Laundry: The property has a washer and dryer; however, to cover the rising costs, we will charge a small fee of $5 per load which includes the laundry detergent. There is an iron in the room. There is an official desk in the living room. You can use the computer and printer, too.

And the laundry room ( in the garage) . Walk out the laundry room there are dumpsters on you right side, you can take out your trash here . Continue walk to the back will see the nice , large backyard there , lots fruit trees , and fruit you can pick (seasonal)

Feel free to use the driveway for parking, but keep in mind that on Tuesdays, street cleaning occurs between 8:00 am and 12 noon. Any vehicles parked on the street during this time will be ticketed.

Additionally, gardeners come on
Tuesday mornings between at 9:00 am. You can find the garbage and recycling bins on the side of the house for your convenience. Please make sure to dispose of garbage and recyclables like cans and bottles in the designated bins.

This is a 5BD 3BA House located in a quiet & safe community. 3 of the 4 bds upstairs are listed on Airbnb. 1 master suite 2 private rooms. House nears hwy 5, 241 & 405. wakable to Starbucks, McDonald, El Pollo Loco. Restaurants & supermarkets are all within 4 miles. Nearby are many attractions and shopping area etc. South Coast Plaza & spectrum. Please check out my guide book for detail.

The house is located in the cul de sac so it's pretty quiet.
For the same day booking, please do allow us sometime to make sure the room is 100% ready for guests.

Guest can access pretty much all areas. Please respect other guests who may stay in the house at the same time.

During your stay
My parents are staying downstairs in the house. They don't speak much English but good enough to tell the Guests where things are. Therefore, most of the time they will not interact with guests. Please feel free to reach out to me for any questions. Thank you

Private bedroom with en suite bathroom. Private entrance. Located in a peaceful neighborhood of Anaheim. Centrally located near the 91 and 57 highways. Just 9 mins to Disney and 12 mins to Knotts Berry Farm. Also close to many highly rated restaurants, malls, cafes and fun beaches.

Free street parking except for street cleaning on Monday 12-4PM. You may park on the drive way whiles street cleaning but must move after.

This is a large master Bed Room with Private Entrance and your own bathroom with convenience self check in. Guest will have 1 reserve parking in front of the entrance gate and plenty of parking on the street. The house is close to everything. Quite and safe neighborhood. It is ideal for business trip or vacation.

During your stay
Please Read our Rules Carefully 1 by 1. 1. When you book with us means that you agree with all the rules.
1. Check-in is after 3pm, and check-out is by 11am.
2.NO SMOKING Or smoke outside of our property.
3. NO DRUGS, WEEDS, MARIJUANA, NO PARTY, NO PETs or WE ASK YOU TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
4. No Pets
5. NO SHOES inside our place. We do have slippers for your convenience.
6.Clean up after yourself in the bathroom. Return items after using.
7. No soliciting. Trash cans are available in and outside. 8.Switch off lights and the A/C or heater when it’s not in use or leaving the house.
9.Noise: No outside activities and keep the noise at minimum after 10pm.
10. Confirmed guests only. No additional guests visit unless we know in advance.
11.Damage: Accidents may happen, please let us know. We'll work it out.
12.If you forgot your stuff, we can send it back to you. We charge Flat rate $20 for our time+Shipping fee. 13.Alteration is not allowed within 4 weeks before your reservation.
14.Host support is not available from 12am-8am Pacific Time Zone (PST)
