if your into vintage you’ll love the retro style, and if you've never stayed in a trailer before this is a great way to try it.... My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and is dog freindly but we do ask that you do not leave your dog in the trailer alone for long periods of time,sorry-no cats. Unfortunately the trailer is not large enough to host four people.
The space
The space is a vintage 1970 Kenskill travel trailer which is 8 feet wide by 18 feet long....and if I'm lucky..its 6ft high .. the couch pulls out to a full size bed and the kitchen table also folds down to a small bed... there is a fridge, stove, microwave and sink...and the bathroom is super small, but i find it preferable to actually camping in a tent... it sits next to my house and has a private entrance through the garden gate... there is a small brick patio so you can sit outside and my green house is now being used as the travel trailer entrance .....if you have never stayed in a trailer before...please be aware that sink and shower water are recycled into the garden and the toilet water is held in a holding tank. This holding tank needs to be cleaned out every other day, and i will need to access the inside of the trailer to do so.....we can not stress enough not to put any unnecessary material down any of the drains...and to only use the toilet paper provided.
dogs are welcome..but please do not leave them unattended for long periods of time inside the travel trailer

there is a private entrance to the side yard where the trailer sits which is fully enclosed it is just to the right of my garage..and you can see the top of it over the fence.
Other things to note
eastside costa mesa is a family neighborhood, please be respectful of that.
there is plenty of street parking and there is driveway space available on street cleaning day....which is Thursday morning from 8 am till noon
