Peaceful, cozy home in the canyon and near the beach! Beautiful views of both. Full home with every amenity you would need. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and sun room in main part of home. Separate 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and full kitchen space that is rented with the home also (this space is attached - access via door through living room). This is the perfect getaway house! Walking distance to Dukes restaurant, Malibu Country Kitchen, shops, grocery/liquor store, etc!

The space
Located on the front of an acre in Famous Point Dume, Malibu. Our family run Guest House is cozy, relaxing, and beautiful. Master king bed located downstairs with a Shower and bath. As you walk into the house, the living room is awaiting with a RH Cloud couch with a gas fireplace and tv. Open to to living room is a full kitchen and refrigerator with a dishwasher.
Up stairs is open to 2 queen beds and desk as workspace. Also has half bath.
Outside, is new turn with outdoor furniture around a firepit next to the 6 person hot tub. New tv just about hot tub. Gas grill is just outside for cooking.

*Private beach key to Little Dume requires 14 night stay (HOA mandate). Application and lease agreement completed week prior to ensure no delay in use. Dogs are allowed except summer 10am to 5pm.
