Feel free to enjoy any of the areas in the front of the property - vineyard, fire pit, and handmade barrel swings. We are happy to provide a vineyard tour of the property upon request and you can walk the vines on your own at any time. We keep the backyard and garage area past the Guesthouse for Owner's use only. We can offer EV charging on-site for a fee. For guests who have large vehicles or trailers we can accommodate your parking needs. Just contact us.

We have 3 outside vineyard cats that patrol the property. Please allow them to stay outside.

You must notify us before bringing a pet or service animal, as we perform an inspection before and after your stay. Only 1 pet, service animal or emotional support animal per booking total based on the size of our accommodations. Working animals do not incur a pet fee but It is understood that service animals will be in service to the occupants and will therefore accompany them at all times. No animal is to be left in the unit unattended. Use of a crate is the only exception. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.

The Bunk House is located in the middle of the action, you just might encounter the Stagecoach rolling by your front door, or horses galloping in the arena. However life is very peaceful here, you will hear a variety of birds, the coyotes, & occasional train whistle.

This is a 26 acre ranch which backs up to the Salinas River Bed, a vineyard borders to the North & grain hay & pumpkin patch to the South. Take a walk around the property, be respectful of our neighbors & stay on our side. Feel free to visit my garden for your morning coffee, sit and relax with a glass of wine.

The horses are a mixture of horses in training, boarded, & the ones we own. For your safety, please let us know if you would like to visit them up close. Under no circumstances are they to be fed anything, not even the loose hay you see on the ground.

The space
Our little studio is situated over a workshop next to our home. You will have your own parking area and instructions for your stay. Access is via a steep stairway from the parking area to our front yard and then another stairway up to the deck of the studio.
Many times we aren't even at home when guests arrive, but the apartment will be ready for your arrival. If you have questions or concerns, we are here to help. Otherwise, we like to let our guests enjoy the peace and quiet and the privacy of our property.

Before you arrive, I will email the directions, code to our gate and instructions for your stay. You are welcome to walk your dog down the hill as long as they are on a leash. ( we do have lots of wildlife on our property) We do advise that you keep your dog close & not in the numerous grasses & underbrush due to foxtails & stickers in the dryer months. Rental of the studio does not include access to our home or our pool area.

We don't charge a security deposit but ask that you respect our little Hideaway and help by stripping the bed when you leave. We are pet friendly and do ask for an additional $25 per dog to cover the extra cleaning.
We are both retired, but I work part time at a local tasting room and Rich works for a brewery. There are many times that we won't be here when you arrive, but we are only a cell phone call away for your needs.

Our Casita is the perfect place to stay and enjoy Paso's beautiful sunshine, wine, and activities. The Casita is a newly built, fully furnished cottage featuring a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove-top (no oven), and Keurig coffee maker; Modern bathroom with rainfall shower, robes, and soft towels; King size bed; Wall mounted television in the living room and the bedroom; French doors that open to your private patio with a gas fire table in which to lounge and enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of your favorite wine.

The space
This cozy space consists of a living room which includes a couch, 2 club chairs, electric fireplace, large screen TV with fire stick to use with your logins, a small table for eating or working at, charging station for all your electronics (in case you forgot your chargers), microwave, mini fridge, Keurig with all the amenities, filtered water dispenser, paper plates, plastic ware, wine opener, coffee cups & wine glasses.

Bedroom has Queen size bed, large screen TV with fire stick to use with your logins, full size closet, an iron & full length mirror.

Please note that 2nd bed is an air mattress, which fits in living room area.

Bathroom was originally built for relative in a wheelchair. It has a vanity for doing hair & makeup, bidet with heated toilet seat & roll-in/walk-in shower and teak bench to sit on in shower.

Ceiling fans in both rooms & each room has its own mini-split for heating & air conditioning

Our guests have their own private entrance located at area where you’ll park. And there’s a heavy duty hook & latch type lock on both sides of door that leads into main part of house, for added security.

Very comfortable queen bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a custom built no step shower and is assessable for even guests in a wheelchair. Mini private areas to sit and relax. The location is superb, walking distance to a few wineries and very close proximity to all the west side Templeton gap wineries! Beautiful hot tub with vineyard views and includes delicious locally sourced continental breakfast! Don’t forget we also provide complementary happy hour with local wines and charcuterie!!!

A Great Lake playground for all to enjoy.

Maverick Bungalow is an adorable, quiet, hillside hide-a-way on the East side of Paso Robles, overlooking vineyards and rolling hills. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow features a living room, kitchen, and an amazing deck with views for miles, perfect for that morning breakfast or evening wine sip. Over 25 wineries and distilleries within 15 minutes and endless local attractions nearby. Close to Highway 46 East for easy access. The master BDR has views and the 2nd BDR features a trundle bed.

Other things to note
On the property, we have two goats ("Daisy"-because of her flower design neck markings and "Buttons" -white dots on her nose) and 3 sheep. The fully grown ewe is named "S'Mores", the little black sheep is "Tina" -short for Valentina because of the perfect white heart on her forehead and yes, believe it or not, she was born on Valentine's Day! The other little white/black lamb is "Regi" - female version of the character Reggie from the movie "The Great Outdoors" due to her white stripe down her neck! They are all characters and love to seeing new guests hanging out on the deck!

This charming cottage is only two blocks to downtown, an easy walk to dinner, tasting rooms and shopping. This completely brand new cottage has the charm of a farmhouse but with all the newest amenities, modern conveniences and free EV charger.
