This unit has extra storage and direct access to the backyard/back patio where a BBQ and beautiful yard await. - "This property was exceedingly disappointing. In short, very shabby, exceedingly dirty and overpriced. Read on if you want to know more, but in short: DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! IT’S A DUMP! 1. The unit was extremely dirty when we arrived. It had been used as an apartment by the owner’s college age son, and his idea of cleaning it was ridiculous: • Bathroom was filthy – worst was the very grimy exhaust. We had to clean it to be able to use it. • Refrigerator was disgusting: exterior discolored & sticky, top grimy, interior shelves had several sticky scum rings from jars • None of the dishes and the glasses were washed properly. All had to be washed before use. • Overall very poorly cleaned. floor & baseboard around behind the toilet were grimy and discolored; - we cleaned floors, counters, windowsills, etc. including a pile of crumbs and seeds under the throw pillow on the striped upholstered chair. • Trash can so sticky & filthy it can’t be touched 2. Sheets were truly ridiculous and absolutely unusable. Not just really thin & worn, but so badly pilled that they have a very noticeable texture. We gave up on them and bought a set of sheets 3. Kitchen Sink was clogged and would not drain. This was the first thing we noticed, so texted the owner who replied That this was odd because it was fine before 4. The condition of the place is just generally shabby - dinged and scraped paint on cabinets and doors, sagging shelves in cabinets,"

The unit sleeps 2 people comfortably with a futon that doubles as a bed (if you have a guest); has new furniture, including bed, linens and towels. The bathroom has been recently refurbished. If you're into outdoor sports (biking, hiking, surfing, strolling along the beaches), or prefer to seclude yourself in absolute privacy and comfort, the cottage is the place for you. There are amazing views.....even from the kitchen!
