Welcome to the Sol Shack, a boho chic space just off of highway 101 in Nipomo. Steps away from the Sol Shack is the Yoga Shack which offers yoga classes 7 days a week, Thai Yoga Massage Therapy and an infrared sauna. Nipomo is central to the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County wine county and only 15 minutes away from Pismo Beach. You will feel like you've escaped to your own private retreat.

The Sol Shack offers a queen size bed, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and water.

The Sol Shack has a private parking area shared by yoga clients. It has an adjacent bathroom and shower just a few outdoor steps away. You are welcome to take yoga classes and book a Thai yoga massage therapy or infrared sauna session for an additional fee. You also have access to a beautiful, private outdoor setting.

Other things to note
The Sol Shack is a non-smoking space. If it is determined you were smoking inside the room we will charge you a $200 cleaning fee.

Beautiful one bedroom cottage. Cottage is just a 5 minute walk along creek lined walking path into the Village of Arroyo Grande.

The space
Bluebird Cottage is a one bedroom apartment. The space is ideal for two, but three could possibly work. The kitchen is fully set up for cooking. Small fridge and freezer. Dining area set up with a table and chairs for having a great meal or doing some work. The living area has a love seat (makes into a twin bed) and two comfortable easy chairs for relaxing. The bathroom has a nice big soaking tub and after your bath fall fast asleep in the deluxe queen bed. There is also a small balcony off the bedroom for coffee in the morning or to unwind after a long day. Bluebird is ready for anything from a fun filled weekend to a much longer stay. Come fly away!

Beautiful 1 bedroom cottage newly remodeled building from the 1940's. The space was completely renovated in June of 2019 with plank flooring, tiled shower bathroom with tub and stylish new furnishings. Modern and simple with an emphasis on sustainability. This cottage is on a 45 acre ranch in the country but is close to downtown Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Paso Wine Country and several of California's most beautiful beaches!

The space
You will feel relaxed the minute you drive up and see the inviting deck with patio furniture perfect for stargazing with a glass of wine. The cottage looks out onto a lush green lawn with a large old apricot tree that was planted by Amy's grandfather over 60 years ago. Looking out the backside of the cottage you will be delighted with the sight of deer grazing on the hillside.

Inside the cottage you will enjoy a simple modern design with wonderful amenities. New memory foam mattress and comfortable linen sheets to cozy up in at night. In the bathroom is a full sized bath tiled from tub to ceiling.

Starting the day after Thanksgiving, our Christmas Tree farm will be open. Walk down from the cottage and enjoy the wonderful smell of fresh trees, have some hot cider, popcorn and roast a s'more around the fire pit.

It is one large room so there is not a separate bedroom. There is not a stove top and no oven.
There’s a kitchen sink, a microwave, a crockpot, a blender, a Keurig, and a mini fridge with freezer.

The studio has it's own private entrance in a separate building from main house. It is very quiet with great natural lighting & dimmable can lights.

The studio guesthouse is artfully decorated and is a quiet serene space. It is a lovely place to relax & stay in Morro Bay in a sweet neighborhood. I am now offering long-term bookings for a 44% discount. If you see dates or lengths of stay that are not available, please feel free to message me about your particular details.

The kitchen is brand new with butcher block countertops, a deep stainless steel sink, a large microwave, a 5 burner gas stove, a large refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a gourmet coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware baking dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, etc. There is a small dining table that expands if needed. Basically, I have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy.

The bedroom area has a nightstand with drawers, a closet with a small dresser, and a comfortable queen size bed with west elm organic bedding and lots of comfy pillows. There are dual blinds with a sheer option for the day and black out blinds at night to create an darker ambience for better sleep.

The bathroom is brand new with a medicine cabinet and vanity with shelves and drawers for your things. The shower and soaking tub has a lovely spa like feel with new oil rubbed bronze fixtures and subway tiles. Oh and the best part is the entire unit has soft water which is just lovely for your skin and hair.

WIFI is included and is super fast.

For fun there is an outdoor heated shower for when you come in from the beach.

The studio has double insulation with extra thick walls that not only keep it quiet but also provide greater warmth. There is no need for air conditioning in Morro Bay, it is a temperate climate.

Lots of natural light, but good black out shades for sleeping in. VERY clean, extra large shower. Full kitchen with seasonings, cooking oils, and coffee. Utilities are included. Private AC/heat plus a heat blanket and down alternative comforter and beautiful sheets. Rural wooded area with deer and squirrels hanging out on the hill in the evening. Check in is easy. The door is left unlocked incase you arrive before me. The key is on the kitchen counter. Leave it there on the day of check out. The wifi password is there too, and its all pretty easy and casual around here. But dont be shy to ask questions before or during your stay. :)

Other things to note
My only request is that you squeegee the shower door or wipe it with the waffle towel. The water in California is hard and the spots can be such a bear between clients. So I’m always very appreciative when people use the squeegee after each shower. :)

Bowers Bungalow is a serene hidden gem, located on the east side of Templeton among rolling vineyard Hills and natural green grasses.
Centrally located between Templeton and Paso Robles and just over the hill from Franklin hot springs. Relax in the hot tub, sip some wine, stay in to watch a movie or take a very short walk to Templeton Valley Farms, a local seasonal fruit stand just up the block. -Due to the rural location of the bungalow, internet speeds are quite slow compared to most that you may find in town. Streaming is not available but Dish Network satellite TV service with some movie channels is. The TV is not hooked up to the WiFi.

Rock Bottom Ranch is conveniently located half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco right off of Pacific Coast Hwy 1. It is an easy 7 minutes to San Luis Obispo's Cal Poly. The most beautiful beaches in Morro Bay area 3 miles away. The location is perfect. You will come through a private gate and nature will surround you with its beauty and serenity. Here you may see the wild turkey showcasing his feathers in his mating ritual or several deer grazing on the grass in the nearby field.

The space
The guest house is very private. It is cozy with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and full sized kitchen. There is a deck to enjoy the serene views. It is a hidden gem. The location is off the scenic coast Hwy 1 corridor. The ranch is on a gravel road covered with road base. It is just 1 minute off of Hwy 1. We have dogs on the ranch. The dogs may have access to the yard outside of this house so the no pet policy is strict. This includes service animals. This is for the safety of the pets. The maximum number of guests is not to exceed 4. Please note that this house is available for lodging only. Gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy of this home is prohibited. The house does have a few stairs to climb, both on the outside and inside.
