I was looking for something near Huntington Beach and came across this house which was the perfect size and I loved how one of the rooms has 2 beds made it so much easier for our family. The host was great and keeping in touch through the whole weekend with us making sure we were all good. The house itself was so cute, pretty clean, although we did wake up the first morning to ants on the sink but nothing some raid under their sink couldn’t fix. We found great food around the area and were walking distance from Walgreens/ Walmart in case we needed anything. I do wish they had a broom since we ate there and I’m just used to sweeping even mopping every night also some cleaning cloths. But I get it so many people go on vacation and it doesn’t include cleaning for me it does though. Overall great experience for a great price, less than most hotels we looked at. "

This beautiful newly build home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet, idyllic neighborhood. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a completely separate unit from the main house with its own separate entrance which will provide needed privacy to its dwellers. The location comes with many parking spots. In addition, guests will have access to Wifi, a Smart TV (Roku accessible), fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom amenities. The large, serene, green and beautifully decorated backyard is a shared space between the front and back house.
This cozy place is conveniently situated amongst some of the coolest attractions that Southern California has to offer. Timothy, the owner was extremely polite and helpful. We had a problem figuring out the dishwasher, but he was quick to show us how it worked. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great place to stay. As a matter of fact, I will be using this property again in the future."

This is a new, modern guesthouse behind the main house. We live in the main house. The entire cute guesthouse with the entrance on the side is yours. The guest house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath room, a living room and kitchen. You will have 1 reserve parking spaces in front of the guest house entrance gate, and plenty of parking on the street. The house is close to everything. Quiet and safe neighborhood. It is ideal for family of 4 to 6 people (750 sq feet) but it has enough bed for 8 if need

- "This home is located perfectly for any family who is visiting Disneyland. We were a short 7 minute drive from the Pixar parking structure where you hop a shuttle and are taken right to the entrance of Disney. There were many restaurants nearby as well as stores for all of our needs. Our family of 6 (4 children and 2 adults) fit comfortably in this home and everyone had their own bed! Communication with the host was so easy! She responded to me immediately every time I contacted her and was sure we had all necessary check-in instructions prior to our arrival. The home was incredibly clean, had very comfortable beds and bedding, was well stocked with towels and toiletries, and offered plenty of space for unpacking. There was a washer and dryer on the patio which helped tremendously! The property is also located behind a locked gate that is accessible by code only as is the door to the home, so we felt very safe and secure in this lovely neighborhood. We have stayed in many rental units during our travels, and I can honestly say this unit has been our absolute favorite from the time we booked it through the time we checked out. We would highly recommend booking here and will be back in the future! We also were lucky enough to watch a small hummingbird build a nest right outside the bedroom window! Such a neat surprise! Thank you so much for having us and helping us to create the most amazing Spring Break vacation memories with our children!"
