This is a Bedroom with a full bathroom. It's for one guest only. It has it's own private entrance located on the side of the house. Located on a safe, nice, and peaceful North East neighborhood. About 5 to 8 minute drive to KMC Hospital. Excellent for medical students and professionals, nurses and KMC workers.

We bought this property in April 2018, and it is our first home. It was really important for us to make sure that the bungalow was an extension of us, a place that we’d stay when traveling as well. Needless to say we put a lot of time, effort, and love into this space and we hope anyone that stays loves it as much as we do.

Looking for a place to stay in Bakersfield’s historic, and vintage neighborhood? This charming, studio in the Sunset Orleander neighborhood offers a private studio with lots of shade. This studio is the perfect place for a vacation, a getaway, or a home base for a business trip. It is centrally located 2 m8les from the Fox Theater, 7 miles from Mechanic's Arena, movie theaters, downtown, and many more places all within 10 minutes. Best of all, is the proximity to Highway 99 and Highway 58.

The space
This 400 sq ft studio is suitable for 2 guests (plus one, if the extra guest does not mind sleeping on an air mattress .

Our kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and pots and pans. Guests may sit around the breakfast bar to enjoy their meals.

There is a closet with hangers, luggage rack, iron, and ironing board. Extra blanket, pillows, and bed sheets are stored in the closet.

Guests have access to Wi-Fi and Amazon Firestick to watch Netflix, and AmazonPrime.

This studio is located 20 miles northwest of Bakersfield (10 minutes from the 99 Freeway using hwy 46 turnoff) and 20 minutes from Interstate 5 Freeway. It is perfect for the out-of-town worker on assignment or guest that is visiting family in the area.
