The Redondo Beach Riviera /Palos Verde is known for shopping, restaurants, Trader joe's store and Farmer Market, and off course the beach.15 minutes (by car) to Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach ,30 minutes to Venice Beach and a just 45 minute drive up the Coast to Malibu.
Take the beach bus from Riviera Village to Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach all the way to LAX. Or simply a 10 minutes bike ride to Torrance Beach, very clean beach with beautiful views of the Pacific Coast line. If you're on the sand you can see all the beaches up to Santa Monica!

The space
The guest house sits privately at the back of the main house. Here you may notice how we care for our planet by recycling, and composting 99.9% of organic materials. We produce minimal amount of waste and conserve our resources by using tank less water heater and high efficiency air conditioner. We love nature and the forest. We feature over 100 plants and trees and fruit trees: 26 young pine trees in the front yard, 7 avocado trees in the back yard 2 of them Hass type, papayas and mango tree. Among the plants are dragon fruit, passion fruit, and more. The new nature products to our back portion of the property are mushrooms which are not edible.

Street parking is available right in front of the entrance gate. Our neighbors are nice and friendly. There are many restaurants to choose like sushi at Miyako, Fast food like Chick-Fil-A, In-N-Out Burger, Mexican food, fish tacos and micheladas at Miches de la Baja and the always crowded Golden Pheasant Chinese food all within blocks from the house.

There's a separate access to the back house through a side gate. You will have access to the entire ADU, back yard area, and the hot tub. My wife and I live in the main house with our two little kids.
