorry pet owners. This is a very strict policy going with this property. By enforcing this policy, you are free of animal allergies and smells. However, being a pet owner cannot stop you for enjoying our unit, since there are pet hotels and private pet boarding in the area for you to consider placing your pet. Also, there has been no smoking inside the house since new, and no smoking is allowed inside the house.
12- Privacy: House provides Privacy, separate entrance, and is fully fenced for your peace of mind and will offer you the so much desired privacy in the front yard and in the back yard of it.
13- Safety: Camarillo is a quite city, and Camarillo Heights is an extremely quite neighborhood. Camarillo Police department is only minutes away. Dead Locks are mounted in the main entrance of the door.
14- Quite: Quite neighborhood. Even though this Guest House shares a wall with the other unit, it is very quiet and far from any cars/motorcycles noises. You will enjoy any activity, from reading the books, to the glass of wine. This house is not just a night sleeping place, but a place with the full meaning of a “Home Sweet Home”, as a place to relax and recharge your “batteries” so you will be happy and fully energized to deal with all the life challenges. Covid-19 has been the biggest challenge so far, and this house will assist you to overpass this challenge successfully providing you the conditions to work and study from home.
15- Ocean Breeze: Unless you live at Camarillo Heights, you will never understand the need for the Ocean Breeze. The breeze will cool you off at any hot days. This is an indescribable thing, unless you experience it!
16- Weather: You will never miss out the walk under the sun, at any time of the day, almost every day of the year, morning, lunch, or afternoon. Santa Barbara location has been chosen for the fifth time in recent years as the best weather location in the world. Being said, you will enjoy the sun-rise, and the sun-sets from the borders of this property.
17- Peace of mind for any issues in the property: This is one of duplex units, landlord lives in the other unit. You don’t have to wait for the availability of the repair guy to show up and fix the issues, the owner is very handy and is right there at any days of the week to take care of any issues in person. We will do anything in our authority to ensure that our guests will enjoy their time once in our property. We are taking care of the beautiful landscape and trees around, so you can enjoy the colorful they offer. All you have to do is enjoy the flowers and roses aroma when you pass nearby them, and enjoy the colorful of our unique landscaping, relaxing your eyes.
18- Property Condition: Fully renovated with laminating floors and tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. New everything but the washer and Dryer, which are in excellent working condition.
19- Open RING concept: All the Rooms/Areas are in the 60 degrees space from the center point of the house. Once you enter inside the house from the main entrance, the room’s positions flows smoothly around the ring: Entrance Door => Master Bedroom => Dining Area => Kitchen Area => Second Bedroom => Living Room => back to Entrance Door. You don’t need to walk through a room or area to reach another one.

You will not miss your favorite show or movie being away from your home, you will have the freedom and the pleasure to watch it here at us, since there are three large screen Smart TVs in our Guest House.
26- There are Night Lights Plug into Wall with Auto Dusk to Dawn Sensor LED Night Lights Guide for any room in the house: Bedrooms, Bathroom, Kitchen, Laundry, and Dining Room. Not too bright, not to dim, just the right amount of light to see where you are going in the dark. allows you to get up at night, get some water, or use the restroom and return to bed without turning on any main lights. They are removal if you don't want them in the bedrooms, just unplug them from the wall.
27- Last minute plans to travel or in a need for a place to sleep – not an issue with us, you can book until 9:00 PM, than call us to take our attention, for the easy entrance code, we will deliver it immediately. You can check at any time with our easy access lock key in our Guest House door.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, this home is monitored 24/7 by an external Home Security System.

Guest access
As you will see in the pictures, enter the path, pass the garage on the right hand side with brown color, and the next thing, you will find a wide parking lot, which has enough space for 2 cars/suvs. If you go too far, you will reach the dead end point. Once parked, follow the path for the main entrance, right to the empty lot. As you walk toward the main door, once you leave the parking lot on your left, you will leave the private balcony/entrance of the other unit on your right, and we appreciate your help to respect the private status of it. Keep walking and you will reach the main entrance on your right.

Other things to note
Please treat gentle all the electronics and electric units/appliances in our Guest House. All of them have been installed professionally, and not all of them are under warranty. All TVs in particular, as Smart LED devices are very fragile and they are extremely sensitive to any finger touch, as such they can very easily break with a little slightly force application, generating dead pixels in the screens. Please Do Not Touch the TV Screens, neither try to move them around, or changing the TV angels, please try to avoid touching them at all.
We want you to enjoy all the amenities our house has to offer to all of our guests, and we want to thank you in advance for taking care of them all, not slamming any of the doors, drawers and/or shelves of our appliances, furniture and/or kitchen/bathrooms cabinets.
