It’s the perfect cottage for long term stays to Bakersfield for work or leisure.

You will have your own dedicated street parking in front of the guesthouse, with a secure private gated entrance. Upon entering, there is an outdoor seating area on the side of the house that is reserved especially for guests. Guests are welcome to the spaces and amenities in the guesthouse (Kitchenette, bedroom, & bathroom). This Guesthouse is attached to a private residence where homeowners reside. Backyard and pool areas are private spaces reserved for homeowners.

Enjoy tranquility in this serene neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown with easy freeway access. Lots of shopping & eats are within a few minutes' drive. This is a 2-story 1150 sqft back house on a 1/2 acre, with a saltwater pool, kids swingset & Free WiFi. Amenities: full kitchen, full bath, laundry rm, living rm with 60" smart tv, an extra large 600sqft upstairs bedroom with a 55" smart tv. Bedroom has 2 queen beds w/ memory foam tops. Living rm has a pull out queen bed. Sorry no parties.

The space
The airbnb is accessed through the driveway side gate. There are three very friendly golden retrievers that use the backyard. They are kept inside and or in a fenced off area when we have guests. Some guests request to socialize with our goldens, you are more than welcome to if requested. We are not hosting parties. Thank you, and feel free to ask any questions.

Guest access
While staying at our backhouse, feel free to use the backyard grassy area, play set area, basketball court, toys left outside, and pool. Children MUST be supervised if using the pool. Pool is fenced. Please DO NOT leave young children unattended in the backyard.

Other things to note
Non Smoking, please NO smoking inside. Smoking outside only, there is a sitting area just outside. Out of respect for our neighbors, No parties at this time; that includes pool parties. Total MAXIMUM guests/visitors per stay is 6. Total number of guests/visitors intended for pool use MUST be accounted for on the reservation. Exceptions need to be discussed before hand. Thank you for your understanding.

Enjoy your stay in newly upgraded studio, with its own kitchen that has a big new fridge. We installed a 58inch TV to enjoy the clear picture. The studio has a designed bathroom and comfy full size bed. But what makes this studio unique is its location in Bakersfield. It is located in the northern west side of bakersfield.

This cute guesthouse is in a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood with plenty of parking. The main house tenants are a nice family. The two units are fairly separate, with the yard separated by a fence around the main house backyard.

You have access to the whole guesthouse, and its patio space. The backyard space is shared with the main house tenant, divided by a fence around the main house.

The driveway leading up to the guesthouse is reserved for the main house tenant and you are welcome to park anywhere by the curb.
