Our casita is located in a quiet neighborhood 10 blocks from the beach also close to shopping and restaurants with plenty of parking. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, a small fridge and a hot plate. The bathroom is large and located inside the casita.

The space
Location, Location, Location! This commercial space offers the best of both worlds - lots of light from windows and glass doors, complete with blinds and plantation shutters for privacy, and accessible in every way as a handicap-friendly unit, and minutes from world-class dining and beach activities. The dining/kitchen area does not have a stove but includes a table with seating for 4, utensils, glassware, pretty chinaware, a microwave, sink, toaster, toaster oven, electric kettle, and small refrigerator, and is wheelchair accessible.
It is located on the ground floor and has a large walk-in closet, a handicapped entry bathroom with handicapped access roll-in shower, kitchen sink, counter, and handicapped parking. Please note, to facilitate wheelchair access, the shower in the ample bathroom has a curtain, but no enclosure. The private parking lot accommodates recreational vehicles with advance notice. Free on-site parking, free WIFI, TV, and laptop-friendly spaces. Pets are welcome and should be included in the total adult guest count when booking. With restaurants, shops, and a gorgeous beach all within a short walk or drive, this Grover Beach home is right in the thick of a very active coastal area and provides the very best of California beachgoing. Spend your mornings riding in the sand dunes, building sandcastles, or practicing your surfing skills.

Park in the private courtyard behind the home, step outside in the fresh ocean air to pick a lemon for cocktails in the fenced garden, and take a moment to listen to the waves, the birds in the trees, and the train whistle blow as the train rumbles through the Amtrak Station.
Each evening, this Grover Getaway offers sleeping space for two in the queen bed and for another two in the daybed that can be used as a single bed or reconfigured as two twins or a double. We use European-style comforter covers that double as a bedspread and top sheet. That way, we can launder them between guests, and you always have a clean bedspread.
The studio comes equipped with WiFi, so you'll never have to worry about missing emails, your favorite playlists, photos posted by loved ones, or catching up on a little work.
Pets are welcome and will be charged as additional guests - $11.35 per pet per night. Please include pets as additional adult guests when booking.
