You will be renting the ground floor of a huge two-unit structure, it feels like a house, not at all like an apartment.

We may or may not be in the upper unit during your stay, depends on the season. We value your privacy, and also our own, and will be invisible unless you need help with anything.

The building is surrounded on all sides by a massive koi pond, and you must step across some elegant concrete steps with water passing between - not ideal for wheelchair - but not impossible!

The breathtaking pool and hot tub are available to you all day and night, just ask for the hot tub to be turned on 30 min before you want to use it.

We are right up against the beautiful Santa Monica mountains, and share the space with many creatures, many you can see easily around the property - frogs, turtles, hawks, hummingbirds - as well as the occasional mouse. All the critters are harmless and part of the deep Malibu experience.

The guest name must match the name on the credit card. For international credit cards, an additional 1.5% may be charged after booking to account for exchange rate differences—bringing the total fee to approximately 4.7%. If you prefer not to incur this fee, payment by bank wire is available.

Guest Access:
Our guests have access to their assigned suite and all shared common areas, including the expansive grassy area, grilling stations, beach sand lounging area, and laundry room. Access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).

The Neighborhood:
Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals, Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. You will be steps away from Nobu, the SoHo House, and seconds away from the sand. You can walk to Surfrider beach or the Malibu Pier from the beach access onsite, or you can walk a little further to the Country Mart for the best restaurants and shops in Malibu. There are always new shops opening nearly every day.

Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.

Getting Around:
SA Suites are located in the heart of Malibu within walking distance to the Malibu Pier and just steps away from Malibu's most iconic beach, Carbon Beach. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles and is reachable by foot or car. We offer car rental services to our guests. Uber is readily available.

- "This was our second stay with Stay Awhile Villas. Ideally located steps from Nobu with easy beach access to Carbon Beach. Beautiful, spacious unit with high end touches and bathroom amenities. Kitchenette functions very well/well stocked. Large flat screen TVs and extremely comfortable bed. The beach/lounge area overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Place is well staffed and feels like boutique hotel. Check in was seamless and staff are extremely polite and responsive. A tremendous value when considering the neighboring competitors that cost thousands more. Highly recommend!"
