Like most homes in Lompoc (about 84%), we only have central heating since the summers are usually mild. We don’t have central A/C, but a fan is provided for extra cooling.

But you are really only minutes from Downtown Solvang and dozens of fun activities: golf, horse back riding, wineries, berry picking, beaches and more. Once you stay, you won't want to leave.
The space
You literally feel like you have arrived at a retreat sanctuary. You’re on 20 acres of stunning land with deer and owls and stunning olive trees . The Hideaway is styled as a modern farmhouse . Newly built in 2021 everything is brand new. It’s in Perfect condition. The picture shows the full house - the guest house is the right side of the house - it is about 1150 square feet and 2 stories.

There is plenty of parking! You can walk on the 20 acres of land easily. You are minutes from tons of wineries and shopping in Buellton and Downton Solvang and Lompoc.
Other things to note
If we are staying in the main house you may see us on the patio outside . The patio is huge . There is a spa that is designated for the guest house . And the 20 acres are free to everyone. The pool is for the main house not the guest house . There is a $50 a night spa fee to heat the spa. Please let us know when you book how many nights you would like to use the spa for and this will be charged via the "extra guest feature." On three day weekends / holidays we require a three night booking : MLK weekend, President’s day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, etc
