It's just a short walk to the embarcadero with a great view of Morro Rock right outside the balcony window! Checking in and out was easy. The couch was a bit too small but not a big deal since we were out and about most of the time. The only issue we had was that the cleaner had not come before we arrived. I was able to reach the property manager and it was resolved quickly. The cleaner came within 30 minutes of our arrival. We just went for a walk to check out the shops and beach then by the time we got back the cleaner was all done."

Coffee was provided with a little coffee pot to brew the sweet nectar of life. The location is close to the sea lions and the hosts provide a noise machine and ear plugs. We only needed the machine! Our two dogs also enjoyed the nice quiet relaxing time. We had no issues and everything was perfect! Toni provided them treats and some blankets to lay on and they were in heaven. A sofa and two chairs, plus dining table that can double as a desk/workspace make this a fun and inviting space. There is an indoor kitchenette that includes full size refrigerator, two burner cooktop, sink, food preparation space and all the essentials needed for preparing your yummy meals. Outdoors in a covered patio, there is a full oven/stove range and washer and dryer available for guest use. These outdoor appliances are shared use with the other downstairs apartment.
Walk back towards the bedroom and bathroom where you are hit with full panoramic views of the Morro Bay coastline. On clear days the famous Rock is featured front and center!

Fully furnished 2nd level home (quiet, long term tenant in downstairs unit) that is exceptionally clean and comfortable and offers everything you need to stay for a couple nights or a month or longer. Reservations w/Pets require prior to reservation confirmation approval and completion of the Pet Addendum. Holidays and Special Event Weekends require 3 night stay and may have higher nightly rates. Visitors of guest only permitted on premises after prior approval by Host. Laundry privileges available only for stays of more than 3 nights. Bbq provided for your convenience ... please Clean after you've used to prevent an excessive cleaning fee of $50. (thank you!)

Other things to note
SPECIAL NOTE: Pets require pre-authorization and an additional $50 Pet Fee per pet. We are animal lovers and resolute in having your pet having as comfortable a visit as we wish for you. Unfamiliar surroundings, noises, and any possible scents of previous pets are likely to cause your pet stress and discomfort. With this in mind, we insist that your pet is never to be left alone/unattended inside the residence. We will provide a list of pet sitters for those cases where your pet simply cannot join in your activity outside the residence. Please consider our pet policy if you are a guest with pet allergies even if you are not traveling with pets yourself. Please no puppies, cats/kittens or guinea pigs!

EUCALYPTUS TREE: There is a large and very fragrant eucalyptus tree on the property. It is next to the parking spots and can drop leaves and sap on the cars. The sap is very washable and does not cause damage.
