The house itself was so cute, pretty clean, although we did wake up the first morning to ants on the sink but nothing some raid under their sink couldn’t fix. We found great food around the area and were walking distance from Walgreens/ Walmart in case we needed anything. I do wish they had a broom since we ate there and I’m just used to sweeping even mopping every night also some cleaning cloths. But I get it so many people go on vacation and it doesn’t include cleaning for me it does though. Overall great experience for a great price, less than most hotels we looked at. "

This beautiful newly build home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet, idyllic neighborhood. - "This home is located perfectly for any family who is visiting Disneyland. We were a short 7 minute drive from the Pixar parking structure where you hop a shuttle and are taken right to the entrance of Disney. There were many restaurants nearby as well as stores for all of our needs. Our family of 6 (4 children and 2 adults) fit comfortably in this home and everyone had their own bed! Communication with the host was so easy! She responded to me immediately every time I contacted her and was sure we had all necessary check-in instructions prior to our arrival. The home was incredibly clean, had very comfortable beds and bedding, was well stocked with towels and toiletries, and offered plenty of space for unpacking. There was a washer and dryer on the patio which helped tremendously! The property is also located behind a locked gate that is accessible by code only as is the door to the home, so we felt very safe and secure in this lovely neighborhood. We have stayed in many rental units during our travels, and I can honestly say this unit has been our absolute favorite from the time we booked it through the time we checked out. We would highly recommend booking here and will be back in the future! We also were lucky enough to watch a small hummingbird build a nest right outside the bedroom window! Such a neat surprise! Thank you so much for having us and helping us to create the most amazing Spring Break vacation memories with our children!"

The other units have their private entrance and amenities. None of the guests share any common area except for the driveway. Each unit including the house is independent.

👍 CANNOT be used for Party Hosting or Large Gatherings (including daytime visitors, family reunions, etc. ) exceeding the Maximum Occupancy of 8 guests. NO people other than the registered guests in the home. NO photography, artist display, or any event preparation. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in guests being vacated from home by the Police, rental income will not be refunded

👍 PETs: 1 DOG/CAT. No more than 1 pet allowed.
We allow your pet to stay with you, however; there is an extra cleaning fee per pet. Please keep in mind that If your dog tends to howl or bark when you are gone, we won't be able to accommodate you. Also, if you are planning to have your cat/dog unattended for long hours, please bring a crate. We do not want to disturb neighbors or other guest. Thank you for understanding

LOST AND FOUND POLICY: Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 11:00 a.m. We won't be able to ship any item. Any unattended, abandoned, misplaced, or forgotten
item, Including, but not limited to, equipment, cash, jewelry, books, documents, or personal
identification paper - which is found within the boundaries of the property, will be going to the trash container.
