The Space:
The home's Tulum Chic design has been fully refinished and furnished throughout with luxe, high-end amenities and stylish decor for an elevated guest experience. The living area features a big flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth speaker for entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living areas can be opened fully to fill the home with cool, ocean breezes. Take your pick to enjoy the ocean views from the sofa or head out to the balcony to sunbathe. The home is equipped with a full kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage. Direct beach access is not possible from the home. However, it is a 3 minutes drive to get to the closest beach (Carbon Beach).

Venice is around 25 minutes depending on traffic. LAX airport is a 45-minute drive from the home.

Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car as many activities are difficult to reach on foot. There is ample street parking and also a designated parking spot in front of the garage.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any city noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Any gatherings of more than 5 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We may require a security deposit for some bookings.

There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit if applicable, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

This spacious one bedroom home-away-from-home has everything you need to make the most of your time in this historic region of Central California.

The bedroom has a plush queen size bed with a large closet, and en-suite full bathroom with a bathtub that offers guests the chance to relax in a soothing bubble bath and unwind.

The generous size living room has a sofa bed that pulls out into a queen size bed for extra guests. We love pets! Bring your fur family members! Please be mindful that all dogs must be on a leash when they are outside the home, including the patio area. There is a lovely city park just across the street with a large green space and shaded picnic areas. And please, clean up after all pets, and then dispose of waste in a proper receptacle.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The Littlefield Victorian is located in a peaceful, small-town neighborhood with roosters, goats and many birds making there homes here. You may also hear music from the local park, which is across the street, as it does host events at times. The park also has a public swimming pool. Please verify that it is open and the hours before planning to use it.

California’s second oldest bar, the Elkhorn, is a two block walk. In 1869 and 1870, the notorious outlaw Jesse James, and his brother Frank, frequented this bar while Jesse recovered from a gunshot wound at the nearby Drury James ranch, which was owned by a family member. Also within walking distance is the historic San Miguel Mission, founded in 1797.

There are some really great eating places that are a short walk away including Taco Mafia, Manny’s Pizza and Leo’s Cafe. There is also a Dollar General store for any last minute items you may need.

The residence is conveniently located a just off the 101 freeway. It is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Paso Robles. Multiple wine tour roads to many world-class wineries begin a short distance away. Cambria, the gateway to Hearst Castle, can be reached in under 35 minutes (depending on traffic and time of day.)

That child’s room was not pictured in the photos and not included in the description. It is very awkward sleeping in a child’s bed, in his room, with all of his possessions there. The backyard is not kept up, the grass is dead, no basketball hoop as pictured (we brought a ball and anticipated being able to use it) and the furniture was very badly faded by the sun with bird/ lizard poop all over it so we could not sit outside. The fire pit also did not work (my parents have the same one and I know how to use it). In fairness, I was there for a wedding and spent most of the weekend away from the VRBO. I did not contact the owner with my concerns because there were too many of them (my fault). I did not have time to dispute all of this due to my involvement in the wedding preparation and the event itself. The owner refused any refund. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere"

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow a few house guidelines (please refer to house rules for more details)

- Bookers must be guests, we don’t allow you book for someone else rather than your spouse/significant other.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor area (front porch) if needed. If you are found to have been smoking inside the property, you agree to pay an additional $500.00 cleaning fee.

- Guest Limit: Only registered guests are allowed. Unregistered guests will be charged $50/guest/night.

- No visits from family members/friends inside the house.

- Please report damages immediately. Any missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.

- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

- Minimal cooking preferred, and please clean up after yourself.

Our apartment features a shared room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout. Ideal for students or short and long-term stays, guests will find comfort in our cozy accommodations. Please note that this is not a private room, and guests should be comfortable sharing the space with others. The bathroom is also shared with other guests.

During your stay
We interact as much with you as you want. We give you your space and greet you in passing but will not linger around your room hoping to get a full biography. You are welcome to join us in the common area if you want to socialize but it is not required and we totally understand. We want to make your stay with us to be as comfortable as possible. Our home is your home for the duration of your stay.

The space
Eastvale with new houses and high-quality residents: the houses here are all built after 2000, with large-sized family rooms. Good location: The location of Yicheng is very good. It is only a ten-minute drive from Chino Hills. It is located in the middle of the four highways 71, 60, 15, and 91. It is adjacent to Riverside City, San Bernardino, Orange County and Los Angeles County, the transportation is very convenient.

This is a New Home located on Eastvale in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket with walking distance and shopping center.

Please do not park your vehicles on the street on 1st and 3rd MONDAY from 8 am to 2 pm. You can park in our driveway during these times to avoid being ticketed. Thank you.

Amazing beautiful townhouse in the heart of Noho arts district in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to restaurants, Starbucks, Amazon Fresh, Ralphs supermarket, 24 hour fitness (for the gym lovers), parks, studios (dance, movie and art). Walking distance to the metro red line station (subway). This city boasts of the most popular dance schools in the nation and most are a walking distance away.

The space
Your room comes with a walk-in closet to accommodate your needs. And a comfortable queen size bed for a good night sleep. The unit comes equipped with washer and dryer. Central air. Full access to the kitchen and living room. Just do your dishes after you and do not forget to unload the dishwasher if used. Eating must be done in the kitchen and not in the bedroom to avoid staining the sheets and most importantly, to avoid pests. Brand new wood floors and kitchen counters. I will wash the sheets and towels upon your request. The cleaning crew come twice a month so you and i will try to keep our spaces as clean as possible in between their visits. Lost key would cost $20 for replacement. Also you’re not allowed to put up posters or pictures on the wall or you’ll be charged extra for wall cleaning / painting.

During your stay
I interact with guests depending on their preference. I could give the guest their space or we can share a bit of wine/beer while watching TV together. You probably won't see me as much because of my work schedule, you'd think you're the host.
I might travel out of town a few times so you'll have to be okay with being home alone.

Other things to note
There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed indoors. In fact, this a non-smoking building but you can smoke a few feet outside the building.
I have parking space for 2 but it’s tandem parking so if you must park in the garage, you’ll be ready to move your car around to allow the other person to exit. There are also tons of street parking. You just have to be aware of the street cleaning days to avoid getting a ticket. I also just was made available a guest parking in the building so all is well.
I am flexible with check-in time. Just message me ahead of time what time you’ll be arriving so I can make plans to be there.
Also no guns or illegal drugs allowed.
