A quiet guest house in the back of my property has everything needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. Downstairs is a small living area with T.V. and Roku Streaming device (no cable). The fully stocked kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig Coffee maker and eating area. A sliding barn door leads to a 3/4 bath. Upstairs you find two sleeping areas (no wall dividing) with Queen beds, another T.V with Roku, storage, seating areas. View of the Rock and ocean from upstairs.

You will have access to a patio entrance and the inside space. No access to the backyard.

The kitchen is brand new with butcher block countertops, a deep stainless steel sink, a large microwave, a 5 burner gas stove, a large refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a gourmet coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware baking dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses, etc. There is a small dining table that expands if needed. Basically, I have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy.

The bedroom area has a nightstand with drawers, a closet with a small dresser, and a comfortable queen size bed with west elm organic bedding and lots of comfy pillows. There are dual blinds with a sheer option for the day and black out blinds at night to create an darker ambience for better sleep.

The bathroom is brand new with a medicine cabinet and vanity with shelves and drawers for your things. The shower and soaking tub has a lovely spa like feel with new oil rubbed bronze fixtures and subway tiles. Oh and the best part is the entire unit has soft water which is just lovely for your skin and hair.

WIFI is included and is super fast.

For fun there is an outdoor heated shower for when you come in from the beach.

The studio has double insulation with extra thick walls that not only keep it quiet but also provide greater warmth. There is no need for air conditioning in Morro Bay, it is a temperate climate.

Downtown Morro Bay and the ocean are only a few minutes away by car. The beach is about 10 minute walk/5 minute bike ride. And there is a large community swimming pool about a 10 minute walk from the house.
There is a space available to park your car off the street in front of the house.

Note: I will wash your sheets and towels during your stay. This guest house does not have a washer and dryer but the main house does. I do this as a courtesy when I am home and available.

I completely renovated this space during Covid and built a brand new kitchen and a full bath. So the reviews from 2020 and earlier are describing a place that did not have an attached bathroom. All the reviews are great and you can still get a feel for me as a Superhost.

Relax in this unique and tranquil little getaway or get out and enjoy the Embarcadero and Bay just a three minute walk away. It’s all about location and my cottage is just 2 blocks from Embarcadero and close to everything in downtown Morro Bay.

The space
This quaint space has a queen size bed, TV, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, Coffee maker, Faux fireplace with heater Roku, including spectrum TV. Also a bathroom with a sink, a toilet and a shower which is on the smaller side (30 by 32 inches. The cottage is located just two blocks from the Embarcadero. The view from the side yard looks into my backyard which has waterfalls and a small Koi pond and fountains (no access). The cottage also has its own separate entry with a separate side yard with a table and chairs.

Please remember you are staying in a person's home, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with respect, just as previous guests have. Look over the "House Rules" provided to you and abide by them. Relax & Enjoy!
-If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24-7. For nonemergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
-All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents.
-No late checkout. If you depart late there will be a $50 fee per event since we may have cleaners coming right away for our next guests.

Just a few blocks to the picturesque Morro Bay Embarcadero, beach, and town, this new one bdrm casita is your sanctuary away from a hectic world. Brand new, with eclectic art, furnishings and decor, it features a spacious bath, California closet, equipped kitchen, and private patio.

This ADU, with its own private yard with entrance to the casita through wide French doors, has an inviting, spacious kitchen/living area. The bedroom has ensuite bath and w/d closet. Coastal living at its finest!

The space
This separate Casita is at the back of a residential home, with separate entrance, separate yard; completely detached from the main house (with a garage in between.). The patio has a nice outdoor seating area, gas bbq grill, and even a herb garden. Surrounded by succulents, it's a quiet area just off the casita French doors.

The open living/dining area features a comfortable couch, accent chair and coffee table. The dining area has a stainless work table with stools. The kitchen has numerous cabinets and storage space as well as apt sized appliances. All new, the area is a work of art with pops of color and unique art pieces. The stools are even made of skateboards!

The living area ties into the bedroom/bath with a opaque glass barn door. The queen sized bed has a new foam mattress, reading lights, dresser, California closet with lots of space, and smart TV. The ensuite bath features a shower, vanity, commode and lots of storage for your bath necessities. The bedroom also has a full size W/D closet.

At about 500 sq feet, this unique Casita packs a big punch. Spacious, with expert use of space, it is bright and inviting. All new construction, it really is stunning.

* The property is not beachfront as Airbnb indicates. It is a few blocks to Tidelands Park (marina) and a 15-20 minute walk to The Rock & Morro Rock Beach.

Guests have access to separate Casita with own entrance and private patio. There's a parking space available at the lower parking area, and potential guest parking (with permission). The Casita patio abuts the main house yard, but there is a fence with locked gate, so no interaction. There may be a non-barking dog in the main house yard, separated by fence.

As the Casita backs to the main house yard and garage, we are looking for someone respectful of the space who adheres to the quiet time policy (9pm-8am).

This studio is partially attached to main house but feels very private and quiet. It offers a 40" Smart TV, to access all types of entertainment and movies. It has a full kitchen, and offers a small bathroom with a shower. Use of shared washer and dryer in the garage with easy access through the studios back door that leads into the garbage. Parking is readily available on Juniper Street. We provide two beach chairs and beach towels for you, and two Boogie boards. There is also a water purifier in the shower, and air purifier/filter that is replaced every 4 to 6 months. All cotton, linen or flannel bedding and sheets, with fragrance free detergents used. All non-toxic, Earth and people friendly cleaning products used. There is a speaker for your iphone for music etc, and upgraded Wifi for the best connection.

Plenty of local parking in the neighborhood. Walk to grocery store, and farmers market 5 blocks away. Beautiful park and beach access near by.

This small cabin is completely furnished. It has a sleeping loft with a queen size bed, so one requirement is the ability to CLIMB a 7 foot loft ladder. It also has a futon downstairs that sleeps 1, indoor bath with shower, frig, microwave, A/C, TV, WiFi. It is ideal for 2 average sized adults. Sorry not safe for young children or infants.

Besides our beautiful 6 mile beach destination, The Park offers complete privacy and quiet seclusion. It is the only gated park in the State, and provides unparalleled security. You may leave your expensive toys out for your use..... boats, classic cars, whatever and rest assured that they are safe. If you are looking for rest and quiet relaxation, this is the best campsite in Morro Bay.

The cabin has its own brick patio with hammock, table and chairs, rack for canoe, surfboards, or kayak, and you also have complete access to the large central patio, that has fireplaces, lounges, table/chairs BBQs, and patio heater, etc.

We have a very strict NO PETS ALLOWED on The Beachhouse property. This helps to insure the cleanliness and quiet of The Park and seems to be appreciated by all as more and more people are sensitive or allergic to certain animals.

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Nice bay views and a relaxing atmosphere with a front porch to enjoy.

The Cottage is located behind the new main house that your hosts live in. There is a garden area between both houses with flowers, vegetables, herbs and outdoor porch seating. The shared 12' wide concrete driveway has a slight downward slope from the road and then levels out for easy parking & access to The Cottage. Please view photos of driveway. It has motion lights overhead for night access that take you to your private parking area secluded from the street. From the driveway use the level boardwalk to access the front door and porch which is always lit with solar nightlights and porch light. Use your private entry code - no key needed, so arrive without setting up a time to meet.

***THIS IS A NON SMOKING HOUSE AND YARD. This applies to smoking anything, weed, vaping, cigarettes etc.

***NO PETS ALLOWED inside The Cottage or anyplace on the property, including pets of any visitors you may have.
