The description on Expedia listed a washer and dryer as an amenity, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. However, upon arrival and after contacting Expedia, a machine was not available on the property. A pack and play was featured in the photos, something we needed for our toddler, and it was confirmed that one would be provided for our stay. We asked when someone would be out to deliver it since it was already late in the day, and we were told not to worry - it would be handled in a timely manner so our stay would be comfortable. No one showed up to deliver the bed. The biggest issue was the garbage that was left in the front yard from the previous renters. A large trash bag with visible food discards just tossed to the side. We asked where we could dispose of it since we didn't want to attract animals, but were assured it would be promptly taken care of by the property. The bag was still there at checkout three days later - no one showed up the entire stay."

Family of 4 and no issues. The staff were amazing. You can buy everything on site for a BBQ inclusive of s’mores kit and logs and meat but you will pay for this. There is a Walmart driveable. The only downside I would say is that if you are only there for one night you cant check in until 4pm and then a queue has built up through the day rather than checking people in on the system when they arrive. You then have to be out by 10am which means youve hardly used any of the facilities. When we stay again we will book 2 nights to avoid this issue "
