The description on Expedia listed a washer and dryer as an amenity, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. However, upon arrival and after contacting Expedia, a machine was not available on the property. A pack and play was featured in the photos, something we needed for our toddler, and it was confirmed that one would be provided for our stay. We asked when someone would be out to deliver it since it was already late in the day, and we were told not to worry - it would be handled in a timely manner so our stay would be comfortable. No one showed up to deliver the bed. The biggest issue was the garbage that was left in the front yard from the previous renters. A large trash bag with visible food discards just tossed to the side. We asked where we could dispose of it since we didn't want to attract animals, but were assured it would be promptly taken care of by the property. The bag was still there at checkout three days later - no one showed up the entire stay."

Family of 4 and no issues. The staff were amazing. You can buy everything on site for a BBQ inclusive of s’mores kit and logs and meat but you will pay for this. There is a Walmart driveable. The only downside I would say is that if you are only there for one night you cant check in until 4pm and then a queue has built up through the day rather than checking people in on the system when they arrive. You then have to be out by 10am which means youve hardly used any of the facilities. When we stay again we will book 2 nights to avoid this issue "

The Echo Cabin is a place to come immerse yourself in nature's embrace beside our spring-fed creek. Enjoy our private dunking pools, or a 10-min drive to Yuba River. Explore our gourmet mushroom farm, fruit trees, and growing herb garden (fall time fruiting). Just 20 mins from Nevada City and 10 from Tahoe National Forest. Cozy up by the wood stove after adventures. Kitchenette, outdoor shower, and a curated collection of vinyl records.

The space
Rhythm springs is a private 7 acre sanctuary that is just 20 minutes away from downtown Nevada City. The property features a year round spring fed creek running through it, gardens, and one other airbnb unit on the property. Myself and my roommate live on the property as well, but out of sight of the cabin. The cabin is also situated just 10 minutes to multiple swimming spots at the Yuba River and endless hiking trails through Tahoe National Forest. After a long day of exploration and adventure, The Rhythm Cabin will warmly welcome you with a wood-burning stove to get cozy around.

The Rhythm Cabin does not have an attached bathroom. There is an outhouse 30 ft behind the cabin with an indoor shower and outdoor shower for you to enjoy. The outhouse shared with myself and my roommate who live on the property as well!

We are in the early stages of actualizing a beautiful vision for this land. We aim to support the arts through writing residencies, education by providing space for workshops, and care for the ecosystem through eco-culture so that all humans and nonhumans can enjoy a healthy fruitful forest. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This studio Cabin includes a queen bed (sleeps 2). Located on 90 private acres (previously a 1940's resort) has a seasonal running creek, hiking trails, and a pond with fishing. Located within walking distance to Twin Pines Casino. 5 min to downtown, restaurants, shopping. 20 min drive to Calistoga, near Clear Lake, Harbin Hot Springs, and several wineries. Cabin is 1 of 5 cabins, 3 of which are available through Airbnb.

This cute little cabin is a studio that includes a kitchen (with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster), dining/desk area, small closet, bathroom, and queen bed. There is a WiFi, a smart TV, heating, and air conditioning units. Bathroom includes a shower (no tub), sink, toilet, shelving, and medicine cabinet for storage. There is a front deck area with your own BBQ and table. Cabin 4 is one of five cabins (3 of which have been renovated and are available for guests). Our second cabin ("Sawdust Trails Cabin 1"; sleeps 6) and can be booked simultaneously for larger groups.

The space
This newly remodeled cabin is perfect for a family of 4 or 5 to enjoy year around. Cabin is just walking distance to  the finest  restaurants, movie theater, shops and ice cream shop in the village. Come make some memorable memories with some beautiful family pictures at our lake, or Boulder Bay Park which is just about a 10 minute drive. Enjoy the scenery from the trails also a great place for some fantastic photos. Cabin has a big lot for childern to enjoy in the winter and built a snowman or just throw some snowballs.
