We make one stop to the grocery store, park our car in the driveway and walk everywhere. For exploring the area, Edna Valley is a 10 minute drive, and SLO is 15 minutes. The village of Arroyo Grande is another hot spot!

In total there are 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 twin trundle and 1 queen sleeper sofa. The cottage has a storage unit that has a pack n' play crib, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and beach wagon. Free parking in the expansive driveway with lots of room for kids to skate or scooter or play ball safely. Out door living patio space has a bar b que, griddle and outdoor shower with hooks for towels. Storage room for bikes. Our property has exterior security cameras to insure the safety of our guests and their property but there are no interior cameras.

The property is outstanding and the hosts have done an amazing job revitalizing this house. The three bedrooms are large, as are four bathrooms, and the separate media room on the first floor with a sleeper sofa was perfect for our son. The network connectivity and speed are great and there were no problems with people streaming on multiple devices. We also really liked the kitchen - high end appliances all around - and we had plenty of counter space for food prep. I’ll also add that the yard and driveway, with room for at least two cars, was really nice because it gave a place for the kids to play when not at the beach and we didn’t have to worry about street parking, which can be challenging at times in Pismo Beach. The property has a large built-in grill, you are 100 feet from an Italian restaurant that makes great pizza, and 50 feet from a great breakfast/lunch place as well. Likewise, you are a 7 minute walk from the Pismo Beach Athletic Club, which sells 1 and 5 day passes; it’s a great gym with free weights, cardio machines, a lap pool and hot tub, and pickleball courts. We couldn’t have asked for a better place in Pismo or a better host - Judi was highly engaged and responsive with all of our questions. We are already planning another trip at this same location a year from now. You can’t go wrong here!"

Beach-lovers paradise 1 block to the beach. Charming 1940s cottage with a large front deck to soak up the ocean breeze. Our cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and sleeps 5. Walk to the beach, shops and restaurants or stroll the bluffs. Surfing, kayaking, Pismo pier, hiking within 2 miles. Back at the cottage, rinse off in the outdoor shower or lounge on the rattan sofa on the front deck.

The space
This is a sunny and bright 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage built in 1949. It features a cute bay window where our dining nook sits. Lots of windows let the breeze in. We have two 50" smart TVs - one in the family room and one in the 2nd bedroom. Second bedroom features a vintage rattan trundle bed with two twins AND twin futon. Master bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, desk and fast WIFI for work. Kitchen is ready for you and well stocked, including Ninja coffee maker, crockpot, blender, BBQ tools, spices. Out front door is our large 12x20 deck with outdoor table, ocean view & lounge furniture.

Traveling with a larger group? We have a separate listing for the guesthouse on back of our property which sleeps 4 additional people.

Please note the backyard is reserved for use by back house. You are however welcome to use the BBQ! We have found having front cottage guests enjoy the large front deck and back guesthouse guests enjoy backyard works best for all!

The location is 1 and 1/2 blocks to the stairs leading down to the beach and the boardwalk to the pier- one on site parking spot and walking distance to everything.

There are 2 kind bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom upstairs. There is 1 queen sofa sleeper in the 4th bedroom (used as a play room typically for kids or for grandparents to avoid stairs)

The space
The 100 year old cottage was remodeled in 2020 with all modern amenities-top of the line appliances and slate floors and tile throughout. The beach is 1 1/2 blocks away!.
You can park (free) on the property and walk everywhere downtown.
There is free robust wi fi and flat screen tv's in the family room, primary bedroom and downstairs bedroom-kids room. The cottage has a storage unit that has a pack n' play crib, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and beach wagon.The outdoor space has a bar b que- a separate griddle and an out door shower.

Guest access
Free parking in the expansive driveway. Lots of room for kids to skate or scooter or play ball safely. Out door living entails bar b que, griddle patio and outdoor shower. Storage room for bikes.

Other things to note
Our property has exterior security cameras to insure the safety of our guests and their property but there are no interior cameras.
