He would go outside and sit in the garden in the mornings around 7 am and in evenings after 7 pm. It has now become a habit for him. I also don't watch any TV in the daytime now! And your kitchen with the large island and the juke box makes it a great place to hang out. And we loved the fact that we could even walk if we desired to downtown with its restaurants, cafes, boutiques, park etc. We discovered so many beautiful shady trails within five minute drive from the house. - "This little camper was all I needed for my trip. I was solo, but it sleeps up to 4 and is actually a bit roomy! Parking was easy, reserved spots for guests staying. There’s a fence in between the trailer and the house so you get privacy. Water is hot, heater is warm, bed is cozy. I brought my own comforter just in case but I didn’t need it-plenty of blankets! Welcome to The Olive Studio! Brand new, very comfortable, absolutely charming Unit, in the heart of Meiner's Oaks in beautiful Ojai California. Washer and Dryer available onsite. Walk to Ojai favorites such as Farmer and the Cook, or take a short drive to downtown Ojai to visit beautiful Libby Park, art studios, and delicious dining.

- "This is the perfect little space for two people, and actually quite roomy for a studio. We didn't cook, so I can't speak to how well stocked the kitchen was, but it did have a Keurig and a couple mugs.I loved this quiet location in Meiner's Oaks. It's just 2-3 blocks from a bunch of restaurants, including The Farmer and The Cook, where we ate several meals.This unit is attached to an existing home and shares the driveway. It requires a step down through the front door, and there's a narrow ramp into the bathroom (probably not wheelchair width). The walls are a little thin, so you can hear muffled voices and television at times, but it was quiet at night. Neighborhood seemed safe. It's only 5-10 drive from downtown Ojai, and convenient to hiking and Lake Casitas.Apartment has a wall a/c unit, and a rolling plug-in radiator. I was surprised how well the radiator worked even in the large room with a high ceiling. No complaints! "

- "The design of the entire property is stunning. The in door and out door space are even prettier in person. Once you can be there and feel it.The location is ideal. It’s remote and private and yet only .8 mile walk to anything in town. The communication with host is so easy and reliable. I will be back for certain. I recommend this rental 100 percent. "
